Todd & Beth are super helpful and friendly along with other staff members.I really like Bed Bath & Beyond as a store because its a place I can go to actually see many quality household items that can be hard to find.Ive been to few of their stores, and always a quality experience but I have to say this particular location is my favorite because staff is always very helpful & knowledgeable-- thats obviously a big shout out to the management of this location, thank you!!! This BBB staff was over the top in terms of customer care. I frequent stores such as this one as a part of my side hustle. This is the FIRST time a manager guided me directly to some amazing deals. This is how customer service should look everywhere.Outstanding store and staff!

Came here looking for throw pillow inserts and king sheets, pillow cases. . No luck with inserts and king sheets advertised not available. Limited supply of other sheets. No matching pillow cases. I was the only shopper in store. Finally found an assistant thinking she could help me order online or tell me if another Bed Bath and Beyond store may have what I needed.or have delivered to my home which has been done before. She coldly told me to go to Target next door. I then went online on my phone and found what I was looking for at the Gilbert bed bath and beyond. However I took her advice and took my business to target and found what I needed there.

I have no idea what is going on with BB&B but the selection of household items is shrinking at an alarming rate. My go to store for picture frames is now just one small end cap of all the same style frames just in different sizes. Table linens is sparse too. Better off at Target or Amazon.

Went to buy new sheets, but selection was very limited and they were out of most my size, nice stuff but pricey. Lots of parking, helpful friendly staff, clean restrooms. Still didnt have what I wanted

I am very very proud of the employees at this store. I saw them being compassionate to a person experiencing homelessness. They bought her snacks, a drink, and a mister. They should be recognized for this ❤️

Employees were not very customer oriented with exception to our cashier! Each time we asked an employee where BATH pillows would be located, they all seemed to be perplexed as to what a BATH PILLOW is? Honestly, how can you be so clueless? 4 employees workout that basic knowledge is a testimony to the lack of training/product knowledge. Also the merchandise was not visibly shown on more products than properly marked products. Maybe a management overhaul or education would help this store. I have given them many opportunities over the year. Ive run out of patience.

Meghan(hopefully I got that right) was a great help and perfect salesperson! I came in for Cocoa Motion machine but they were out, she looked all other stores in Mesa but no go, she ordered it for me, and got me signed up for membership with gift card to offset cost promo going on. I went in expecting to pay about $40 and after I get gift card Ill have spent less than $30!Ill be back to this store for sure with service like that!

These personalized stockings were less than $18 and arrived via fedex pretty quick!

It was busy, really busy. We got an appliance, and a few small things. Then went to another store and the appliance was cheaper by $80. When I went to return the item, they wanted to price match it, then they needed two managers just to approve a return.

Was in store number #491. Carly and Kristen were great helping but the manager Jeff was exceedingly off putting and made me feel horrible as a customer as he enforced policy. I could easily have been treated with a bit more human kindness. Then he attempted to have interaction with me when he wasn’t kind to begin with, asking questions I’ve already answered twice to the site employees. If he’s ‘allergic to work’ as he mentioned to an employee as I entered the store, then perhaps he shouldn’t be interacting with physical customers.

Went in to look at some bar stools. Did not have the ones we wanted in stock. Lady took the time to go to the computer with us and order the ones we want in the Heights that we wanted. Applied our coupons price was awesome. Extremely good customer service!

This is, other than straggler Starbucks stores, the only local place you can get verismo pods. You can get them on Amazon and you can get Mr. And Mrs. Mill pods on Amazon and they should also work on your verismo brewer. Verismo is based on technology by K-fee, so almost any K-fee pods, with the exception of CBTL should work without jamming up your machine.Back to the store... It was clean, employees and most patrons were wearing masks, and the pods were on SALE! So I was triple happy!

I went to your store today and a wonderful assistant Theresa did a wonderful job. I had bought a quilt at another BB&B the day before but they only had one pillow sham. She looked up online and found another store that had two and they were on sale! It is rare to find an assistant now days that takes that much time with a customer. To top it off the items were on sale and I payed full price at the other store. I bought the quilt on sale and saved a lot and took the original items back to the other store. Thanks, Theresa!!

This is a fun store to dream in. Todays visit was for a few specialty items in the kitchen to assist cooking to avoid strange allergies my wife and daughter have, and was pleasantly surprised to find what I needed where several other store I visited did not. The store was clean, organized and as always had a pleasant aroma. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Finally to finish off this trip we had forgot our 20% coupon, and without even mentioning it the employee applied the discount for us. Overall, this was a very positive trip. Kudos to the B&B in East Mesa.

BB&B is a well stocked store with a large variety of practical items and many unusual selections at competitive prices. The only stores I usually spend time in are groceries or sporting goods stores. BB&B is the exception with their large variety of goods.Always new and unique assortments to make the visit interesting. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I frequent the location at McKellips and Power Rd. In Mesa, AZ.

Love this store. Love looking at all the gadgets and household items.We chose the wrong item today and it ended up being ten dollars more than we wanted to pay but manager was on point, noticed my confused look and jumped right in to correct it for us. Our fault, not the stores. Wish every store had this kind of customer care.
