The repair service for iphones is very reasonable and fast. The store is very clean and so interesting. I never realized there were so many different bulbs and batteries. This is our second experience with the store and everyone we have come in contact with has been very knowledgeable and helpful.

Busy but that is a sign of a great business. Staff is very helpful. Only once have I not been able to get a battery due to being out of production for 8-9 years. Otherwise outstanding.

I made a reservation on-line and showed up for my appointment and the guy told me they never use the online system and I had to drive back the next day, 8 days later the screen is bad so I called to set an appointment and told them I got off work at 5 and would be coming in to get the screen replaced again, the same guy told me that I had to get there by 5:30 so his tech could leave at 6:00, you close at 7:00. I dont think I will ever go back there. The Customer should always come first! give your employees a lesson in customer service, they made me feel like I was a burden!

Purchased Made in USA motorcycle battery on-line. Drove 30 minutes one way to pick it up and was presented with foreign made battery. When I questioned it, employee told me it was the same in the computer system and last one. Had them refund my money.Changed to 5 star and edited above due to acceptable explanation and resolution offered.Was contacted by David who apologized for the employees mistake. I took my iPhone to have the screen repaired and was greeted by Steven! He was friendly, professional and told me my screen would be ready in 30 minutes, which it was. For whatever reason, the screen had an issue, I called and they told me to bring it back, once again greeted promptly, they resolved the issue in a professional manner. Thanks guys, we will be back.

1-Be aware. they ask you for your password of your phone or tablet when you leave it there for repair and tell you that a simple battery or screen repair will take 2-3 hours and they need the password to test it. of course I refused to unlock it for them, very weird invasion of privacy and weird request to probably look at my emails and txts and pictures, even Apple doesnt ask for your password when you go for repair at their store, they only ask you to unlock the device to make sure its not stolen, then they lock it again infront of you then do the repair.2-Be aware. the receipt you sign when you drop off your device for repair says that they are NOT responsible for any damage to your device caused by them during repair, PLEASE read the back of your receipt and what youre signing, they broke my brand new iPad screen and wont replace it.3-Be aware. employees doing the repairs are not certified or authorized to do any repairs. Apple and other manufacturers did not authorize them or certified them to do any repairs as Steven who broke my Ipad said and as I also confirmed that with Apple.

Its fast and easy. I had an iPhone with a sinking battery. I decided to have someone that knew what they were doing change the battery out instead of doing it myself. Took the phone in and dropped it off without an appointment, drove around the block a couple of times came back and it was done.

I placed an order for a motorcycle battery at 9:30am, since I was in town. It’s not a close drive to Merritt Island for me. When I placed my order, it stated that the battery I ordered was in stock. Cool, works for me. I went in to get a massage and came back out ready to grab my battery and head to my business, only to get a voicemail from Joseph at 10:15am stating they didn’t have the battery there and that it would get in that afternoon... I tried telling him, quite clearly, that doesn’t work for me, but all he did was cut me off and not listen... It was a matter of me being in town and I have a business to run, so I can’t wait around for the afternoon. He then preceded to tell me they’d call me when it gets there. Around 3pm I called him again quick to let him know to call my work cell instead of my personal cell please. When I told him who I was, again he just kept cutting me off (no joke, it was really bad) when all I wanted to do was tell him a different number to contact me by since it apparently STILL wasn’t there. His excuse was the driver had other runs to make and they’d be sure to give me a call AS SOON as it’s there... I finished my work for the day, and still no calls. It was now 5pm. I go to look in my email and apparently the battery showed up at 4:30 and they EMAILED ME, didn’t even call me.... My day and time had been so inconvenienced by this, that I couldn’t even drive back to Merritt Island to get it. Plus I was a little ticked off.... Here it is now, Sunday, I placed the order Friday, and I have to waste half my day off going to pick up a battery that was supposed to be available while I was in town. The last experience I had at Batteries Plus was in Melbourne, and I REALLY liked their people and service. I’d rather drive much further to get anything I need, because the experience I just had with this store, Merritt Island, blows my mind. Florida customer service at its best......

I was pleasantly greeted then when battery was brought out it was compared in size & power to the one I had turned in. Was informed that there is a warranty; paid, thanked, then invited back for other products they carry. Price is much better than what the dealership wanted.

Looked up batt online per vehicle and it was a different model. In store corrected it for me.

Not good. Ordered batteries online (six at $219 each). Website implied that all six were at the Merritt Island store that I could pick up this evening. They had four and I’d be able to get the sixth one on Friday. Needed all six today (Tues). I cancelled the order and am now investigating other suppliers. Have had good experiences in the past but not this evening.

I needed a key fob replaced for my work van. They had to order my FOB but when it came in they programmed it and cut the key in about 30 minutes. Their price for FOB replacement here is HIGHLY competitive. Its still expensive to replace, but is cheaper here than at dealerships and locksmiths. I paid >$200 for 1 new FOB for 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan and it works perfectly. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. 10 of 10 and highly recommend.

Lamp repair is hard to find in this area. They did a great job in repairing my floor lamp in a short time frame. Very pleasant staff, helpful and professional. Will use again.

Not sure if the error in my initial battery order is due to my error or confusing website information. Im very glad that I ordered it to the store and scheduled install into my GPS since it didnt fit and technician was able to order substitute. Replacement took a while, though I was made aware of that when the order was placed.

I had my screen replaced here about 2 months ago and was very pleased with the service. I had virtually shattered the screen. Then about a month ago my screen wouldn’t come up. I thought the phone had just died and didn’t think anything could be done. I took it to the AT&T store close to me and they just shrugged their shoulders and told me there was nothing they could do. Luckily I decided to take it back to batteries and bulbs on Merritt Island. The phone was fixed quickly and at no cost because they said it was under warranty. This is an old phone and again they met more than my expectations.

The store had what I needed, and these items were hard to find elsewhere. The price was good. I got 10% off for ordering online, then picking-up in the store. The pick-up experience was easy and the sales person was helpful.
