Would absolutely recommend purchasing a mattress from this store. We worked with Jose Villegas and he was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely friendly. We had the easiest buying experience and it was because of him!!!! He treated us like family. We were only in the store about 20 total minutes, it was flawless. Also, we came in on a Thursday and they were able to deliver the mattresses the following Sunday - amazing!!! Definitely recommend.

I was waited on as soon as I walked in the store. Both of the employees were very helpful and friendly. It didnt take long before we had purchased our mattresses (with a free adjustable frame for each) and was out the door. The only drawback is that we wont receive them for about a month. Thats not a problem. Im looking forward to my new mattress and frame!

I was thrilled with the level of customer service I received from Steven. I ordered a mattress online and then called the store immediately after regretting my choice. Steve walked me through my order (the mattress I wasn’t entirely sure about) and gave me a number of choices that were better suited to my needs and a range of costs. Further, he also ensured the mattress would be delivered the next day. I am grateful for his time and patience.

GO TO KEVIN!!! Online problems? GO TO KEVIN!! I previously slept on the bed I wanted to purchase. I thought it was going to be a simple process online and it was until I got the bed. The bed was smaller than anticipated, and I wanted to exchange it for a larger size. However, the online sale representative no longer cared about my needs. She had endless excuses and really poor communication skills! Titusville location also said they couldn’t help me with my issues. I called this location before giving up hope. Kevin did great job!!! Took the time to fully understand my situation and actually helped me! He had my new Hybrid Plush BeautyRest king size bed delivered and exchanged in TWO DAYS!!! Response.. I have checked with Billing company and nothing has changed as far as interest length.Came back to edit my review again. The manager gave us 100$ back for the frame set up. so i gave another star for that but Still disappointed they told us our payment would be $70 interest free they are $192 and it is not interest free for the entire loan. It was shocking to get my first statement and nothing was what we discussed and agreed apon.

My husband and I were looking to replace our pillow top Serta mattress after 20 years. We went to Mattress Firm where he showed us exactly what we were looking for. He didn’t try to push us toward a higher priced model or show us something we didn’t want. It was a very pleasant experience.

Folks you need to fix the way you do business as far as service I tried the phone which after pressing blank for this and blank for that it finally told me I had to go your website for chat. I went to the mattress firm chat and after Zakzzz the chat robot was done it stated do you want to talk to a human, well of course I do! came back and stated there were no humans have a nice day. With all being said Kevin saved you a sale as for some reason the mattress we ordered online never arrived. He checked on it for me two days after it was supposed to be delivered and indicated the sale had been canceled. At this point I was like are you kidding me, there are three other mattress retail stores within 5 miles. He checked the stock status and informed me he had one that could be delivered on Tuesday the 23rd. Kevin is an asset and saved you A SALE!!!

Trying to possibly getting total refund.Mattress defective because bundles up and becomes lumpy when you raise the bed frame that came free with it. Have spoken to several employees at store where purchased.Hoping to get this cleared up today.Have spoken to HOPE, JAYSON AND J.T....AWAITING CALL FROM J.T today.I will give you 5 stars if i get this settled.

After lunch we decided to take a quick look at new mattress, so we heading over to Mattress Firm in Merritt island. We meet Lora the sales associate who was very nice she was also able to educate us on the different mattress the store offered. While we tested out all price ranges and firmnesses, I found the one that would be best for needs, but with a $4000.00 price it was out of reach lol. However we continued our search with Lora leading the way and explaining the differences with each one. We finally found the right one with the right price on sale. Lora did a great job and is very knowledgeable. Can not wait to get our new bed tomorrow. We will definitely be back in 10 plus years for a new one.

I had a great experience here. Lora was excellent! She listened to what I needed, what I preferred, and my budget and she pointed me immediately to the PERFECT mattress for me. I’ve slept on it for about a week now and I monitor my sleep quality with my Fitbit and my sleep quality has MARKEDLY improved. She was also really good at answering any of my questions. Lora didn’t try to push me into buying a mattress that was above my price point, she didn’t try to upcharge me or pressure me into what I didn’t want to buy. She listened to me and responded to EXACLTY what I needed. That was awesome! The delivery team was awesome, too! They were very nice, told me exactly when they were coming over, and were very quick! My delivery guy Hasan was great! I HIGHLY recommend Lora and Mattress Firm!
