Vitamin Shoppe customer service is absolutely horrendous. I just recently placed a large order with them and had a small issue. One of the items had a unsealed lid AND a broken safety seal inside. Normally that would not be a big deal, stuff happens. I immediately took pictures and contacted customer service the same day that I received the delivery.Vitamin Shoppe customer service wants me to waste a few hours of my time driving to this retail location during the pandemic to return it. If I want to ship it back I have to pay for the return shipping. Heres the best part, because the item is open (the whole reason I am sending it back), Vitamin Shoppe will not even refund my money and is only offering store credit.I left an accurate product review on their site about their quality control at production and time of packaging, but of course they deleted it.This is a horrible way to do business, so many things are wrong with the way they are treating customers. I dont even care about the $40 at this point. Just know that if something is wrong with your order, you are going to get zero help from customer service.

This store is great and the staff is helpful. I do want to warn anyone considering ordering online. I am very upset with this company & UPS. This is the 2nd time I have had issues with their online service. I waited patiently for a week for my order just to find out one item in my order required a signature but there was no notification online advising me of this so my order is sitting at UPS. I would have just waited to buy my vinegar tablets at the store. Thats right. Vinegar tablets require a signature when being delivered in the state of Florida. So frustrated right now. The customer service person was as helpful as she is permitted to be but there was no real offer of how they would make this better so that I would be a returning customer. It looks like Amazon is still the best when it comes to online orders.

Friendly and helpful service for the expected prices of a supplement store. They had plenty of samples for one to try with quite the variety. Also, there were deals going on at the time I went.
