One of the best places to go to by far the girls there are so helpful. Alexis and Mercedes are always so bubbly and happy when I walk in. The management there is always willing to help when there is a problem. By far one of the better stores to shop at! Thank you!

I bought a nice bed frame from the Val Vista store. Came back the next day with my hubby to pick it up. As we were loading it in our truck we noticed some brackets needed to put it together were missing. I told the sales girl and she brought Roxanne the manager to yell at us about the store policy. She berated us for 5 minutes saying it was a used bed and is sold as is!! She finally said she would give us a store credit after we brought the bed pieces we had in our truck back, like we were going to steal them. As we returned the pieces she mocked us loudly saying all they needed to do is lay 2×4s on the bedrails and read the store policy. I have NEVER been treated so badly by any store employee ever!! Roxanne is a very sad, unhappy lady. She should be banned from retail and get much needed therapy ASAP!

Great selection and good sales. Sadly, Ive not had a positive experience at the trade counter, only cashiers are friendly. I prefer the Tempe location on McClintock & Guadalupe but trade credit doesnt transfer between stores.

Nice place with clothes, to boots, purses and furniture both antiques to modern, dishes and paintings. So much more. Very friendly staff. Cant wait to go back.

Manager is extremely unprofessional. I tried to call in sick (during the pandemic) she told me i didnt sound sick and basically if I didnt come in I was fired. Extremely stuck up. Rude. Do not work here. She treats people with 0 respect. They have gone through 30 employees in the past couple of months and all you have to do is walk in and youll see why.

They have a nice selection of clothes, shoes and furniture. If you are starting a job and need business casual or dressy clothes, its a great find. However, no customer service. Not a single smile or hello. How are you going to work in the service industry and not be at least friendly? They do not make you feel welcome at all. Plus, they close the fitting room like an hour before the store closes which makes no sense. Its also beyond irritating that they yell it every 2 min. Its annoying and unwelcoming to keep yelling that its closing in x minutes. With their selection and being so close to my house, I would have liked to be a regular but Im big on customer service. A smile or a friendly voice goes a long way.

Not only is this place seriously over priced on most of the items, the manager, Roxanne is so rude! I came into the store with my children and right off the bat as I shopped I seen her working in a very panicked state (which happened the entire time I was there), rushing and yelling at her employees and criticizing their every move.As I was looking at clothes my 1 and 4 year old Were sitting underneath the clothing rack I was looking at and Roxanne comes up to us and raises her voice at them demanding they stop playing around and get out from under the clothes because it’s dangerous for them to be under there. I said “excuse you?!”, I was already shocked that she had the audacity to act and speak the way she did towards her employees but then to do it to children and a customer at her store?! My 4 year old knows better and said “I don’t see any danger here” and I said “ya! I don’t either ” and continued trying to shop cuz I needed a dress. As Roxanne started to walk away she goes “you should be grateful someone cares about the safety of your children!”Over all, seemed like such a chaotic environment and I will not be going back. I feel sorry for the people who have to work with her. Idk why she’s so bitter but if that location of turn style wants to succeed, Roxeannw should not be there!

Prices can be a little high, but the store is very well kept with a great selection of both clothes and furniture.

Very stuffy, snobbish place. Never greeted or even acknowledged. Reasonably priced clothing, and home decor, more expensive on furniture. But if you can stand being treated as irrelevant might be a store for you.

I love this store. I always find good quality clothes at excellent prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. Today the young woman who checked out my purchases laughed and joked happily, making my day brighter. This may be a second-hand store, but it feels like a nice boutique.

Buyer Beware! I have loved this store and bought quite a bit here. But yesterday I bought a plate which looked perfect IN THE STORE. As I walked to my car I looked at it again in the sunlight and saw a very noticeable blemish. Went back in immediately and was told no return, store credit only. Are you kidding me! I would never have purchased it had I seen the flaw. Terrible customer experience from the store manager and I dont care what the policy is. Bend the policy and keep your customers.

Disgustingly rude manager. Roxanne treats her customers and and employees horribly and has 0 respect for anyone and invalidates everyones feelings. She needs to be fired right away or me and everyone i know will never go back. She screams at her employees in front of customers AND screams at her customers. She needs a reality check and has to understand she wouldnt be losing as many customers and employees if she was at least a decent human being. The employees also talk badly about the customers all the time. Don’t give your money to these people.

I had called the store to inquire about bringing in vintage square dance dresses, petticoats and shoes to consign. The woman I spoke to said yes they took them provided they were clean and in good condition. They didn’t tell me there is a 35 item limit you can bring in. I got to the store and hauled in boxes of shoes and beautiful vintage dresses, hung them up on a rack and waited for my time slot It wasn’t until then I was told about the 35 item limit and that they didn’t take square dance clothing Everyone was nice and there were beautiful clothes in the store but I was pretty bummed out for wasting my time. I drove from NC to pack my mom’s things so surely wouldn’t have driven across town had I been given the correct information on the phone. They definitely need to let people who call to inquire they are only allowed 35 items. Thanks

First and last time working with turnstile consignment! Both ladies working yesterday acted like they just hated there job! Out of the 31 items and sets of glassware we brought in, 11 were chosen. They threw all the rest of the glassware into the boxes we brought in, and never told us what items they selected! Very unprofessional.

We were looking for a particular piece of furniture and we found the perfect one at Turn Style for only $69 plus tax.

Worst experience ever. They were so rude. I consigned very nice items. After the manager insulted me. I will never shop or consign again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I have heard from other people that they had the same problem. Rude to the core.

The cutest little redheaded female(possibly an assistant manager?-if not, i think shes due for a promotion-just saying. Lol) store attendant(with red pumps to DIE for) helped me the entire time. She was more than willing to allow me to keep bugging her to help with this and that. AND let me keep changing my mind about if i was done shopping it not. I will definitely be returning very soon.

The review would be better however they had a stack of 8 bowls which looked taped together however one fail off at the register. So I asked could she give 10% off or something. She stated you break it you buy it which I was going to buy anyways however if you secure the items your selling or supply a way to carry items this wouldn’t happen.

I love this place, but they are closed till April 1. I really wish they would update their answering machine message to reflect that. I brought a whole truckload of furniture to them today only to find them closed. They were not answering their phones, darn I guess it’s to Goodwill for my goodies

Staff were absolutely rude. We had to stand in line to consign which was fine, but the lady wouldn’t even let us put our clothing on a rack so we didn’t have to hold it while we waited (35 clothing items get heavy after a while). Employees were wandering around and not even helping consign. We won’t be returning.

The owner is rude and nasty. The older woman up front would die if she had to smile. Took in brand new clothing with tags she refused for consignment and then started talking about me with the customers behind me. Stuff is so overpriced you can get better price at retail stores. Will never return and will advise my friends to do the same

I always find something Im not looking for, but can use. The quality & condition are pretty much new. I found a great summer hat & a Fossil brand wallet (matchs the sage Fossil purse I bought last yr) No luck on shorts.

Good selection of furniture but some things maybe didnt belong as the quality was not very good, like couches with no support. A couple of good finds and sometimes prices are reduced if the items dont sell.

They have a sign at the desk where you consign clothes that says “I’m not bossy, I just know what you should be doing”. They should add “and I’ll be happy to tell you in the rudest possible way”. There’s always a nice way to say thing to people. This staff has not learned the way.

I may love the clothes that are here but the customer service sucks. First, we waited in line for 10 minutes and when we went to exchange an item, we couldnt. Also, we werent aware that the 7 day in store credit policy included the day you bought the item. The receipt doesnt say anything about it. I definitely wont go back to a store that doesnt honor what they say on their receipt.

My sister and I have consigned here since the grand opening. Roxanne, Debbie and staff make it easy and fun to consign. The store is well organized and showcases our treasures for optimum sales. Although I live near the scottsdale store, I travel to Mesa because of the excellent customer service, store set up, the great staff and even the other entertaining shoppers!

I only go here with my wife but I dont mind. Usually consignment stores feel dingy but this place does a good job of not letting the store seem like a fancy yard sale. They are very picky that everything brought in must be on a hanger. This means no trash bags of clothes piled everywhere.They also have a separate homegoods area with furniture and knick knacks as well. It would be a good idea to call before you bring any large items like a table or couch to make sure they have space for the item.My favorite part of going here is going across the street to guitar center after. Its a good reward for helping my wife without complaining lol.

Great place to consign both clothing and furniture items. Lots of customers come to browse and buy your stuff. Great way to make a little money or get something there on the $ youve earned by selling your stuff you no longer want.

Tried to put a bunch of high-end clothes on consignment but they wouldnt take hardly anything. And they wanted to price what they would take for unbelievably cheap prices. By the time they take their cut, it was better to give everything to Goodwill and take the tax deduction. We wont be going there again.

I am in shock, I went there with the 35 items that you are allowed to bring in and shopped around and waited till they reviewed my items and found 2 pants, I purchased. I have went from a 3x to 1x loosing 75lbs. I have always been complimented on my appearance. I mostly shop at Kohls, Macy and Catherine s and they only took 5 out of the 35 items. When I ask why she said we dont take Gloria Vanderbilt. I asked what are you looking for and she said Anne Taylor, Chico, Etc and I advised her that everything she said was not in plus size . Then she said The Avenue and Lane Bryant. Crazy. Unfortunately their plus department was lacking and could have benefited from my clothes.

A wonderfully priced consignment shop. Ive purchased a lot of clothing and house items here. Its a really fun place to find some cool, quality items. The staff is also pretty friendly.
