Asked for the blue book price which I already knew, they gave it to me, as well as the car fax sheet on the car. Price was under blue book estimate. They even helped my son find the best insurance quote.

DO NOT go to these people for a vehicle. Pleae read my review entirely and save yourself if you want a real fresh start. Learn from my unfortunate experience and go elsewhere. Wait it out if you have to this place isnt worth your upcoming headache. They have fake reviews on here to blindside you into believing their creditable people. They dont take pride in their sales nor take pride in operating with integrity. They sold me a car with so many issues I regret signing those papers sadly. The car has bad tires that started bulging 3 months after I made the purchase. They go to the auction and immediately put the cars on the lot without doing ANYTHING to them. The car had a loose battery connection the first day I purchased it, and shut off on me 2hrs after buying it. I had to turn around with a newborn to go back to their lot for them to take another hour to resolve that issue. The car I purchased had bad wipers, bad tires, no oil, no coolant, cosmetic defects, advertised bluetooth that doesnt work, and an advertised reverse camera that doesnt exist. Not to mention the worst issue of the car is the stalling transmission. The car had a pre-existing transmission issue that causes my car to jerk numerous of times before reaching 20mph. It stalled out so bad on me a few times Ive had to pull over, and restart the engine in the cold with my newborn. The car is a complete nightmare the finance company should drop such a predatory dealer like this. They prey on people with struggling or rebuilding credit to sell them lemon cars overpriced, that your locked into paying a car note to make your situation even worse. I felt uneasy when buying the car and should of followed my first mind and left. I even explained to the salesman Ahmed of the transmission issue. He assured me they would pay for the service at the manufacturers dealership. The car is over 100k miles so the manufacturer cant do anything without payment. When I reached out to Payless Auto for support expressing my grief, and hassles with the car they refused to do ANYTHING they arent men of their word. They will sell you a dream to close the deal on the car then not care what happens to you after. Leaning on I should of brought it back within 30days as if 90days makes things any less better. I have only put 6k miles on the car now having to endure with a car that struggles terribly accelerating. The car isnt safe because of that, someone almost hit me recently since the car hesitates at take off so much during any stop or traffic light but yet this is a 2015 car! Ive cried and pleaded with Payless Auto about the car as I now have to figure out what to do on my own. I needed a fresh start, and a fair chance when I purchased the car to have for my new baby to be warm and safe in. What was supposed to be a family car is now a family headache. Now I have to take Uber to work and get rides to safely transport my baby to the doctor because Im frightened to drive the car. Of course the car note still goes on, and all I get is a terrible car buying experience. Your car buying experience should be happy, exciting and worthy not what I experienced. Word of mouth means everything and Im sure this place wont last long or never flourish from bad business practices. BEWARE, BEWARE. Rethink and go else where.

Got the car that I wanted for a fair price, financing was very thoughtful and Josh was an awesome agent to work with! A+ would definitely recommend to others looking for a no-nonsense small dealer.

This place does NOT honor their word. I spoke with Ahmad (the owner) twice today in regards to purchasing the Chevy Camaro. I went and got my own financing and told Ahmad with two calls that I would be there today to pickup the bill of sale to present it to the finance company. So I leave work and rush there for him to say. I already sold that car! And I asked why didn’t you call me? And his reply was I didn’t have your number. Which is a lie because I filled out an online inquiry and call the dealership twice on 4/3/2018. You are good as your word and you said Ahmad that you would have the bill of sale ready!! He is a liar!!!
