Im a former employee at a different location in MN and as such have several Fossils, one of my mechanicals broke and missed the window for warranty. Fossil outlets have aWOW Discount which allows you to trade in your broken watch for 50% off a new watch (even with sale)The store manager was super helpful with the process and thanked me for stopping into his store. I live 52 miles north but very glad I drove down, if it was closer Id want to work there too!

I went to the Fossil store today, at the Merrimack Outlets. It was relatively busy despite the pandemic. I have a fossil watch that was gifted to me, and lost until recently. I came to buy new wrist straps, and a get the battery replaced. I was expecting to have to pay a fair amount, it was only $1.00. The man that helped me got me a new battery in an hour, and was very kind despite the fact that he seemed to need to be constantly helping customers. Great customer service, and the watch looks better than ever!

We love fossil! But the cashier man in the store of Merrimack Premium Outlet was SO unfriendly and impatient !!There were very good offers for bags and wallets, my friend got extra discount, thats good.. then he refused to give me the discount for the exact same bag !!!!!! Like what is the rule why I didnt receive the extra 20%He also messed up when telling the final price when we recalculated and found the mistake he kept arguing in very rude way !!More over .. He shouted at my kid, he scared her :( I told him you made her feel unsafe in your store! Finally.. I left without purchasing because of this unprofessional and unaccepted way!! Please be aware of this store !!!!

As someone with an actual medical reason to not wear a mask, I was kicked out of the store today after being asked a zillion times why I didnt have a mask on. Lawsuit waiting to happen. This company has completely lost my business. No one else at the outlets harassed me at all. Company policy doesnt overrule a law.

Good quality wallets, hand bags, watches and belts. I found good variety of leather wallets which are finely designed and sturdy. passport wallets are my likings, bought 2 wallets and 2 passport wallets. added to that Fossil is giving huge discounts after their reopening of shop after corona covid19 closure. shopped on 6 June 2020

LOVE this store! It’s dangerous though because I want everything in there! Lol! Someone always greets me when I walk in. They give me time to look around on my own, not pushy, and if I have a question, someone always has the answer. A very pleasant shopping experience.

I just wanted compliment the employees at the store in Merrimack, NH. My watched had recently cracked and they helped me by replacing the watch since I hadnt had it too long.

Let me say I have never had such sincere an awesome customer service. I had the back of my fossil gen 4 smartwatch fall off, a known issue. I called customer service and was given 2 options, mail it in, or go to a store. I chose the store route. Considering I live a hour away from a fossil store I called in advance to make sure I wasnt making the trip for nothing. Upon telling Natalie, the woman who answered the phone my issue, I was cut off and told bring it it they would swap it out 😮😊. Now it gets better. They no longer had the style I had originally bought so she gave me some options and one was to upgrade to the next model, 5th gen and pay the difference. Well I wasnt able to get there until after all sales and discounts ended. Natalie took down my info and told me not to worry they would honor the sale price when I came in, at my convenience. When the day came that I was able to get there, it was a better experience in person then the phone call. Natalie was actually working the day I came in and remembered the phone call and was quick to assist me in getting a replacement. As I was told on the phone she honored the sale price and swapped the watch out and sized it for me. All and all, all brick and mortar stores as well as big name brand stores need to hire more associates like Natalie! She went above and beyond and didnt just tell me what I wanted to hear, she followed through. I would highly recommend fossil as a company and the fossil store at the Merrimack premium outlets!

The staff was AMAZING! Jessie started showing me a few watches, I asked her to hold 1 while I looked around. Livi started talking to me and helped me with engraving style. Overall the best customer service Ive had in a long time! Sean (mgr) was great as well! I will be going back! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a watch, purse, etc.!

Visited this store a couple of times and I am very happy with the people in there, very nice people always ready to help and answer your questions. I very much like Fossil as a brand, especially their watch. The deals available in the store is always better than the online deals run by Fossil. So before you buy anything online make sure to visit this store.

Had an extremely horrible experience from a salesperson listed as Mersudin in the receipt. My family who is visiting from another country were buying gifts and souvenirs. We ended up spending $400. The cashier when asked about the offer, said “we went over this before, it’s confusing for you to understand and what not”. When we got fed up and decided to cash out, she ringed us up and walked away to chat with other workers without letting us know when to pay or use card. When we asked if the transaction was complete, she stated “you shouldn’t removed the card already, have patience” I said it took ages, she replied, “sorry for taking away ages from your valuable life, technology is not fast” kindly avoid this store if you Prefer mutual trust and respect. Never buying from fossil again.

Love this store! Every time I visit this Fossil during trips, I’m always welcomed upon entering and tended to like a king. The associates and staff are very welcoming and thoroughly knowledgeable about products and questions I may have. Had a woman sell me a a smartwatch, answering all my questions and concerns and walked away happy as can be. 10/10 would recommend for watches and leather goods!

Very nice experience as I had just bought my first watch online and needed a few links removed for a custom fit. They did it at not charge. Only wished there went 5 employees just chatting all together in the store.

A great store to get a wide selection of Fossil items at a reasonable price. Often during thanksgiving they have some excellent offers. You can find items like Fossil wallets to smartwatches and stuff! pretty good store!

I used purchase here regularly and the staff were friendly. I even got my watch battery changed here. Last time when I was there the employee couldnt fix a pin in the watch he gave a reason that I have to ship the watch to fix the pin and it would take 4 weeks. Seriously??? You can replace the battery of the watch and not a small pin, I felt he was lazy and not worrying about the customer.

Just had the best experience Ive ever had at a retail store. My smart watch had a defect and even though the defect was obvious, I expected to get resistance from uneducated warm bodies that I (unfortunately) expect at department stores these days. The two employees I dealt with were nothing but absolute STARS. After asking a couple of smart, qualifying questions, I was given a direct replacement... on the spot. They actually left me nearly speechless because the experience was the complete opposite of what I had expected of ANY retail experience. 100% would recommend this Fossil store if youre looking for the products they carry, they honor their guarantee.

I had a really unpleasant experience at this store recently. I was there on the Mothers day (5/12/2019) at around 5.30 PM. When we first entered the store one lady from the staff gave us a weird look and when I asked her about the price of a bag she answered exactly like yes those are $99 as the sign says. as if we dont read. Then she followed us in the store with a mumbling and aggressively organized the bags in the section that we were shopping. I asked her if she had a problem with us and she said we are closing in 15 minutes. I told her that we will leave by 6PM but thats not kind at all. She also told to another customer that they are closing in 15 minutes and she has a life after the work. I totally respect the store hours and I was out before 5.50 PM with a purchase completed (even had a time to stopped at another store!!) but it ruined my day. If it says that they are closed at 6 PM it is 6 PM not 5.30 PM plus 30 min alone time for the staff to reorganize the sections at the store.

A great store to purchase wrist watches and other accessories. However, I do not find much models. It all looks old and outdated. They need more newer models. The staff is little grumpy.

Nice people but the watchs quality is questionable. Got a watch for my son last Sept, by the beginning of this year, already show sign of slowing, thought it was battery problem, brought the watch back to the store, changed the battery, the next day, it is no on time anymore. Lost the receipt and cannot located the email, no warranty... Sad....

That’s the only store in the world where the sales stuff get angry when there is a real buyer or when someone is gonna make a purchase. I wanted to buy some products to my family and in a rude way the guy at the front (I think he is the leader of the store) told me that I could buy just 10 items with my card in a very rude way. Probably that should be a policy of the store and that’s ok but my card was honestly obtained. Finally, I spend almost 1.000 dollars in that store but getting bad customer service.
