The Store Mgr was very helpful and polite. They had excellent customer service, and great products with great prices👍.

Employee was sweet and helpful and I was able to find what I was looking for. But there was an older gentleman just standing in the store leaning up against the counter and he definitely didn’t work there. Not to be mean but he looked like he could have been homeless. He was just standing there staring at customers and it was very odd. And this wasn’t the first time I have seen him just hanging around the store.

We called them and asked if they had braiding hair they told us yeah so we took a 40$ lyft and when we got there. NO BRAIDING HAIR Ill never trust this place again.

There was a lovely Island Women there today, who can make just about anyone’s day. Even-though Sally’s didn’t have what I was looking for.. the women made great alternative suggestions. She is just so friendly..If you looking for amazing customer service— this women will surely put a smile on your face.

Wow, I guess the reviews dont lie for this store. I tried calling multiple times to ask about the product availability and curbside pickup option, but whoever is on the phone there just hangs up. It happened three times, and I wont be trying again.

Theyve stopped sticking a lit if stuff

Most of the nail polish is old and seperated. Doesnt seem they restock on any nail products. Viera is the better choice.

Very happy with this very small store. If you dont find something, they will help you out. If they dont have it, they can order it for you. Overall, I really like it in there and the staff each time have been very friendly and go out of their way to help.

In disbelief that the air conditioning has been out for three weeks straight. Couldnt stay and shop the store was 93 degrees inside it was unbearable. I cant believe a large company such as Sallys is not fixing this promptly and the poor employees are being subjected to work in these conditions.

Bought bleach and hair dye at sallys on friday. Bleached my hair yesterday morning. It didnt lighten at all and I left it in for the 90min maximum time. My sister in law had to bring me a different hair bleach. Then I died my hair manic panic red and when i rinsed my hair was neon orange. No surprise I wasnt happy. I went back to sallys to return the bleach and the hair dye. Brandy- store manager, was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude. She said that I could not return the products because they had been used even though she could clearly see my hair was neon fricken orange instead of a pretty red. I showed her that it clearly states on the recipt and your website that if you are not happy you can return the products. Love it or return it money back guarantee.  She kept telling me I couldnt. I had to go outside about to start crying and call the customer service number (they were very helpful) Brandy didnt want to answer the phone the first time and proceeded to help other customers that were behind us in line even after she got off the phone with customer service. I will not be shopping there again.

Not the friendliest staff. I said hello when I walked in, no response & a Thank you when I purchased my item and all she could say is “uhuh”. I’ll stick to my usual go to Sally’s .. where they greet you and say Thank you!
