Never in a million years did I think I’d be able to buy my baby her first car as a single (divorced) Mother. Randy at USA Auto is the BEST! I’d purchased my SUV (2014 Chevy Equinox)last year from him. And went back for my daughter’s car (2017 Ford Fiesta) this year. I was able to obtain financing for both vehicles. Oh did I mention I’m currently going through credit repair! I’m feel like I’m paying a bit more than I probably should, but for great vehicles and reliability with warranties you can’t beat it not having a great credit score. However it’s still affordable for me.

Just got a car here if you need a car or are planning to go here ask for jr he was the best and was really nice and patient and explained things out, because I was a first time buyer.

3 cars broke down on us. We live out of town and had to keep getting towed. They made excuses rather then being honest. I gave them every chance to make it right but they kept putting me into bad car after car. The place is a joke. Then when I asked for my money refunded, the guy was not going to give me back the money I had already put into it. So now I still feel they did wrong by only refunding a portion of my money, so I will need to take legal action. Its sad that people today are still so greedy and un truthful. This place is a bad bad bad joke. Do not buy from here.

They were AMAZING! My fiance and I were in dire need of a vehicle i dont have very good credit and my fiance doesnt have any so our options were limited. We went to other dealerships and drove other cars and there was always something off everywhere we went. I had been chatting with Karla through text and my fiance said lets just try this last place and by this point we were nervous and about to give up. We went in, they were quite busy but we were greeted promptly and offered water. After a short wait Ramon got our file and sat with us we talked, we laughed and then went out to look at what was available. We didnt find anything that caught our attention right away so Ramon gladly took us to the mechanic area and there was our car on the lift. We fell in love immediately! It was having the basic care done and we werent able to test drive it but Ramon went over everything that the mechanics were doing and it was all basic maintenance. We wanted this car we finished the paperwork and Ramon threw in a rental so we at least had something to drive while waiting for our car to be ready. He also had our windows tinted since that is very important to me in AZ. We are very happy with our purchase and appreciate everyone here at USA Auto! We will be back for our next car too!

My credit was terrible and I did recieve a car but the price Im paying on the back end proves where I went wrong. READ YOUR CONTRACT!!! Get your credit in better standing and if its a most to buy from a dealer, find one that has better lenders and better contracts. Customer service goes beyond pretty smiles and pleasant emotions.

I lost my job due to covid. Was only two payments behind to the date, I called to make a payment and they refused it. I was trying to manage all my bills fairly since losing my job even avoiding groceries to pay them. Three hours after I called to make a payment they repod my car. I had interviews lined up the next week. Had to turn down two jobs because of them. THEY DO NOT CARE! STAY AWAY. I even expressed the jobs I was certain to get but they didnt want to hear any of it. Sad capitalist company. Better off I guess since I wouldve paid almost 3 times what the salvage title car was worth.

This company is a scam. They take advantage of their customers and pick and choose when they are willing to help customers. You are literally better off going anywhere else.

I bought a 2015 Ford Fiesta here it was my first big car purchase and to be honest I was nervous. But the front worker Michelle was very kind and the salesman Randy got me a good reliable car I’ve had for over 20K miles and a year now and I’ve had no issues. He also gave me some advice on how to boost my credit score to refinance down the road which was super helpful. Would recommend buying a car here and I’ll definitely be buying my next car here. Also I read some other reviews about the cars having old tires on purchase. The ones on the car I purchased were pretty much brand new

A vehicle accident occurred, called the dealership.2. They sent a tow truck (the lot dispatched a tow truck of their choice and thus accepted responsibility of conduct thereafter, per ARS § 28)3. Provided fraudulent invoices multiple times to the insurance company (wire fraud)4. Disassembled the car, making recovery and repair at an alternate shop difficult.This place will answer for this.

Let me just start off by thanking Brian for staying on the phone with me for 30 minutes, explaining the benefits of buying a vehicle with USA Auto AZ. No other dealership did that for me and he laid out a trusting foundation and gave it to me straight.I now want to REALLY REALLY REALLY, thank Randy for taking REALLY REALLY good care of me today. Whenever I buy something, I want to feel like I’m buying from someone honest and RANDY exemplifies honesty. I had bad credit, $700 down, 2 red light tickets unpaid and in desperate need of a vehicle. He got me into a 2015 Ford Taurus SEL for only $388 a month AND he got me full coverage for $183 a month. I expected to be paying $700 a month ($400 for car and $300 for insurance) but everything total is only $571 a month. That’s a savings of $1,548 a year which is $7,740 for the duration of my loan term.There was a small crack on the side panel window and the Bluetooth / charging cable isn’t working but he’s got it covered, and will come back Monday to get it fixed. He even gave me $35 for gas. Randy, thanks for making this transition smooth!!! I pray you stay BLESSED!I love this place and I’m sure you will too! Thanks Randy and Brian for EVERYTHING!!!! We got a car from here and the car was already messed up (we clearly didn’t know that) we tried to get it fixed several times and Lupito “supposedly” fixed it and what he did was made the car worse. AC stopped working within 4 months of us getting the car, next month car started over heating. Now the car has been in our garage for months because we completely can’t drive it - junior can’t do anything for us and PFG basically saying we have to pay for the car or they’ll come and pick it up. This place does not fix cars before giving them to you. They just trying to get cars off their lot by any means necessary. Do not get cars from them- your car will not last.

Purchased a car there and the customer service was fine until after the car was driven off the lot. Our first payment was due 45 days after the purchase but whoever was responsible for the paperwork didn’t get the application turned in for the financing which caused a delay in getting the license plate. Upon calling to get status I was put on hold for 5 min. I hung up and called back thinking that they forgot about me as no one ever came back and gave me any updates. When I called back some broad names Gina answered and the first thing she said to me was that she was just about to answer when I hung up. Very snotty like as if I could see what was going on there. Then when my boyfriend went to pick up the plates she asked my boyfriend if he was the one with the mean girlfriend. How is this professional?! If I ever treated my customers that way I would be out of a job. They advertise that they are better than the big car dealerships. That’s a joke! My other car is a ford and purchased through the dealership and my registration was mailed. This place is so cheap they can’t even mail the plates or the registration. Not once did I have to call ford to make sure they were doing their job. Now due to the lack of organization and poor customer service we now have to pay the first payment along with the second to bring the account current. Had this dealership handled the paperwork in a timely manner we wouldn’t have to make a double payment. They claimed that I didn’t email the w2 forms but I did and forwarded the original email to them which was sent 30 days before our first payment was due. The credit union advised that they just received the paperwork a few days ago and that since they received all the paperwork late a payment needed to be taken. This place is unprofessional and Gina is extremely rude. Will never go to any used car dealership ever again. This was my first and LAST time dealing with unprofessional and unorganized people. What a disappointment. Avoid this place at all costs.

I keep having one good experience after another with this dealership. I bought my Chrysler 200 in mint condition at USA Auto and I was very pleased with the low car payments. The customer service they gave me was so good that I referred my daughter there and she got a Chevy Spark in mint condition with an affordable payment. I was so pleased with how everything went with our purchase transactions, that I referred my friends Lindsay and Harmony and there were super happy with USA Auto too. And recently referred my niece and she had an issue come up with the car and USA Auto handled it efficiently and impressed me even more than I already was. I will keep referring my friends and family to them because I know that they can be trusted and they give great service!

SIMPLY AMAZING! I shopped around, went to six dealerships in 5 days and my experience with Randy was superb in terms of customer service. My situation was very challenging but the overall experience was by far better than any of the other dealers that I dealt with. (and I dealt with more online than just the lots that I physically went to). My payments are right where I needed them to be and I got the car I did not think I could get. A great place to go to forgetting a vehicle. They will work with you, even if you have horrendous credit. However, please ask them about their finance companies. PFG FUNDING IS HORRIBLE. All circumstances are different with people. Things do come up. So please, do your research. Again, a great company to work with When it comes to getting a vehicle. Just make sure you have options regarding finance companies. Im only one voice. So my opinion may not matter.

USA Auto is your typical auto dealer specializing in friendly service to make you think theyre selling something thats worth it. When, in truth, your vehicle will NOT last the length of the loan. They sell a bunch of overpriced junk. 3 people surrendered their vehicle in the 2 hours I was there buying mine. That shouldve been my first red flag. I have SEVERAL instances with my dissatisfaction regarding this rip off shop. They need to be shut down.
