We went on the last day of the season. Giant portions! I had a kidde twist with rainbow sprinkles and it was the perfect size. My husband had a medium twist in a cone and he barely finished. Will definitely be back next season. The twist I had at the competitor down the street wasnt even a true twist. It was just vanilla soft serve on top of chocolate soft serve. Two thumbs up for King Kone!

Always a fun and creative flavor on the menu. The prices are great and its great they accept cards now! Have never eaten the food but we love the ice cream. The portion sizes are crazy, I can never finish a kiddie buy love seeing people walk away with giant ice creams!

King Kone, is truly iconic. To locals, its part of the vocabulary. Known for its larger portion sizes, (for soft serve) Variety of flavors and friendly service... I highly recommend anyone traveling through, to relax and fill your tummy with something good.

Honestly, I was upset yesterday not getting the flavors we saw on Facebook because it was what my husband and I planned to do, go to King Kone, have our favorite flavors to celebrate our 32nd anniversary of our first date. We absolutely love the ice cream and will call ahead before we go back next season. 😉 Stay safe and we’ll see you next yummy season!Very disappointed today. My husband and I drove almost an hour for the flavors that were posted on FB (black raspberry and birthday cake) which also stated other flavors (coffee, pumpkin..etc) we’re going to start on Friday but they were the flavors they had today! Was told flavors are kept current on Twitter but I looked on Twitter and could not find them. 😡

The only ice cream cone to ever defeat the Puma. Amazing place that i hope never changes. Strong sprinkle coverage on the cones.

Four stars for the quantity they offer and the price. Only visited once so I would not want to comment on the flavor options yet. We had ordered for the twist with chocolate dip but we ended up getting twist with chocolate sprinkles, did not want to argue as its difficult for one to be clear because of the face masks on, so not holding anything against that. Probably they would have exchanged if I had asked for. Flavors, were good, not the best but as I said it was just one visit, just one try, we will surely try them again.

King kone is an amazing stop for soft serve. Love this place! My wife and I have been coming here for years. Definitely a stop whenever we are in Merrimack.

It was a great experience, one of my kids ordered a large cone, it was massive she almost finished it.

I am a big fan of soft serve ice cream anyway, but King Cone makes it all the more fun by offering different flavor eac week. Besides you normal vanilla, chocolate and twist, they always have at least 2 other flavors, plus a twist of those flavors mixed or the flavor mixed with the chocolate or vanilla. Some of my favorites are creamsicle and coffee. Fair warning...their servings are BIG! I normally get a kiddie cone but still have to ask for it to be made small.

One of the best soft serves ive ever had! My partner and I had the pleaure of stopping by King Kone tonight, where we were WOWED with the gigantic small ice cream we received. Service was timely, icecream was delicious. I ordered the twist with rainbow sprinkles (cant beat it) and my partner ordered a vanilla chocolate dipped cone.

Great value, HUGE portions and super fast service. We will be back.

I love this place—reasonable prices for Lots of ice cream. The only two things are I got a banana split for 2, and it only had one banana. If a split for one has one, why doesnt a split for 2 have 2? The staff who work there are pretty rude, going out back and saying rude things about customers. Heads up, we can hear you! People who havent even experienced life need to stop being so judgemental; its rude, mean, no way to live life, and nothing you say is funny when its at someone else expense.

THE best soft serve on the east coast!! Puts DQ to shame for using ice mIlk in their recipe - nothing but pure milk and cream at KK and it is AMAZING! Their tacos are incredible as well, so tasty and worth the money!

Definitely a must have if your in the area! Dont order a large unless your sharing because a large is 2 1/2 lbs of ice cream.

Only ordered tacos. Price feels a little high, but the tacos are very good. Quantity is unreliable, however. Today the tacos were reasonably full, but on our last visit they were rather skimpy. Flavor is always there, though. I can never complain about the quality or service.

Ended up here tonight at random and got to share a place Ive know and loved for 30 years with my now wife and a friend. I told them that if we transported back 30 years you would see the exact same scene. How many places can I say that about these days? Not enough. Tacos were exactly as I remember them complete with the spoon so you can scoop up what spills out. 😍

Stopping at King Kone for a treat on a warm day is just a part of summer around here. Summer wouldnt be the same without it. They rotate different flavors each week. Coconut and cake batter are my favorites. :)

Great friendly place. Good variety of flavors and reasonable pricing for huge servings. Parking can be tight so consider parking across the street or down the road a little bit. They make a really good effort to keep people safe with Covid by separating the till from food service. They say they are keeping their staffing low to protect their workers as well so have a little patience as they work through orders. All that being said, its still not a long wait. We really enjoy treating ourselves here from time to time.

I went to King Kone today with my Mother and got the Black Raspberry soft serve in a cup with whipped cream and a cone on top. This is the best place to get Soft Serve in Southern New Hampshire.

I have lived all over the country and I have tried a lot of ice cream, I am convinced that King Kone has the absolute best ice cream in the country. The soft serve flavors are strong, yet not over powering and they taste real. The ice cream itself is smooth, soft, and silky. My absolute favorite is the banana berry, but the peanut butter and jelly is a close second! I HIGHLY recommend.

The size of the cones are bigger than you can image. The small cone is bigger than a large cone at many places. Ice cream was great also. I ighlh recommend.

The prices at this place are SO reasonable. Their sizes are also huge. I usually get a kiddy and its the perfect amount for me and only costs like $3. I loveee their coconut chocolate twist, get it every time.

I enjoyed my twist, chocolate/vanilla. The extra flavors were too exotic for me tonight, mango ... So I stuck with the stand by.Service was print, ice cream was creamy. No napkins readily available so I asked for a few, I received a few, all balled, how was I supposed to use these???

If you love soft serve you will love king kone! They have different flavors every week and all of then are amazing! The prices are great and the amount of ice cream you get is a lot. I love ice cream but I usually stick to the kiddie cone because its like a small cone anywhere else. Worth checking out!

Classic soft serve with great twist combos. Ive tried coconut lime (amazing) strawberry lemonade (the best) and strawberry banana so far. My partner always gets a regular twist so I guess that must be pretty good too. Huge servings so bring an appetite and also cash because they are cash only.

Not gonna lie, I went there tonight (07/28) for the first time and it sucked. I heard great things but the workers all looked miserable and were very short tempered. The ice cream was great especially since humidity was around 75% but hey, workers make the experience and that place looked like a sweat shop inside. I recommend the coffee flavor.

Looks like it would have been a good stop. Unfortunately, they only accept cash and I only had a debit card. Maybe they should post that on the large sign so we couldve seen it before pulling in and fighting to find a parking spot. I guess we are heading to Haywards.

Id say three and a half stars, only because I heard such great things I expected something amazing. Its decent soft serve (but most soft serve tastes the same to me) in large portions and some interesting flavors (which change aside from the basics: vanilla, chocolate, swirl). When I was there they had pumpkin spice, lemon, lime, and a couple of others. You can add sprinkles or a few different crunch coats.Parking lot is small and there are only two tables. It is cash only (which seems odd in the days where even the farmers market takes cards but hey I can understand slim profit margins). Service was friendly.

A small little ice cream stop with a whole lot of flavor. The ice cream is fantastic, fair warning though. The small ice cream is as big as a large at most other ice cream stops. If you want a large, be prepared to eat the largest ice cream of your life

Used to be a great deal. The price was cheap and the portions good sized. Ever since the big price increases, what’s special about it? It doesn’t taste more amazing, the ancient building and parking lot are nothing special. It’s just ok now.
