I recently had my 2019 GMC Sierra Denali 2500 wheels aligned, I was not happy with the alignment. I was able to talk to my Service Person Jim Werges and he told me to bring my truck back so he could view the issue. Jim drove my truck and saw my issue. Jim immediately took my truck back in the shop and had my wheels aligned again, this time the truck drives perfectly. I want to thank Jim and Mark(Manager) for taking the extra steps to resolve my issue. This has always been a top notch Dealership, they treat consumers with the upmost respect and attention. He spent most of the day with me showing my options and explaining all of the features on the vehicle. He also made follow up calls asking if I was happy with the car. I had been to a different dealership previously and the salesman kept looking at his watch. Guess I was taking too much of his time.

I am very appreciative the dealership looked further into my complaint and did repairs on our transmission. I feel the dealership can be more proactive in getting loaner cars for customer that need to be in for service over night. I have never had such an easy experience buying a new car we were in and out in less than 3 hours and that is exceptional. They also did a great job at giving us a great rate. I can say this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had thank you guys.

I was told that I needed the rear brakes on my truck replaced while it was in for routine oil change/tire rotation. I was told that I only had 1-2mm of pad left so I needed to have it done ASAP and that it would cost ~$500 to do the work.I couldnt have the work done at that time and Schepel service couldnt do the work before we left for vacation so I took it to a local garage.They showed me that I had 50% of the pad remaining on my rear brakes. I have always taken my autos to the dealership for maintenance and repair.NEVER again. I suggest that you seek a second opinion before allowing them to work on your car.

For the second time in a row Ive had a rear pinion seal leak the tech cant seem to verify despite bringing in multiple pictures over a 3 month span, including one hours before my visit. The next day after my visit it had already formed a drip. As a former mechanic of 14 years I get things can be hard to duplicate, which is why I logged dates and provided photo proof of the issue. Even with that nothing was done and Im stuck with this thing dripping onto my driveway and garage. Im about to look for another dealer to service my truck.

The service team quickly found the issue (someone must have run into my muffler system in a parking garage). Jim listened patiently even though I had no idea how to describe it. I bought a brand new GMC Sierra 2500 HD back in 2004 . Had a coolant leak when I got home, and they told me to drive it back up to their dealership with no coolant. They wouldnt send me a tow truck. Fixed it myself and they offered me nothing. I will NEVER give me them any of my business again.
