Have been shopping with Sky High for the better half of a decade and always been impressed. This location sold me a defective product and wouldnt accept it back, followed with terrible customer service by a young red headed gal. Dont make big purchases here. Go directly to the company who sells it. Thank me later.

This was my favorite shop for a few years. All of a sudden all the really good staff is gone and they haven’t had my preferred products in stock for over a month.Edit: gum with mint shisha. I usually buy the kilo size and when that’s out there’s always the next size down. Except for the last 6 weeks or so.

I price checked two things while getting papers both were over double what other places charge. Thank me later but stick to small purchases. Excellent shop and they really have everything you can imagine ! Friendly staff.. Tell your friends !! You wont be disappointed . They also have a lot of crafted pipes etc that are not the normal little cheap pipes . Bongs Dab rigs they have it all !!!

The owner Sam is amazing. Wide variety of products, and reasonable prices. I drive from Tempe, just to get my zigzags from this location. I love the atmosphere, and vibe.

This is a great place with so much variety and I only give a 4 star rate because of all of the people that work there are nice and very helpful except for one gentleman that works there. He is not personable at all, seems to act as if every customer is interrupting his day. This at all doesn’t mean I won’t return, but just know he needs to check into himself and find out what’s really bothering him. Best of luck to him.

My brand new tank for my vape pen was leaking and I went in to see what was wrong and the lady there took the time to help me figure it out, I probably took 30 minutes of her time and she couldnt have been nicer. The manager is terrible, dishonest and does not honor prices. Claims that prices of products from distributors changes every week. Not reliable and not very friendly when it comes to customer service. Open up a shop in Scottsdale please!I was staying at a friends place over the weekend and I needed a new coil for my vape as mine had burnt out. Skyhigh was the only ones open that late in nearby. I was a bit hesitant as I am customary to my local shop and I have had other shops been a bit shady in the past.But when I walked in the staff instantly greeted me and was very friendly. They had great pricing and were educated on my Smok vape. I have had issues in the past getting the correct coil for my particular Vape as the Smok brand has about 4 coils that sound and look the same. They took the time to explain everything to me. Being from Scottsdale I was surprised these guys had a very up to date lit up shop. Love the floor!! Great prices and a huge selection of items. Bought some Shisha for my friend as he is a big hookah fan, also got a cigar for my dad as their prices were way better then the lounge I usually go to in Scottsdale. Wish we had theses guys in Scottsdale. They are going to be my go to spot when I am in the area.Highly recommended if you are in the area.

I bought an enail here with a lifetime warranty, when I brought it back they told me that it would be a week for the return. Their customer service was so excellent when I told them that I needed it for medication, they replaced it instantly for me. Talk about actually caring for your customers! Highly recommended

Whatever you do, dont buy any electronic devices from this shop. I have recently bought ecig for over $80, and since day 1 I started to have problems with. At first the battery would just shut off during inhalation like its low on juice, and after 5 sec would show that there is actually 75% in it. That was really annoying since every other time I go use it it would shut off on me. On next day, I couldnt use it at all since ohms would just stay at 9.9 and it wouldnt work at all. I went back to that place to see if they can exchange it for me. They said we know nothing, all sales are final. Have a good day sir! So, if you need to buy tobacco from them go ahead, for any other products stay away!

Used to come here often because their tobacco products are great. Bought a vaporizer for 4th of July - had to return it cuz it didnt work. I have been smoking hookah for about 6 months and started by buying a used one on craigslist. It was a fine starter as I didnt want to spend a lot of money to find out that I didnt like it. It turns out we love to smoke hookah, especially with friends on the weekend, and needed an upgrade when the Craigslist one started to fall apart last night at about 9:15 pm. We live around the corner from A and R and were glad to see they were open. We went in and were greeted warmly by Mike. He helped us pick out a hookah based on how many hoses we wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed (and some things we didnt). He threw in a small box of shisha, tongs, another hose and connector (which he installed for free), a bowl screen, some extra foil and a hacky sack! He was genuinely happy to help us. He said he normally closes at 9 but he was waiting for his brother and he decided to stay open. Im really glad he did!That night we smoked the new hookah for the first time and noticed the grommet connecting the stem to the vase was really loose. I called Mike to make sure he was there on a Sunday and he was. He said he would fix it for free if I brought some electrical tape. He quickly fixed it and traded me some more shisha for the tape and threw in some incense after refusing our request to pay him for it.A and R Smoke Shop and Mike are great and will go above and beyond to make you happy. Please go see him and give him business because its these kind of people that deserve to be successful. You wont be disappointed and will become a loyal customer.
