Something is not right with this place. Several local residents, including myself, have been treated very rudely by this business, typically in police encounters of questionable nature and legality. I believe this business may be involved in a racketeering scheme with a few bad apple cops. (no court date, cash settlements, and overpriced tows) ...At least victim/customer was *THREATENED* by the businesss owner when the resident left a negative review on Google; was told to take the review down or you will be sorry. Not very professional in my opinion. Do good, honest work, and you will get good reviews... Its pretty simple.Considering the sketchy circumstances, and the retaliation against a customer who left an honest review, I cannot recommend that anyone does business with Muffler Mania. Avoid at all costs.

The owner is just a poor excuse for a man in my opinion. Not a decent human at all, over charged me almost 300$ for a 9 minute tow on a car he had in his lot less then an hour, begged him to accept 200 and he told me he was gonna take my car to auction and sell it. Even had AAA but he wouldnt accept it.

Who are you talking about? My boyfriends car was towed by you guys 3 weeks back.
