They advertise $100 gift card on Fry’s receipt.I was disappointed. It connected to Western bank advertisement of $100. Although I received a $75 gift card. I am happy... The service I received was excellent they were here when they said they would be they were efficient and professional.

They scheduled me within a couple of days, showed up on time and were very courteous. They asked what stickers I needed to be saved and put them on my new windshield when they were done. Customer service was amazing on the phone and they took care of everything with my insurance. I will definitely go back to Integrity next time I need windshield repair.

Job finished in less than quoted time due to they had replaced that same windshield several years ago & there was no clean up job to be performed before new windshield replaced. Needed a new windshield but paying by cash, not going through my insurance. Used Integrity Auto Glass for over 15 years but always with insurance. Called a few places to see what cash prices were. Owner Doug came through as our hero when working with Safelite was a complete debacle. I drove to distant Safelite facility and after hour they told me my windshield was on national backorder only after removing broken windshield and putting it back in (which is illegal) then denying it.Doug swooped in and offered a temporary fix and about 2 weeks later Chris installed my windshield seamlessly at my home. They offered a recalibration service which will also come to my home next day. Entire team is wonderful, highly recommend!!!

We highly recommend Integrity Auto Glass. Scheduling was done quickly and professionally. The replacement team member gave us a courtesy call to let us know he was on his way and arrived right on time. His work was so efficient it was obvious he was a master craftsmen.

The coupon helped part my deductible so cant complain. The windshield looks nice. What I noticed at night I see slight reflected lights from cars when they are about 500 feet away or more so it looks like double, not sure if this is normal with heads-up display. I think my old window didnt have this problem but I dont think its a big deal but if I known I would probably look for a specific brand. The person did a great job it was all clean.

I called integrity Glass and they put me in touch with my insurance company who approved the install. Installer called 30 minutes before showing up. He installed the windshield and split. I received the gift card 2 weeks later in the mail. That was my experience with this company. It went flawless. I would without a doubt use them again and will definitely recommend them!

They were on time, professional, clean, friendly. We had custom tinting on our windshield. They said they could not tint the windshield. Now we have to pay to have that done. That would be the only reason we wouldnt use them again

Came to my home on time as scheduled. A piece of trim broke (due to sun damage - older car) when being removed, and they replaced. I looked it up and found it was common for this trim piece to become brittle with age. Installer was friendly.

They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. The installer arrived on time but he was alone and in an old van and I will admit, I was concerned. I chose not to watch the install. When I came back out 20 minutes later, it was done. I don’t know how he did it but he managed to lift that huge window by himself and install it with no damage. I asked him how he did it and he said, “20 years of practice”. I tried this company for the rebate being offered but would use them again.

These guys are always quick and professional. My wifes car needed a replacement weather strip and they even called the insurance company to notify them. Came back 3 days later and finished the job. They could have just threw the windshield in there but the strip was cosmetic and functional at the same time and he suggested that we replace it. This is our 2nd time using Integrity Auto Glass, and will continue to do so for future needs. Our installer, Tim, did an excellent job. He called when he was on his way, and installed the windshield accurately and quickly. A 2nd visit was necessary due to a whistling sound at high speeds - but it was not due to any error in installation but rather due to the flimsy molding that comes with my type of cars windshield (a known issue). He did as I requested and inserted some silicone under the molding along the top, and now the windshield is completely silent. So he definitely went above and beyond in my eyes! I couldnt be happier with the installation, the tech, and how quickly things were taken care of. Thank you Tim & Integrity!
