Very good store awesome staff! The only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is not their fault, its because its being switched into a different store so there was limited supplies. Again not their fault but frustrating at the same time.

I love this store! They are always so helpful and have a great staff. Char has always been so helpful with me and my clients, she is very knowledgeable about anything I ask. I highly recommend this store for a variety of reasons!

I came into this location ( Mesa ) for the 1st time, I used to go to the chandler location for a year, before I moved. This location has HORRIBLE customer service! The 1st young girl that tried to help me then tried to ring me up and fail, she didn’t know any of the products I had asked about or know how to run her computer, then she got her manager (little older real skinny and long hair) who was extremely rude and used the comment that “I’m just a barber”! I am VERY proud of my job and LOVE it! And at the end of all this I ended up making a new account and I should of just left! I will not be returning to this location! Apparently BARBERs aren’t good enough to shop there!

I had bought a face wash the day before and when I brought it home the very first time I squeezed it comes out the top and the container was open and contaminated. They would not put my money back on my card and would only give me store credit. Im not happy with the way this was handled so now I am left with a gross broken product and no way to fix this issue before my next customer.Only buy things you know you will never have to return at least if you actually need it on a daily basis

This is a great place to shop for licensed cosmetologist Barbers and any Spa and Salon people. The only thing they dont sell theres Redken products by the way but everything else is pretty much there.
