I see a lot of bad reviews for Kelly Robinson which comes to no surprise for me. Kelly felt like ordering some food through Door dash. Apparently she was able to spend $30 dollars on food but gave a 0 dollar tip. Heres a heads up, we can see your tip before we pick up your food. I still do it to be nice, but if you dont plan on tipping your drivers might I suggest you pack a lunch or go get it yourself?
I came in to get a price on shipping a box to Utah. The woman at the counter asked if the box contained car parts which I answered yes. The packaging clearly indicated it was automotive related. She asked if it was a used part, I answered yes. She then said she would have to open the box and check for residual flammables because its a used car part and that I couldnt ship from the Fedex store and would have to go to the warehouse off Grissom. I said the part does not contain flammables and never has. She said she would still have to open it and check. The box was stapled and sealed already. I have shipped used car parts more times than I can remember from this location. In the future, Ill be taking my business elsewhere.
Print your documents elsewhere! They clearly don’t want you to print at this location as B&W letter costs 62¢ per side (color was over $1 per). For reference, this means the 200 pages I needed would have cost about $125. I went to the UPS store nearby which ran a more reasonable 15¢ (the whole job ended up costing $42 after computer rentals and binding).

Need last minute prints for a event, did everything by email and phone, Dave took care of it, sized it properly, even cut them out for me, went above and beyond! Dave you are the man! Excellent work.
Terrible service. Lazy staff. Kelly immediately told me she could not help me because my package was too large and they do not have a box large enough. She told me I needed to go pack it myself and come back when it’s in a box. I could not believe my ears. This makes no sense when I have shipped larger items in this store before. She was clearly lazy and did not want to assist me. I then left and went to UPS and received amazing service and my package was taken care of with no trouble. UPS > Fedex
My FedEx trip was awesome. The staff was friendly and beyond helpful. My printer had broke the day before so I couldnt print my shipping labels. It was no problem, I stopped in and asked and the young lady was more than helpful. She said no worries, just shoot us an email with the labels and we will print them for you. It may sound like a small thing but it was a big help on my crunched timeline. They were happy and helpful and added to an all around positive experience. I will be going back here for all my shipping needs in the future!
Very, awesome, professional, polite, educational, above and beyond team characteristics. Staff very knowledgeable, they have a sense of humor, able to think outside the box, equipment maintained very well. I have never had to ask for paper for the copy machine, or a computer crash. They work as smooth as an organized military team.
Done business here a number of times including today. Always great customer service! Really appreciate and respect high quality customer service!
Went into this location Thursday to ship out a package. The manager Kelly is so rude. Her tone of voice comes across as very condescending and brash. I felt rushed and that I was imposing on her to do her job.
Updated post. 11/27/2019. From 1 star previously to 5 stars. New staff and they are polite and professional. Very happy to see this change. Most especially when I have to drive from cocoa beach. Thank you very much for helping me out.
There was a large intense woman who shouted “what do you need” over another guest and associate discussing something at the register- so initially I was put off. I told her that I was there to print a pdf, she said that she can’t print from links and referred me to the self-help section. I asked her if she could print from her end; I was cut off before I could even tell her that I needed two pages to me omitted from the print and the machines don’t allow it. Her speech was so loud that my 5 year old covered his ears the entire time. Go to the Office Depot in the same parking lot. They are willing to help with what Fed ex can, and more honestly.
Very friendly service, very convenient. Ive come here a few times to print and ship.Others have said that the service is poor. This hasnt been my experience, so I suspect it totally depends who is working.
Was questioned about what was in my package multiple times not only did I feel greatly violated for this but understanding the fact that multiple FedEx workers have been charged with stealing packages in the recent years. I find it almost insane for me to have to verify what is in my package I clearly stated that there was nothing including any dangerous or banned items or batteries however I was told that the package could not be taken and I had to drive 16 miles to the local FedEx ground location. I will not be going back to this location and may consider using a different shipping service than FedEx it puts my package my reputation in my sales distribution in Jeopardy to have to verify what I am shipping every single time FedEx you need to fix this
3/16/2015 - Went in to get a packet copied and turned out to be a nightmare. Store was completely empty when I arrived, associate Amy was on the computer and looked over and asked what I needed. I told her I had to make some copies, she immediately sends me to self assist and goes back to playing on the computer. I go through the self assist process and see that it mentions 2 sided copies, I told her I did not want that and she states that as long as I leave it on the default setting it should be fine. Go ahead and start copying, low and behold 2 sided copies. I brought this to her attention and she states she needs to get her manager. Manager Kelly comes out from the backroom and rudely states the best she can do is give me a half refund even though I told Amy that I did not want two sided copies. I told her good thing Office Depot is next door and Manager Kelly snidely states that if I feel the need to go there that I should. I take my half refund and go right next door to Office Depot and get my packet copied within 60 seconds. Save yourself some time and just go directly to Office Depot.I had went to this location exclusively for the past two years when I needed any copying, printing or scanning done but recently management has changed hands and the store has went downhill drastically.
I went to this location last night for a large format printing job that Office Depot could not complete for me. When I got there I was the only customer. Lucas R. was very helpful and took the time to make sure my prints came out good.Also, while he was troubleshooting my copies two other customers came in who needed help to complete their projects. Lucas was very patient and answered all their questions even though they were slightly impatient.I will definitely be going back for my next copy job.
Great service knowledgeable. But I had to fax 14 papers to a local 321 number and copy them and my bill was over 30 bucks for black and white. Ridiculous pricing fedex. No wonder why ups is better in every way. I will never do business with this company again.
The computers don’t work to print stuff, the guy at the counter, who was the only employee there, was rude. Not just to us, but he also smarted off to this older guy who needed help for no reason. It be worth driving to another FedEx store, because this one is horrible.
These ladies follow all the rules and cut no corners. But they take care of you. Thanks!
I had business cards done here that came out terrible...twice. The first time they were so blurry it was painful to read them, which I paid over $60 for. When I went in for a refund, the manager Kelly said the best she could offer would be $25 more to clean up the blurriness. I picked them up today, and got cards that are thankfully not blurry anymore, but now instead look like I printed and cut them out myself with a pair of scissors. They also have a crooked black line around the edges that looks extremely DIY, not what I paid $85 for. Never coming back here again.
Must be nice to have the ability to put a sign in the window during business hours stating you are closed for 10 mins. I on the other hand, think it is a pretty poor business practice. Only saving grace was the employee was friendly once she finally opened the door.

They were friendly, but I hate to be asked “what’s in your package” ummmm none of your business. I’m sure it is a fedex policy or something because they always ask, at least in this store.
The place does shipping of course, but also wide format printing and scanning in color or black/white. Not cheap though.
Standard FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. The staff is helpful in getting your tasks accomplished.
Printed documents here. I dont even own a printer anymore, just come here when I need to.
I hate this place. The lady who runs it is completly opposite of friendly. I dont know how FEDEX can possibly have her in that position.
