Completing a remodel as a homeowner can be overwhelming. The guys at discount made it simple. I ordered 7 doors from these guys and hardware. All of them were ready when promised, when I called with questions Jordan and Jose were quick to answer my questions and give me the answers I needed. They were understanding personable and professional. Great team!!

Just had an employee chase me down in the parking lot screaming at me that I hit a car he didnt see it and it didnt happen Even after the guy who owned the truck said the Dent was always there no apology no Im sorry just a condescending tone and walk away that he wouldnt get me his name I guess thats what you get when you come here(Watch out thay hire male Karens)Update.... I do feel compelled to update my review I have been coming here for many years and they do have some of the best prices and Jose has always taken care of me even after this incident he treated me like nothing happened Mostly because I think he knew his employee was in the wrong (Again my opinion) but even if I just wanted to mention that Hope this review helps a lot

Great company. Friendly, fast, and great prices. I have used this company at least 5 times. Never had a hiccup. I am a property manager, and this will be my go to company for all my baseboard and trim needs.

Really bad customer service...be waiting 2 weeks for a quote for 19 interior doors ...After many hours of wait time at phone they say they forgot work on my order.Lose a potential client and not recommend to any one out there

Wildly cheaper than Home Depot or Lowes trim. Also, got my wood closet poles here for much cheaper than anywhere. I literally called and made a phone order and in a matter of minutes I had the trim I needed for my entire home and the stuff they didnt have in stock was ordered as well. By the time I got there they had it all bundled and loaded it onto my truck for me. Very impressed with their service and prices.

Employees cutting and uploading doors are very helpful. I always shop doors here& have been Great!! Just make sure they match the door exactly with what you have, I had a problem last time with a new employee he ordered the wrong door & refund my money for the mistake. I ordered 18 residential doors. This company somehow managed to bore the hole for the door handle in the wrong place on one door, the faceplate hole wrong on three doors, and missed the mark on the hinge areas by several inches on more than half a dozen doors. These werent consistent mistakes or minor mess-ups... just all around bad... see the attached picture. Underwhelmed. Would not recommend that this company handles any of the measuring or boring on your doors.

After going to Home Depot and finding a mediocre selection of baseboard trip and corners and 84 Lumber and being ignored, I went here and they had exactly what I wanted for a great price. They walked me through all the options and I was able to pick up the items right away.

Definitely NOT cheaper than Home Depot or Lowe’s.

Pre-hung interior or exterior doors, trim, DD&T will take care of you. Picking up a pre-hung unit today, door had not arrived. They found another door, built the frame while I waited. Excellent customer service! Need to open another location to service the West Valley.

I read the reviews about poor service and was tepid in choosing to do business with them. I found their prices to be VERY competitive and their service to be very good. Maybe they are more focused on better service - I couldnt have been happier, and I made things a little more complicated than necessary. They made everything work smoothly.

The prices are great, the place is run by a bunch of young men, theyre not really personable but the quality and prices are good, doors come in quickly. Weve been using them for years, weve only ever had one problem & they fixed it. Its the kind of place where you order what you want & come pick it up, if theres a problem you bring back the door and pick up a replacement. I wouldnt expect them to come out & install anything, its a door & trim SUPPLY store.

I had an awesome mid century door that I was retiring and going to use for a conversation piece. I had discount cut me a new door to the exact specifications and upon pickup they had thrown my old door. Be SURE to specify with these guys whether or not your keeping your door. Like all tradesmen they don’t use any common sense and just do their normal processes. When I asked them to track it down they put me on hold for 10 minutes. After the long wait I was notified they threw it and were not willing to do anything about it.

Came to discount door and trim looking to get away from the big box stores. Ordered 170 sq ft of hardwood baseboard with some rounded corner pieces for my house. I let the employee know I live in Maricopa so its quite the drive and he said my order would be there the next day. They ordered the wrong material some of the baseboards where damaged it was all bundled up so you cant really see the boards. I called them and let them know what was going on and they told me they already knew about it and it would be a week before the new pieces where gonna come in. I asked if they already knew it was wrong why have me come in from Maricopa to pick it up not tell me it was wrong and let me leave the store with the wrong order. They said it was the manufacturers fault ok buddy.Its been a week and a half and I have received no email no phone call I never recieved an apology from them or a refund for the rounded corners. If you are not a contractor who is a daily customer it feels like you dont matter to them. I will not be coming back to this place again.

The door latch hole was 4 inches too high...the first door was 1 foot too big...and they will not refund your money

Great value but the worst in customer service! I purchased from them previously but when you call in they act as though they are doing you a favor and dont have time for you. The owner needs to really look at the choices that were made for employees representing them. Direct competition for them is The Door and Trim Store which is the same on price and a touch better on customer service if you walk in.

Great prices on baseboards. saved tons compared to Home Depot or Lowes. The installed baseboard with end caps looks awesome. They deliver.

Not happy with the service at the store. had doors delivered that when stained showed defects. contacted the company; they had the door rep come out and he agreed that they should be replaced. contacted them to have the doors replaced. it has been a year and we have not gotten them yet. calls to them go unreturned. all that is needed is a PO number to the door manufacturer so we can get the new doors. I am beginning to wonder what is going on with them that something so simple can not be accomplished. seems to me like something shady is going on, and i am getting tired of it and going to take measures. our construction can not be completed without my doors.

Order and pick up both went quickly, i placed one order online and next by phone, both were easy and employees were very helpful.

I was looking for some trim to make picture frames. They have a nice selection, much more than the big box stores and cheaper.

***** buyer beware**** good prices but horrible customer service***Make sure you get everything in writing with this company. The owner and manager chris said that my crown molding and french doors woukd be delivered in a few days and it took them over a week. Also asked if the french doors would be painted white chris told me yes and when they got delivered they were not painted. I called to have them pain the door or give me a discount for the price of painting. Chris the owner laughed at me and provided terrible customer service.

Bait and switch. I searched online over the weekend and plans the whole project on an item that the site says is an in stock product. I arrived at the store to purchase the product and was told it is not an in stock product and then they attempted to sell me a more expensive product that I would need to modify to suit my needs.
