This is absolutely by far the most customer attentive gun store I have ever been to in my life. Bruce and his crew don’t just hang out back in the stalls and talk amongst themselves while you look awkwardly at their guns. They are very welcoming and friendly. An expert in their trade, they are the pinnacle of what you would expect if the floor was covered in marble and there was a gentleman to hand you a glass of whisky as you walked in the door haha, joking aside. They don’t steer you in their preferences, but in what feedback from experiences or other attained knowledge of said question or desire. I had a custom AR9 built here at Mr.Silencer and was very pleased with the fitment of my new firearm. The whole process of picking and choosing the parts was educational for me as well as fun! Bruce and his team made it an exciting experience. I was surprised to find out that after personally building my own AR15’s that this was going to be put together professionally by them I was enthralled. Ammo in stock with fair prices too! I highly recommend you reading this to go and give a knock on their door.

I purchased a lower from Mr. Silencer for my 9mm pistol build. The only part of the build that came from Mr. Silencer was the lower and a magazine, fast-forward a few months and the pistol is complete and I got the chance to test it out. Every 3 rounds it would jam, thinking I had done something wrong and searching for answers on the internet is a art in itself. I reached out to Mr. Silencer via email. He responded within 15 minutes and told me to bring it in and he would have it up and running. He recommended a new buffer, which I gladly purchased. He polished the barrel feed and even tested it for me. Bruce showed me what his thought process for the diagnoses was and only charged me for the buffer. I purchased ammo from him just to show my appreciation. Super nice guy, gave me a quick lesson, tested my build, and only charged me for the part I actually needed (and ammo). Thats pretty good service. I will be going back here for all my firearm needs.

Mr. Silencer is very nice and knowledgeable on everything he sells. Has a decent inventory for those looking at those higher quality builds but also has the real nice off the shelf stuff too. Looking forward to my next purchases and thanks again for the excellent experience today. Steve.

This shop has amazing employees and leadership that is in tune with customer wants and needs. I have made several purchases here, one for a pistol, one for a suppressor, a third time for accessories for a rifle. Each visit is quick with the staff getting me what I was looking for and educating me along the way. They dont have to add value like this but they do every time. They have reasonable prices but I would probably keep coming back even if they charged a little more because they treat customers very well.

Worst gun store I have ever been here. All the reviews claim it’s good service and they’re helpful, but they’re not. I had a lower receiver shipped here and they were rude on the phone while asking information about when it had arrived. The employees were rude In store. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I took a CCW class here with ConcealedAZ. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. However, I was presented with crucial knowledge and left feeling informed & confident. Top notch instruction and I will be recommending this location to all family & friends.

The staff is friendly and (Im assuming this particular gentleman is) the owner is very knowledgeable.I purchased a suppressor and had them build an AR pistol for me. Nothing they can do about the waiting period, but it felt like forever. The AR pistol build was quick and was able to pick out the parts that I wanted.I have taken it out several times and put nearly 600 round through it. Until I noticed in the middle of one outing that one of the trigger pins was missing its screw. That was the end of that days fun. Got home and looked over the rifle, cleaned it and ordered a new set of pins. Once I received the new pins, I took the old ones out and discovered that no loctite was used to secure the screws to the pin, that keep the pins in place. During this inspection I also discovered that there is no buffer detent pin installed. Some how there is enough flex in the end of the buffer and it would catch at the open end of the tube, so it wouldnt pop out.Since purchasing my suppressor and AR pistol I have moved further away from Mr Silencer and it is no longer convenient to just swing by. I have called, text and emailed and have gotten no response. I understand that they are busy and there is a recorded message when you call to text or email for better assistance.It is disappointing that I have to go buy parts for what I thought was a complete build.I would have no problem buying an off the shelf rifle through Mr Silencer, but would be hesitant on a custom build.EDIT...@ownerThank you for your response, especially outside business hours.Maybe I got a bad batch of pins, who knows. Not using a detent with a captured spring does make sense. Im looking to add a Law Tactical folder to my AR pistol and need the detend to keep the buffer in place when folded.It has been a while since I had originally emailed. Stuff happens, emails get missed. Happens to me all the time. I take a few days off work and then have 200 unread emails.The parts are of minimal cost and not a real concern.With this addition information Im changing my score from 3 to 5 stars.

I am a novice regarding guns but I am quite knowledgeable after listening to Jim Hendrix regarding the safety and handling of a handgun. If you need guidance and knowledge visit Mr. Silencer...you won’t regret it.And since my husband knows quite a bit about handguns he is now the proud owner of protection for us. Found this place through Facebook, Bruce the owner was doing a FB live showing off a Honey Badger. Lots of high quality parts and guns packed into such a small store. I ended up buying quite a few aftermarket Glock parts and last time in, Bruce was very helpful explaining stippling and left my frame there for work and started the long wait for a 9mm can. Am looking forward to the day they get a Sugar Weasel in stock! The way covidiots are panic buying right now, I think I’ll get my can before they have a Weasel lol

These guys are the greatest. They really care about their customers and give you their full attention. If you have a problem and they can’t answer it the go way out of their way to get you a good answer. Their Store is small but so cool, I love shopping there. They have a very good inventory of what they can get due to the national shortages. Their parts select is amazing.

I went to Mr. Silencer today & tried to buy a suppressor for myself. At the door I was greeted with a sign & no door handle. They are taking good precautions under current circumstances, only serving a few customers at a time, opening the door to 2 or 3 people at a time, do business, leave, & let the next person in. The people there are nice. They all introduced themselves & made me feel welcome. The had a nice selection of rifles, shotguns, & plenty ammunition choice. I did all of the paperwork at the kiosk, unfortunately they werent able to help me today due to my age but I was told that when I come back, my info would be there, ready to go for when I am legally of age to own a can. I will be back for that wolverine next month. Hopefully, itll be in stock then for when I finally turn 21 & this current epidemic is over.Overall, its a nice place with good people. If youre looking to get a can, this is definitely the place you want to go.

I ended up buying the Obsidian 45 and the Rex Silientum suppressors for a great price. Bruce and Davis helped me understand all my options and walked me through the fingerprinting process. It was quick and easy. Definitely recommend. I will be going back for more suppressors.

Been dealing with Mr Silencer for a long time. Very knowledgeable, detail oriented, great communication and always willing to answer questions. Depth of knowledge to explain and advise on builds and purchases. What can be done and more importantly what you shouldnt do. New store front is nice and accessible with a wide variety. Always willing to recommend Mr Silencer whether is it an NFA item or not.

Online store is sketchy. Bought a simple magazine, transaction complete, got a confirmation, then later discovered for no reason why they refunded payment for the product and charged me 8 bucks for shipping nothing. It is principle not the 8 bucks, if they follow up like good guys Ill change my review common mistakes happen.Follow up -They refunded my 8 bucks and apologized. Their in good standings.

This places customer service is horrible from the owner, associate was awesome. Went in looking for a PCC found a Cz Scorpion marked 699.99 told the clerk I would gladly take it, as I’m being rung up Owner comes by and tells me it’s misprinted and I can not sell to you. It tells me it’s now 899.99. I leave and come back a few hrs later looking to purchase for 899.99. As I grab it the owner now tells me it’s 949.99 and would not honor 899.99 price. All in all, he cares only about making a profit and not about his customers loyalty. The owner is greedy, and all I kept hearing from him is I spent 850 on it bc someone had to pay there dental bill!! I know any other shop would have honored the 899.99 price, he’ll even the miss marked price and taken the loss, but not this guy. I will never be coming here again!!!

I’ve purchased several suppressors from Bruce at Mr. Silencer and couldn’t be happier. He has fair prices and a great selection. He even puts on suppressed shoots where you can try out different weapons and suppressors. I highly recommended checking out this store. No one is more knowledgeable on NFA items than Bruce.

This place is unreal. So much good stuff in a concentrated area. Really fair labor prices. The owner was super cool and is helping me get a 10.5 suppressed SBR correctly setup. These guys are the go to shop for suppressors and higher end parts and optics. Had every single item i could possibly think of.

Awesome shop and great products. I buy all my suppressors from him because he has demo days that let you hear and try different cans. Also if you are waiting for atf approval you can shoot your can during those events. Bruce is very helpful and has a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Mr. Silencer is okay, I mean if you like a well stocked store with good prices. Only problem is theyre located so far away from my divorce attorneys office it makes things difficult. For example I told my wife I wouldnt buy another gun, but then Im in this place and buy everything you need to build a new AR minus a lower. I didnt have to fill out a 4473 so I did buy a gun, cool right? But then I gotta drive all the way across town to to my lawyer and ask if this qualified as a loop hole. See great staff, lots of product, low prices... but too far from the laywers office. Im sure Bruce will open another store closer to my lawyer when he expands.
