I’d never recommend this store/location Merrimack NHVery disrespectful staff. I brought a shoes to my sister but I didn’t realize it wasn’t her size. I went there to return/get the right size, they refused to made the trade/return because they said it was a clearance item, on top of everything everyone at the store was very unprofessional and disrespectful with my family.We love timberland, but this location in Merrimack NH is so disgusting. As a customer I’m very disappointed. I’ll never be back at this store!

Although Timberland does not offer a boot-repair service, they do offer complementary cleanings of Timberland-branded boots at this location. Marina, Paige, and the other staff members were very helpful at cleaning my Timberland boots without keeping me waiting for assistance. I highly recommend them, and this entices me to stay with the Timberland brand in the future so I dont have to clean my boots myself!

Awesome customer service. I had a pair of jeans rip after the return period was up. The staff gladly swapped them out for me, no charge.

This is one of the outlet stores that I think everyone should visit. The quality of the goods are the same or very comparable to what they sell in normal retail stores. The prices are great here. I saved a ton of money coming here to get shoes instead of going to another timberland retailer.

Great place to shop. They have a good selection. Also they offer a veterans discount of 20 percent which is a nice thing they do for veterans.

Aesthetically pleasing store, good selection of all things Timberland also the employees are nice and helpful.
