Dianne and Jerry are awesome! If you need a used car, look here first! No high pressure salespeople to worry about, just the owners who want to get you into the right car. The Master certified mechanic hand picks which cars go onto the lot. They may not have a huge selection like some of the power dealers, but the experience is 100 times better here. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

No pushy sales tactics, just good honest communication. Read that this husband-and-wife-owned used car dealership was different than most, that they personally pick their vehicles to sell, and then back up the dependability of the vehicles they sell. We called them the day we were coming to see the truck we eventually purchased, and when we arrived the husband, an ACG certified mechanic, was putting in new fuel filters. We got our used truck home and it leaked fluid in our paved driveway (they have a gravel lot). We called them, they immediately asked “bring it back”. The mechanic fixed the leak, from power steering. When we picked up the truck a few days later, he told us he fixed the PS leak, but also replaced a tracbar bushing too that he saw was missing ( nothing we knew about or expected). We got the truck home today, seems to be working properly. We don’t believe in buying a new “utility” truck, so we are buying used—they seem Intent on providing a quality product that performs as the buyer would expect. To date I am impressed and letting my friend and workmates know about their quality and service to date. Highly recommend. Will update if any change.

One of the best car buying experiences weve ever had. It was relaxed and no pressure. We knew going in to it what we wanted to spend and what we needed in a vehicle. Over all a great car buying experience I picked up a 2004.5 Silverado duramax, pretty good price which matched market value. The only problem is the truck was sold to me and by the time I got it home a range shift inhibited issue was popping up, thats kind of a hard thing to miss when youre driving it around and putting the truck into park because it will get stuck in the reverse gear, but other than that part Im happy with the deal I got and very good service overall from both of them they make a great teamEdit - from 5 to 2 stars. (Never got around to editing my post) After months of chasing down the issue and not hearing a word back from these fine folks I found the issue came from the engine wiring harness being eaten through by a rat, aswell as the ignition switch and NSBU switch all being fried because of this. I tried contacting them 4 times after I purchased the truck and I should have just declared it a lemon and gotten my money back (even though after the multiple days of me trying to get ahold of them to resolve it and me keep the truck the lemon law period had passed.) but here I am a year later finally with a truck that drives. Just remember everything they get comes from auction so look for these things I thought the claimed ASE certified tech would actually see (A HUGE all caps display saying RANGE SHIFT INHIBITED Kind of hard to miss) They have good reviews but there is always people who get the bad experience.
