Made an appointment to come look at a car for the next day, got there and the car was sold. Which happens no big deal, wasnt upset about it. The salesman then told me I should have called before I came. Which came off rude to me, because he knew I was coming to look at the vehicle. He could have given me a courtesy call to let me know it was sold already just as easily as I could have called.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT RATING. I Had a service appointment and was told it would have to be during the week for that repair. I took the day off and brought it in, only to be told they dont carry the part. How did they not know this when the appointment was made? Found another ford dealership that was able to take care of me!

Guy at part department is very helpful. I could be upset that I had to wait a long time for him to finish up with a person on the phone that was looking for parts but took his time with me as well to make sure I ordered exactly what I needed. Appreciated the attention to detail and customer service.

As a note for all dealerships- Please do not use stickers on the back of sold cars. We are already buying from you, we already have your license frame on the car, we are already advertising for you.Ive had to deal with dealer stickers before but Art Hill stickers are by far the worst. Trying to get it off took me 30 minutes to do, and caused me to scratch up the car with a plastic razor (we dont have heat guns where I work). I personally wouldnt buy a car from any dealership that puts a dealer sticker on the car, because its not only an eyesore on the car, but because trying to get it off can cause you to scratch up the car you paid them to buy. I hope Art Hill and other dealerships stop putting on these stickers because they are just annoying to deal with.

Went for service and they are quick and efficent and just so plesant do deal with. I dealt mostly with Dave and he was upfront and honest. Prices are pretty good for a dealership. Would be great if management stopped being cheap and hired a cashier and more service writers.

Small dealer, but service is great and friendly. I feel comfortable and never feel pressure by the sales team. Oil change is only $55 and got a $10 coupon for my next visit. Had auto start with two key chain remotes installed at $390; had loaner and price is reasonable, but not cheap.

We just purchased a new 2018 f150 and fusion. We were having trouble with the auto off and on and needed to be shown how. We explained we had an 1800 mile trip to take to get them home. The woman at the first desk was snotty, being treated as an inconvenience is probably a bad start (if she has a problem sitting there put her further back where no one will be subject to irritating her by walking into the business she works for). Directed to one of the guys the 1st one seemed prepared to help until I mentioned the second problem. Told to go outside and someone would be out. The guy they set easily showed me the first one but had no idea about the other. So, let me get this correct: two new vehicles about to go 1800 with something that didnt work. So, a Ford dealership who refused to help a customer who has purchased new fords since 1993. I think when we got lost in St Louis and Oklahoma city because one of the features didnt work correctly, we have made the decision to contact our dealership AND Ford Moter Co. I think they should know how we were not important enough to help.... Im going to tell everyone I know (they always ask where did you get that new truck) to go anywhere but here.

Communication is lacking here between the service writer and the customer. Updates and timely commitment are a challenge. Ridiculous pricing structure. I get the fact that you are a dealership, but pricing structures like these are what drives customers to alternative venues. You want good CSI SCORES, over communication is key. In order to play that CSI game you have to have customers to come back to you. Give them a reason to say Art Hill is where I take my vehicle and here is why. I have been involved with FORD for 20+ years from wrench turning to service writer and service manager. Set realistic goals, make and create long lasting relationships and give that customer a place to feel welcomed.

Went in for a recall and oil change, felt like they were pushing me to take a loaner car instead of letting me sit there and wait. After about 30-45 min they tell me the box for my recall part is damaged and they have a loaner car for me and theyll call me when my car is ready. Im fat and drive an SUV. They lent me a matchbox car. The seatbelt was digging into my hip the entire ride home. Before I left I asked to switch it and they told me they didnt have anything bigger, but Im the first person to drive it! Like thats supposed to excite me while Im getting a bruise from driving this thing. And while Im truly hoping they werent lying to me about the part, it was extremely suspicious that the entire time I was there they kept asking if I wanted the loaner car. And if the part was damaged why didnt they call me earlier in the morning and just reschedule my appt? The whole thing just left me ill-feeling and if it wasnt for the recall Id go elsewhere.

Not as impressed with Art Hill this visit as we have been in the past. Service person was telling us they may not be able to find whats wrong with the car without looking at it first. Pay $150 to have it diagnosed and they dont even print on the ticket what parts were needed since Ford no longer makes one of the parts, and we were going to have to figure out how to fix it ourselves. Had to wait for service person to hand write out what was needed. If we were paying premium for a diagnosis, the least the could do is print it out on the ticket. We lucked out, and only needed to replace the windshield, which was leaking on electrical parts under the dash.

Keith and his service crew are amazing. I started taking my rx8 there because theres not alot of places that can work on rotary motors and they won me over immediately. Seriously they could charge me an arm and a leg like other dealerships but they never do. They always look out for you and explain what needs done now and they go over all options with you. I recently brought my totyota 4runner in to get looked at because my 4wheel drive wasnt engaging. Keith fixed it and didnt even charge me for it only charged me for the oil change. Good clean shop and very reasonable with what the charge for services. Highly recommend them!

In October 2017, I purchased a pre-owned 2014 ford mustang. When looking at it I noticed a small patch on the rear quarter panel wheel well. I asked both the sales associate I worked with Slobo, Steve Nunez, and the used car manager if the vehicle had any damage or accidents, both in person and in text. They both told me the vehicle was clean, showed me a clean carfax, and on the ad it clearly stated clean carfax and accident free autocheck. I have retained a copy of the ad and the text messages. fast forward to roughly a month ago I was looking to trade it in for a newer vehicle, as my credit had been built up. When I attempted too however it was brought to my attention that there were two police reported accidents on the autocheck and damage on the carfax that were reported on the vehicle. I contacted autocheck and confirmed they were reporting this prior to my purchase of the vehicle. They also attempted several times to auction the vehicle in the weeks before my purchase to lack of any result. I of course was not to happy with this discovery, as it set me back almost $4,000 on the car, when comparing the price they sold me it for compared to its actual damaged value. I went to Art Hill that night and spoke to the used car manager and at first he pulled up the carfax which only showed damage. He denied there was any accidents on the vehicle repeatedly, so I asked him to pull up the autocheck and he saw 2 listed accidents and immediately asked me what I wanted them to do. I told them my requests for how to correct the situation and was told to meet the General Manager, Steve Bukvich, the next day, which I did, and up to now I will say he has been very helpful and professional. I have been working on this matter with him the entire time. But my issue has still not been resolved, They offered to put me in a new vehicle and give me more for the trade than what Ive been offered, but are not willing to negotiate anything that is more of a fair resolution, and I have offered many forms of remediation, even though I am currently at a heavy loss. As a result of this as well I have several more inquiries on my credit with no approval or fruition. I have asked to speak with the owner and COO, but have been declined. They have also again denied any knowledge of accidents in the autocheck and on the vehicle. I am not at liberty to say whether or not they did know, but I do know autocheck was reporting the accidents prior to my purchase, and both the salesmen I spoke too and the ad made clear mention of an accident free autocheck. It has now been almost 4 weeks of delayed negotiation on this matter. I know these things take time, but it is getting excessive. I am normally not a confrontational or heavy handed person, But this amount of time is unacceptable in this situation, I have notified the Attorney General and if that does not bring anything into fruition I will be pursuing legal action. This is not just written out of spite, or to get what I believe is fair per se, but because deceptive practices should be brought to light to let others know the risks when buying a vehicle, and to take everything stated with a grain of salt. Thus I am heavily inclined to leave a one star review, with them gaining that one star purely based on how helpful Steve Bukvich has been, and nothing else.
