They had a great deal on phone. Nothing special but so far great phone. You get with phone extra charging cord,u pick out of three things,case it was great deal. Wonderful service. Plesent employees. Just great experience thanks

Cindia AND Monica deserve a raise every time I come here they never cease to amaze me. Forget about all the other metro they always give me the best deal and I quoted other metros and they never try to screw me over they are completely honest with me and I feel like every job needs someone like them

Called yesterday to inquire about new service and switching my plan. Spoke to the manager who was extremely rude. Had an attitude the ENTIRE conversation. Ended up at the location on King street. The manager needs some help with her skills. I live on the island and recommend all avoid this store.
Had a very long day. I went into Metro to start a new account, and Owen was helpful, accommodating, and completely went out of his way to make sure our experience was beyond perfect. I am a store manager, and Owen is definitely the example of a well-trained manager! My son and I appreciate you!

Hostile. I came in to switch from T-Mobile to MetroPCS which was most annoying to the the attendant since her behavior towards my request for info was so belittling that I can only assume that she is either highly stressed, has anger issues, or both. Not sure why a person that is incapable of basic friendly service is running a store alone. This is likely a dealership and a troublesome one at that... Id rather take my chances at the Cape Canaveral store. Thank you!

Still havent found a better deal on a family plan. 4 phones for $100. I used to pay 85 for 1 phone at Verizon. I will say the Verizon signal was better. There are more places I lose signal with the Metro phone however the price more than makes up for it. A good strong signal at my house so thats good. Im just giving an honest review but I am a satisfied customer. I do think the customer service at the store is satisfactory.
I just want to say that my experience with representative cin was a solutely amazong3. I will never go to a other store but hers cause ahe was great. I came to buy 4 phones for free, the first thing she said no free phones ... and the 4 for $380I told her i called another metro they said 4 for $100 out the doorShe said you have to get and the glass protector, i told her i dont want them .I want to speak to the owner please .

Have been using this Metro PCS store for 5 years. After today I will never set foot in there again. I had bought a ZMAX PRO there last June. It came with a one year warranty which this store refused to help me with. Stopped in at 10 AM and only had one employee and he was busy with a couple of customers ahead of me. When it Wass my turn he pretty much let me know he would not honer the warranty but his district manager would be in about 1:30. I went back to the store and the district manager would not help me. I went to a company store in Melbourne told them my problem with the phone and was taken care of. The Merritt Island Store is not for me and I am trying to find the person who owns it to let him know what his employees are doing to his customers. Stay away people if your looking for service after the sale. You wont get it from them.

If I could give this store -5 stars for theiving I would. First their manager has the most unprofessional attitude (no surprise, its metro). Second, I feel sorry for his brainwashed employees who not only believe but relate his lies to customers. I had explained to the sales rep I was unsure to make the phone purchase to which he replied she would get penalized if he did not continue since the phone was already activated (how? he did not have my number nor my account info to port my phone over and get the account activated). Well, I called Tmobile and chose to do insurance through them instead get a replacement and asked to return the phone, well the rep asked his supervisor who made up all these so called rules (because he was the regional manager and according to his they have their own rules. Mind you tmobile was on the phone with me- who own metro) and he insisted I couldnt get my money unless i cancelled my whole number, well after me insisting he was all of a sudden able to refund me minus the accessories except an exchange on the case not the screen protector (so SOL on 26$ here). I then-after going back and forth- proceeded to get part of my refund and exchange for my case. FEW DAYS LATER (today) I check my transactions and find out I was double charged by this store. I come here to get my double charge taken care of and the sales rep called the same supervisor (regional manager) who refused to refund me and he said that they cannot do anything and insisted I could only go throuhy my bank. THE KICKER - when the rep contacted him about the transaction the supervisor actually KNEW about the double charge and specified which was to be legit transaction amount; meaning he was actually aware of this charge and FAILED to contact me or even address it at all. not just this but the sales rep said I dont understand why they didnt contact you the same day, because I usually do if that happens to me, so it seems this is the norm here. I will dispute with my bank and make sure I save someone else the headache of dealing with such devious business. Dirty business DIRTY RESALER. BEWARE!!! pay a bit more and go to Tmobile, their customer service actually answers and their phones and lines are quality!
Service was OK it needs a little bit of improvement....more knowledgeable personnel and better sfaffed.
Some people were friendly but others were rude! One of the new sales rep was trying to help my sister and the other sales rep(suppose to be the manager) just came up and took over! He was such in a hurry that he didnt give my sister, her screen saver for the phone! She got it from Amazon! ☺ poor workmanship!

Those people does not know there job. You go there with a problem about the service or your phone and they tell you a lot of junk and send you to corporate office and when you go there its the same thing all over again. Dont get metro PCs, they just give you those cheap phone that dead fast and dont work, just for you to stay with company or get you to join them. It is a catch.

Stay away from the sales rep Kaitlyn. She will overcharge you. Shes rude, very unprofessional, will talk over you, acts like youre taking up her time, yell, accuse you of trying to scam a free phone from the store (can you say promotion?), overall just a rotten attitude. She shouldnt be working with people.
Never had a problem with receiving phone calls till they changed carriers now I have to get a new phone because there towers dont support my Samsung Galaxy S4.
I went here to ask if my phone had insurance, she didn’t even opened my acc, she just send me to the “phone medics” store across the street.
