The manager is extremely disrespectful to her staff and undermines them at every level and any chance she gets. She will lie about the staff to the owner to justify her actions. I really hope and wish that someone would look into the conditions here and the other stores they she oversees. Ive reported it to the corporate office but they tell me that because it is a franchise, they have no control which is false. Im no longer there but I talk to people from each of the locations she manages and it seems like it hasnt gotten any better.

Great Customer service and great fruit always

The ladies there were AWESOME!!! I bought a Groupon and came in to see what my choices were and they showed me all of their delicious fruit options. I even got a few samples of their popcorn, and fresh baked cookies, while we waited literally only 20 minutes for them to make this BEAUTIFUL arrangement.😍Kudos to their WHOLE team! 🤗

I had to change my order not once, but twice, and they were so accommodating! Even just hours before my delivery was set to go out, they didnt even bat an eye. Very excellent customer service and everyone I spoke to was amazing. Very highly recommend this store!

I was looking for a fruit arrangement with chocolates and everything my man likes.As we always enjoy the masterpiece of the one that was made just for US!

With everything changing because of the pandemic Edible Arrangements also has changed alot within the store but the taste and flavors have not..Still delicious and worth it .. I recently purchased fruits for my sister along with a bday Ballon, upon arrival my balloon was already deflated but the lady inside had no problem grabbing me another one which Im pleased about...no complaints here :)

We love Edible Arrangements and were so excited to stop by. When we walked in the women in the front did not say one word to us and walked to the back and said “someone just walked in” This took me by surprise as customer service at the other locations is normally top notch.When the cashier came from the back she was not wearing a mask, even though there are several signs on the door and right in front of the cash register. I watched her make the strawberries and she was not wearing a mask the entire time.My husband asked “how long has this location been here” the woman said “I have no idea” and walked to the back.We felt like we were causing them a disservice for even walking in.I really hope the customer service at this location gets better, and employees follow the mask mandate as it states in their front door.

The service I received was excellent. They were not letting customers in the door because of the covid, but I was able to call them, they took my order and was able to bring it out to my car within 15 minutes max. They were very polite and caring on the phone and walked me through all of the steps. This was my first time purchasing. I will definitely be back.

Would not give me a straight answer about delivery. The tracker never updates and I spent the whole day wondering if my delivery would even show. When I called to follow up the service rep came across as disinterested and aloof. Overall a bad experience. Not what I expected from such a reputable company that had, in years past, been very responsive and customer oriented.

I love sending these arrangements and treats to family and friends. The quality is great but the customer service is amazing! I use the app to place my orders and it keeps your contacts for easy reordering. It also reminds you of special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. They have cookies and other items I am going to order for myself to try. It is a great way to give a gift that is unique and delicious. I love how they have so many options that you can use them for all your parties and holidays too. My family likes to order these with the cupcakes for birthdays. Thank you for the best customer service I feel I can trust each order will be special and beautiful. Everyone loves a delivery just for them and I have to admit I do order myself an arrangement just to try out the new lines before giving them as gifts!

I ordered an arrangement for my younger brothers birthday and I highly recommend them!

Ordered a week in advance paid in full, was not delivered on day of ordered delivery. Delivered one day late at 7 pm. The business model is built behind having special deliveries on a special day. I was offered free cookies as compensation for my order magically disappearing and then not making the delivery. Upon receiving the delivery no cookies were delivered. Would not use again, if you call them their order line says to order online, I would order from them on the phone and not online. Online does not guarantee delivery just that they will take your paent

I am a regular customer.. No words as the delivery was very late at night. The condensation from plastic wrap made it wet and mushy. Looked like leftover fruit as not ripe. Wrong container and well just wrong all around. It looked sad and will need to stick with a more reliable gift in future. Spending that much you think they could try to make it feel like they care.

My sister got this for me for my birthday. It is so cute! Taste yummy too!

I was really pleased with my order. It was my nieces birthday. I wanted the arrangement delivered after she got off work. They followed my instructions to the letter. My niece posted a photo and it looked identical to what I ordered. Great job!!!

Bad customer service!! I had toCome into the store because I waited so long on the phone to walk into the store wait for someone to come out to the lobby and Answer a call when I was already waiting to take a new order in front of me! I’m so upset. She was making arrangements in the back and comes up using the same gloves who knows if she is even going to change them. Still waiting

The girl who works here is so friendly and helpful! Absolutely love how tasty and fresh the fruit is, and so pretty! It only took 20 min to have the arrangement made that I ordered there, but you can order ahead and pick it up when its ready :)

Very confusing. Went in for a quick gift for an anniversary. The cashier had to go to the back (5) five times to ask questions. I asked if the strawberries were good right now (sometimes theyre a little out of season where they arent very big or red) and she assured me they were good right now. When I finally got them they were cherry sized with wilted leaves. After refusing them they brought me out another batch that was slightly better.

Dont waste your time or money. Whoever you are thinking of give to deserves better than this company. Substandard product, rude employees and over priced

I order Edible Arrangements for my clients every year as a holiday/ appreciation gift. They are a nice, healthy change from cookies, candy, etc. They love them!

I walked in with family and wanted to get four smoothies and the sign says 16oz for a price and they told us the 12 oz is all they offer but charge the same. They are also not helpful at all and felt very uncomfortable.

Outstanding customer service as I mmade my order online from Indiana. Absolutely no problems, order taken, fulfilled,and delivered, just as advertised.

Placed an online order for someone to pick up and it was not what I paid for and they left out other items. But when I called the manager took care of everything and fixed the order for me.

Always fresh, always on time, always friendly and never any issues. Have to wait for coupons, but I mean I dont think I could make a pineapple star so you are paying for their hard work.

When trying to order online they didnt have anything that was online at the store. I had a Groupon for $10 off any Valentines arrangement but the coupon had to be used online. I called the store manager and she was no help. She tried placing my order and using my coupon code over the phone but it wouldnt work. Then I asked where to find that item they have in the store online and nothing they had in the store ready for today wasnt even on there website for me to make the purchase online with the coupon. Then when I asked how much it was to drop off at the store next to their business they said it was $13.99 delivery even thought they wouldnt even have to go in their car. Awful service. I asked if they could just not charge me the delievery fee since it was right next door and I wouldnt worry about using the $10 off coupon and we could just place the order. She refused to do anything. So frustrating since I had spent a hour and decided not to get anything since they had horrible customer service. Would not recommend. For the prices they charge you would think they would have better customer service.

The banana were way over ripe. The apples were ok. The strawberries were so green you couldnt eat them.

Really bad customer service and employees are so rude

The fruit is so juicy and sweet.

Came in to buy an arrangement and literally had to pull the words out of that lazy woman’s mouth. I told her what i was looking for and she stated at me blankly. Asked her to tell me what comes in a box and said “everything like this one but less” if you don’t feel like working go home! She didn’t want me to buy anything because she didn’t want to have to make it.

My husband received an arrangement for Fathers day. The fruit was inedible. Strawberries were green, grapes were rotten, pineapplw was all core. Never again!

Update:Tried to give them an opportunity again a year later, and the lady answering the phone was extremely rude.Went on Friday at 630.. store was closed, no one answered the phone. Hours say open til 7pm...Lost a customer....
