The delivery driver was courteous, timely and professional. I rented a throne chair and it was absolutely STUNNING! I will definitely use their services again. No complaints here.

Please dont waste your money. If I could do zero stars, I would. Their deals seem unbeatable, and then I received the product and understood why. The agent suggested I go to the stores property to pay for it, and when I got there, it was closed, although the store hours online clearly stated it should be open. The agent said the employee had an emergency and would be gone for the day—first red flag. I paid via PayPal online transaction instead. The dodge ball bounce house was over 2hours late. Expected to arrive at noon arrived at 2:30. I had to help with set up. The dodge ball bounce house smelled awful mildew and urine, and there was a puncture in it, and the kids almost hurt themselves because it wouldnt stay inflated properly. I had to allow no more than two children at a time. Then I messaged the agent that I purchased the bounce house through and no response.

Things have improved greatly. Open when they say and friendly service. No complaints
