Awesome experience. the girl who helped me at the merreville store was amazing!!!

After a horrible experience trying to fix a couple of designer sunglasses, manager korena (i have no idea how to spell her name) saved the day. she has been very helpful thus far in this process of getting parts for my repairs. will only come back to this location because of her.update: manager korena (again i don’t know how to spell her name) was a lifesaver. she repaired my versace sunglasses for me in store in little to no time and gave me an incredible discount on a new pair of sunglasses after i explained to her how i had damage on a pair of burberry sunnies that were only worn max 4 times. seriously a pleasure doing buisness with her, please ask for her if you come to this location she will take great care of you!!!

Poor customer service. Bought a pair of Ray Bans for quite a chunk of change for my college age sons 21st birthday on November 30. The salesman assured me that if he wanted a different pair or style, he could exchange or get a refund if he didnt want them. It also says it on the paper receipt and the receipt emailed to me. Fast forward 2 weeks to his 21st birthday and he is finally home from college to open them. He immediately sees a tiny scratch up near the Ray Ban logo. He took them back yesterday, and the woman manager refused to take them back, exchange or refund because they had a scratch on them, what?! He argued that since they were the display pair, the scratch was already there and that he only wanted to exchange for another pair. Manager flat out refused to do anything for him. Another nice saleswoman tried her best to buff out the tiny scratch, and its better but still there. Fair warning....dont buy anything at this Sunglass Hut if you might need to return. Lesson learned--I should have bought directly from Ray Ban.
