Very clean and a HUGE variety of everything. This is a warehouse type shopping experience and I look forward to going every time! Bulk items at really good prices. I love it here!

I love this place for shopping and they have fantastic quality products.Membership provides lower priced gas than the other gas stations. Pharmacy prices are very competitive and a membership is not required - the only thing is that you will want to get one as you see the great products being purchased by others. It is a clean store with great service and a wide selection of goods. It is nice that they have brought back the samples to introduce new items. They need to bring back pies to be offered year-round again and just not during holiday weekends since the pandemic. Nationally people are upset that sheet cakes are no longer offered; they were the best and better than most bakeries. Last weekend I found out that a Costco in the North Chicago Suburbs still sells them. Costco needs to please bring them back everywhere. The large Polish sausage sandwiches, a favorite item at the food court was a top seller and discontinued several years ago, really needs to be brought back. I remember the day a lady in line in front of me was told they werent being offered. She, us, and about 4 other families behind us within earshot all growned with shock and disappointment. The hot dogs, which are still being sold, are good but the Polishes were on a totally different level.

Some of the best deals I’ve had have randomly been from Costco while just walking around the store.

Friendly & helpful employees, very clean store inside & out, large variety of products, & everything in stock that I needed. Also, large variety of plants & flowers that actually looked healthy unlike other stores.

Choices are overwhelming, meats, prime beef brisket was amazing and the price for prime beef excellent....ribs were excellent and price also excellent...we also purchased a large bag of pecans that were fresh and very flavorful...as well as many household items....less the beef brisket, we walked away with $200.00 worth that would have cost 300 to 400 elsewhere...with that said I noticed several items that were overpriced as well so one has to know where the true savings are and to know that when buying in bulk will you use it all before expiration date...the pork ribs were in pkgs of 3 so those can be individually frozen.. They had a good buy on 4 boxes of honey grahams however the expiration date was coming up too soon.....

New member for a month. Love the organic options, bigger selections on keto products......however, staff could be a little more friendly in terms of check out. Was at the self check out and needed assistance because a had a liquor product. The woman headed towards me but then saw someone elses pole flash and went to them instead. The other employee came over and started talking to her as she came over to check my i.d. she did not look at my i.d. even though I had it ready for her and proceeded to sign in. She continued to talk to the other employee and did not recognize me once until I said thank you. Upon leaving the store, the woman checking my receipt did not greet me or even say hello. She took my receipt and handed it back to me. Unfortunately I do not feel a welcoming atmosphere and hope in the near future this changes. 😕

We live in Chicago and like to visit this location. Prices and taxes are much better comparing to Illinois. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. The same treadmill was 999 in Chicago Costco.

Today I signed up for membership. The lady who worked with me was quite nice. This seems to be an ideal place for families to buy large quantities at competitive prices. The food items come in too large a quantity for a senior couple like us. I like that I can purchase paper products and household cleaning products in quantity. I also like that Costco has an optical shop, a pharmacy, and hearing aids. They have several levels of membership. One of the membership levels includes a Visa card that extends the manufacturer warranties on major purchases.

Who doesnt love Costco? Staff is courteous, safe with COVID. Online order + pick up in store needs a lot of work, but otherwise great as always. Do NOT try to get gas during rush hour. Youll be waiting forever.

My major complaint has been that you can’t get ahold of anyone when you call. I love Costco prices, but it’s a 40 minute round trip with me. Normally if I want something, I can check online for availability, but some items, especially the Auto items, you have to call for availability. So, everytime I call, I’m in a continuous loop on their automated system dialer because no one picks up the phone in the Auto department. In addition to that, I dread having to go to the bathroom while I am there because the women’s restrooms are always disgusting, and last but not least, if you buy fruit from there make sure you always check it before leaving. There is often moldy fruit mixed in with the good ones and it will wreck your whole container in a day

Smaller than some locations, however people make the difference, and this staff just great, food tasting employees too, pharmacy helpful always, easy in/out due to self check installed recently, happy customer!

Our planned waypoint for gas and bathroom breaks whenever we travel up to Chicago. Mens room due for a deep clean but other than that nothing out of the ordinary

Normally visit store in Orland park. Was in area and stopped for cheap gas prices before heading back to Il. Store is clean and laid out nicely . Would visit again

Didnt have many items. Seemed alot of inventory not kept up. Out of specific items but online showing availability in store. Staff wasnt helpful making me use their app to find the item that wasnt actually there, come to find out, after searching forever. Thanks for wasting my time. Thankfully i hold a membership at sams down the road. I wont be back unless absolutely necessary after this last visit, will take my business somewhere they actually train employees to help customers not direct them to an inaccurate inventory in the app.

Words cannot express how much I love Costco. Merrilville IN location is great staff is always friendly and helpful. I do want to mention last time I was there, the kids yogurt pouches in the refrigerated section were expiring in 1 day from the day I was there so maybe look out for that, best by dates I’m always looking at those.

Stopped to pick up some things and they were out. Mainly toilet paper, paper towels, womens knee high socks.

Costco is always clean. Lots of products in bulk. Clothes shoes pools great meat. Lots of organic products. Great produce.

Tons and tons of stuff in here. Do a little bit of homework before you go because a few things are a little more expensive than your local store. Overall a good experience and am satisfied with what I saw.

The way is wide open products that I need quick and efficient service my son brought me there I wish I had my own card I enjoyed my time there.

Love Costco, but beware of their fruit. 9 out of 10 times there is mold on it! You have to examine it very closely, and dont be afraid to open the boxes.

I purchased some pants here and tried to return them (all were still in new condition). I was told clothes are not returnable after 6 months. Where is that in their return policy? No longer a member; Sams Club treats me much better.

I overheard an employee saying instacart cant use the self check out lane...wow. actually telling people they cant use a check out lane because its not their personal order. The reason.... because they cant do their job so theyre forcing them to go through a human lane which will continue to make the regular line longer. Instacart can have multiple orders at a time, so those lines can get very long. Maybe make a line just for instacart not ban them from an easy lane. Get with the times Sams club has no problem with this.

Costco is good for certain things, I hadnt been in this store for a long time, but the selection on things they used to carry is not there. Otherwise, there are some good and even great deals.

This store is always crowded but the wait times are minimal. We frequently visit here and I dont think we have ever waited in line for over 5 minutes. They definitely utilize their checkout lanes. The staff is friendly and helpful as well!

Costcoco needs more electric carts as there customers increase. Come from far then have to wait.

Pretty good costco, gets very busy on weekends, the gasoline Outpost is very crowded since there are few pumps and more people.

This store is for the person who wastes no time in going after what they want. While doing that youll find really cool stuff you dont really need but want anyway. Great place to shop. Best of all, no WalMart customers. :-)

This is the busiest little town I have ever seen in my life. Someone decided it was a good idea to put every single food place and store in on earth in one little square mile.

My husband and I went late in the day and it was great. Not crowded...getting ready to close. They did not rush us out. They were extremely helpful. Bought a lot of good stuff.

I came in to grab a few things and saw a sign directly above fruit by the foot so I grabbed 2 boxes. The sign showed $11.99 w/$3 off. Once I got to the register the savings werent coming off so I told her I could go back and take a pic. The lady who bags the items went back and took a pic. Apparently the only pic above the fruit by the foot was incorrect and there was no fruit by the foot sign anywhere. Both ladies actually said they wouldve thought the same because as a customer youre literally only looking at the price above the item plus the original price of the item listed was the same as fruit by the foot. I asked her after she came from speaking to the manager if he was going to adjust the price after she showed him the picture and she had me ask. Almost like she was scared to ask or intimidated. He was near us so she finally asked and he wasnt understanding or sympathetic at all...just said nope its a different item and walked off. Almost as if he was talking to kids like basically he said what he said end of story. Ive never encountered a non smiling unhappy Costco manager before until this incident. Prior to this I was taking my toddler to the restroom and I usually park the cart by the gate at the end of the checkout lanes and he kind of yelled out loud like hey you cant take unpaid merchandise past the checkout. I explained to him where I always park my cart and he still was so adamant and actually kind of caused a scene like I was a thief. He couldve easily just walked up to me instead and greeted me as maam and explained but he came off rude during both instances. He literally had me park my cart instead less than 6ft from where I normally park it🙄. Quite nitpicky! Needless to say I probably wont shop this location if this is how customers are treated...Ill just stick to Sams Club or Orland Park Costco location. Ive never had issues and no one has ever said anything in years. Its not like the restrooms are by the exit door, theyre on the whole opposite side of the building and last I checked as long as customers dont take merchandise inside the restroom or outside the building then theres no harm in it. He seems a bit too uptight. Ive even shopped in the past then went to grab food in the cafe with my cart PAST CHECKOUT and nobody said a word.

I find this place to be the superstar of retailers .The prices are better than traditional chains.The have everything that one needs. In and out process is relatively effective. and the offer longer warranties than brick and motar without gouging customers for warranties that are of little value

Great se prices and decent regular prices. You must be a member. Check out is pretty quick, but a check out app would be better. They only take Visa and cash. Gasoline is very reasonable, but crowded.

Oh how I wish they would build a Costco nearer to my home. We only go 2-3 times a month but always spend way too much money. When items are on sale, thats the time to stock up! If you go back the next time, dont expect your favorite to be there any more. Its quite frustrating when they get you hooked on an item then yank it off the shelfs!

I love this store!! This is the most organized establishment Ive seen in a while. Im so proud of how theyve stood by their ZERO TOLERANCE mask policy without wavering like other stores. Big store, lot of good deals, great for long term shopping, and the cashiers load everything onto the convey belt for you and place stuff in a box if needed. Most workers there dont know where stuff is tho. Thats why you get a four star.

I am a veteran and disabled police officer. I was having a very hard time just walking and I guess you could see the pain in my face. The young lady that checked me out asked if I was ok. I explained to her that my back is not complete but being held by plates and screws. She was polite but did not offer to have an employee help load the large heavy items into my vehicle. So sad what this country has turned into.

Im sorry but giving out food samples while still under a mask mandate is just wrong. Every 10 feet there is a crowd with masks down not social distancing putting their fingers in their mouths. Then these fingers touch items around the store including their shopping cart.

New tires, yay! Cant beat the price. I got $150.00 off my 4 Michelin tires. Instantly, not a gift card, not a check to use there later but, an actual deduction, immediately from the price.

The layout of this Costco is backwards compared to other ones Ive been in.

Great bulk items as usual - trash bags, bathroom cleaner and toilet bowl cleaner. Store is always clean and workers are very friendly.
