This store is extremely clean and new. Especially especially compared to some of the surrounding stores in the same type of genre.. Associates are hit-and-miss whether or not they are helpful. The employees who are nice are super helpful! But you can definitely tell they have some people there who are just there to collect a check. You can almost always find amazing bies and great clearance items but some of their groceries are more expensive if they are not on some type of promotion.

Huge big lots, lots of empty shelves due to the weird covid world were in where everyone buys anything they can. Great employee friendliness during checkout.

This store has a whole lot of items especially preseason items. Of course this is the Thanksgiving time that they have a lot of Christmas items for sale. Big Lots have a lot of toys games furniture and other comforters for the house. Big Lots is well staff with restroom,seasonal toys, pet supplies, bed and bath, groceries, Health and Beauty and kitchen items. I love this store because I can usually find exactly what I am looking for. They have quality merchandise and its great to be able to find what I am looking for.

I left my phone in the store, something sparkley caught my eye and off I went! But I called the store the next day and sure enough some wonderful customer turned it in.

Love the new location, the store aisles are so much larger then all the other stores, lighting is great, staff are very helpful. Bathroom is very nice, only bring that up because all the ones I have gone to have been in the back in the store room area and one toilet deal. Never to clean, just passing. This one is very nice, has several stalls and clean. The furniture area is one of the biggest and well organized Ive ever seen. Must have an awesome store manager! Keep up the great work!

Walked in to look around ended up finding some sturdy made childrens furniture ended up buying a small recliner and rocker. My kids love them

I went to this place and two ladies were up front. I asked for help and they walked away and asked for a younger AA woman to help me. She was and still is the best thing to happen to this store. But the two blonde ladies that stand in the front hanging out and chatting need to go home and do that. But when they are there, they need to work. Ijs

I went there about a month ago and as I was checking out with the clerk who gave me two of my bags instead of three, I was so outraged when I got home to find items were missing that I had purchased. I called the store to find out that the clerk had placed my 3rd bag behind her as I was paying for the items I purchased and she forgot to give it to me, smh!😡I had to drive all the way back out there (over 8 miles) the next day to retrieve my other purchases. For one thing, they need a larger counter to place your items on and the clerk needs to double check and make sure she has handed all of your bags to you before she even takes your cash. I was so disappointed that I havent returned since. They didnt even offer me a gift card or anything due to the unnecessary error the clerk made!

They have moved into the old Sports Authority building, and it is SUPER NICE in there. I signed up for the loyalty card so I can get additional discounts in conjunction with their already low prices. They have nice furniture there too. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

They have great prices & merchandise, but I failed to see any customer service worth mentioning. Although, if you look at the store, you can tell they care about the cleanliness & order of it. I will return for the good deals.

Disappointing! Quite a few empty shelves! Only one cashier on a busy time of day! Prices were as high as a higher end store!

First stop in this store in years. They have done great changes. Store was super clean. Put together. Organized. Could almost be a one stop shop. Its got a small freezer/cooker section. Toiletries. Snacks. Milk. Not what I expected but was a good experience.

Very upsetting I was there to purchase a Couch an Love seat Im moving I needed some boxes 2 employees told me I could have the empty boxes get to the register an the cashier says the manager tells me no after 20 minutes of my valuable time. So they are about to lose $800.00 over some empty boxes

Big lots has gotten more expensive. Im not a fan like I was. I can find same or similar items at TJ maxx cheaper. Home decor pieces at hobby lobby cheaper. This is no longer an inexpensive store for towels, knock knacks, etc

This is the perfect store to shop for a college-bound student. You find a bunch a cute stuff that is household quality. A lot of the things are well priced as well, so you get a pretty good deal in the end.
