I needed a part for my dishwasher and confirmed that this shop had it. The gentleman I spoke with gave me a number of ideas to troubleshoot before trying the part. He educated me on some basic diagnostic tips. Turns out, I didnt need to replace the part. This company is very customer-centered and takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend!!

There arent many appliance parts shops left but this one is a gem. I bought replacement parts for a washer from Amazon and when they eventually showed up, the kit was missing parts. I ran down to this place and the knowledgeable staff got me the right parts at a better price. Id recommend these folks to anyone.

Stopped by this morning to get parts for for my 20+ year old clothes dryer. They had all the parts at a reasonable price and were able to help diagnose the failure of the heating element. The cause of failure is a story to share with my spouse.😁

Ill keep it short. Ordered a door gasket for my freezer that was not a stock item. Picked it up after I was called and that weekend I simply took it out of the box to measure and line up against the old one that was still installed, looked like a good fit. Started taking the old one off and the door started to break into pieces. Time for a new freezer. I put the gasket back in the original box for return. A 11 days later I call and ask if I could return for a refund and was told yes. Stopped by later that day and the counter salesman opens up the box to inspect. He tells me it has been installed and cannot issue a refund. I explain to him it was never installed. I doubt it was ever inspected when they received it from a different warehouse, it appeared to have some wear when I first took it out of the box. Now Im down $150 and a liar.

Theyre not as cheap as some stores online, but you get your parts same day and dont have to pay for shipping, so I consider it an offset. The guys that work here are super helpful and down to earth. I went in missing a part number, but they were able to help me find it on a diagram so I still got the item. Theyre the kinda people youd wanna have a beer with, if you could, at least I would.

Very helpful. Even loaned me the special tool I needed for free as long as I promised to return it. The persons review mentioning Amazons better prices doesnt take into account that these local people have to run a store front and also help you. I love Amazon but being able to get what I need the same day and extra help is worth the extra cost.

I brought back a part that wouldnt fix my appliance and they wouldnt take it back because it was now consider used even after one day. Both locations in mesa and tempe staff were awful. The criticized me in front of staff and customers and started using foul language to me. I will never use them again as they need to learn how to treat customers fairly. I wish i could give negative stars.

They had the parts in-store that none of the other four stores I visited and two on-line suppliers had available. They were helpful and worked collaboratively to get me what I needed. Ill go there first next time and recommend others do the same.

I am so impressed with the Appliance Parts Company. They were incredibly helpful. I hope I never have to replace a part in one of my appliances again, but if I do, this is where Ill go.

I called appliance part company for a drain pump for my Kenmore washer he asked me a couple of questions had me check a couple of things and said its not the pump its the bin switch told me how to check it we went through a couple of things he helped me dismantle the washer to get the old part out I took it in when I was there he told me the tricks to get the cabinet back on the washer came home and in an hour and a half and that included 50 minutes to drive down there and get the part and get back home my washer was fixed the guys were great I cant say enough about these people

Charge you for parts they dont have and cant get in a timely fashion. No communication until you call them. Then they basically say its policy to bill out regardless of stock or part availability.Ive spent a lot of money here over the year . That all comes to a stop now.

Gave the manager my modle number and he sells me the wrong parts. Suspension rods 2 inches shorther then what i needed. Send my kods to return the wrong oarts i was sold for $80 and the manger tells me theyre old used parts. The proceeded to threathen me and told me to come down there.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I went in thinking I knew what I needed to replace, but after I described my situation they knew it was a different part. They looked up my refrigerator to make sure there wasnt anything else that could have been damaged. They also gave me a 12% discount for no apparent reason.

Their prices seem fine, theyre just need to work on delivering their message with a smile and not a frown.

Control board went out on my refrigerator. I call and they had the part in stock. The person on the phone told me there was a core charge so if I bring the board with me I would not need to make a second trip.After I pick up the board I could not get it to work, I called back and was told i need to enter a code for the board and I could google it, Instead of stopping there he found the instructions online and walked me through it so I could enter the code.
