Well I went to this Walgreens to return a cell phone,Never used it out even opened the box & I had my receipt, but when I asked that I wanted to return it a worker, couldve been the manager right away told me we dont return phones I told last it hasnt even been opened besides I got my receipt but that didnt matter no signs what so ever about there return policy that says we dont take phones back & she was rude.Her & her fake smile the only reason I have it two starts if cause its a clean store, other than that its all bad, the service is very slow, employees always chit chatting, the lady that told me know, was having one hell of a conversation outside, I think she costume on

I go to pick up my prescription and was greeted with this sign. They couldnt give out any prescriptions because they only had techs working. I cannot even transfer it to another pharmacy since its a controlled substance. This place is poorly managed, take your business elsewhere.

The night manager well shift manager is horrible. How do you keep a job in customer service when you roll your eyes and treat your customers horrible because they ask you to price match to the price your stores website says it is. That gives you the right to be rude and apologize to other customers because I am holding up line. When your attitude and hate for price matching is holding up line. Not to mention the clear disgust you have in being at work and forgetting that the store closes at 10 you dont walk out door and go home at 10. I forget to get her name. She looks like Peter Pan.

I’ve only used this Walgreens for printing photos and they do an AMAZING job! They have a really good printer at this location, and they always print really fast. I’m able to pick up my photos without any problems. The staff are pretty decent as well!

They are always friendly and helpful at this store. They always greet you when you arrive.

As a regular customer here at this store for many years, I can say that the pharmacy staff and the general staff are some of the best people anywhere.. The manager has a great team in place at this store...

I went to purchase half gallon of Blue Bell ice cream which according to ad on Flipp should have been $5.49. When it rang up it came up $7.99 the cashier stated it was a on line ad and was not the store ad he called manager Kim who would not give the lower price which really shocked me. So much for customer service. I didnt purchase t since a competitor has it cheaper price.

Cant seem to order properly, always have 2 trips for my monthly Rx. ? Incompetent ?

Have tried multiple times to pick up my medication at this location .The people that work there are very incompetent when it comes to finding out if the medication is ( ready )as they always say . They send me away for the 3-4 time only to find out if they would have checked their system correctly they would have seen that my meds were already there . A lack of interest, kindness, and of understanding how the system works is almost always the case !

Ive been going to this Pharmacy for a few years now, and its never been a problem. I have had to wait a time or two, but, theyre pretty busy overall. Nice people, but they seem to change Pharmacists pretty often.

Best customer service ever!!! Not to mention this store is extremely organized and very clean. The staff here is completely on top of it. I was in a hurry and needed a few things they had no qualms helping me get what I needed fast! I have already recommended this store to all my friends!!!

The Pharmacy personnel is awesome and very helpful. This Walgreens should have a much better rating for the amount of people that are in their radius. The Manager was more than helpful and helped me even with finding a good coupon. Please go to this Walgreens and enjoy the staff while getting the best deals in the area!!

I had the best experience at this Walgreens! I had a lot of questions, needed quite a bit of help and a lovely gentleman named Steve took total care of me. He was so knowledgeable and patient. Thats why Im giving this store 5 stars!!!

I am so frustrated. Any normal shopping person and cant ever just get things to protect use like hand sanitizer. or wipes. I think when these items are available you should limit to oneI am a senior and can not run all over town to find these things.

The cashier working at night was sick and coughing without covering her mouth. She literally just coughed all over every one of my purchases. I had to run home wash my hands and Lysol wipe all my stuff I just paid hard earned money for Im probably not coming back.

Employees are incompetent. Waited for 15 to drop off a FedEx order while two older employees stressed how they can’t do it.. train your employees better. Will never come here again.Whoever Lori is that they called numerous times was nowhere to be found. Horrible place.

You know, Ive worked retail grocery for years and I know how people can be . I was hesitant to come to wallgreens because of the reviews on the pharmacy .They are NOT understaffed !They are NOT rude !And I didnt have to wait at all !So give them a try they really are professional, friendly, and the waiting, well I got my butt in a chair for about 0.8 seconds .read between the lines and you will find nice friendly people at this wallgreens !!!!!

The pharmacy is rude. They denied my sons medication saying the prescription wasnt in stock when it was in the safe. The Staff follow you around as if you are going to steal something. The Store manager Nicole Is friends with the regional manger so no point in calling corporate. Then a I was told I was Harassing her employees because I wanted my medication that was in the Safe all along, She threaten to call Mesa Police because of wanting my medication supposedly harassing her staff. After The Store Manager called us on our home phone We hung up after she became extremely rude, SHE called us back saying how dare we hang up on her and how my son Wont be getting his medication. After 10+ years of going to this Walgreens being within a quarter of a mile I now go to another place.

Though most of the people working at this Walgreen are sweet, the Pharmacist is an Awful and Rude Women ! I will not be going to this Walgreen Pharmacy ever again. The women has a huge chip on her shoulder, and treat customers like terribly.The Techs that work there continue to be sweet and give excellent customer service. Though this store is less than a mile from my home I will be driving to another location, maybe even switch all together .

Every time I came to this Walgreens never had bad experience nice customer service soon as i come in the store they speak to you i love going to the nail section in the hair section in the pharmacy is excellent also.

Sat at drive up window first behind 1 car and then at the window for more than 20 min. They completely ignored the line at the drive up. Last prescription refill they didnt fill saying my doc rejected it. Talked to doc same day and she didnt get request from them at all. Very poorly run! I highly recommend Walgreens at Rural and Chandler instead.

The whole staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. This is by far, my favorite Walgreens store. Its really the only one Ill go to.

If I could give zero stars I would. Rude, hateful, down right mean pharmacy staff. The pharmacist yelled at me for not understanding some information about a new medication. I’m done with not only THIS Walgreens, but the franchise all together. I left there in tears when they refused to give me my medicine and also lost a prescription that my dr had faxed over. The staff act annoyed that they have to be there and actually help people. Disgusted and frankly angry.

I waited in like for 45 minutes just to get my prescription, and when 9:00 hit and it was my turn to pull up to the window the lady working looked at me and literally pulled down the blinds in front of me . Thats is so disrespectful ! I cant believe how slow the Pharmacist is, obviously they need to hire more people or fire the Slow people they hire. And other times Ive been there, everyones always so rude ! Which is such in inconvenience because I live 2 minutes away and all because of the staff Im going to be going somewhere else where I treated with respect . I wouldnt recommend this place ever . Worst Experience! I will be talking to the manager !

The Wallgreens customer service is terrible and they walk away when we said that theyre was two people that need a pick up some medicines. Plus to add all that, they take a incredible amount of time just to even get to us, such as we were first in line in the drive thru and they took like 5 minutes to get to us. Plus the attitude in some of the these employees is incredibly unacceptable.

I understand the low rating now. My daughters friend took pictures of her for senior announcements. I organized them how we wanted and went to Walgreens to have them printed. One worker did not know how to use the computer system, so he called up another…man. This …man asked what I wanted, looked at a print out of thumbnails I printed in order to show what I wanted (my actual files were on a jump drive). The younger …man decided to tell me the pictures were professional and could not be painted. I said no they are not a kid at school took them and the #$%^$&%$^&# … man said, “well they look professional to me and you will need a release before you can print them” Well, the liar and her husband then left, as this man has never seen me before and has no reason to call me a liar and refuse to print for me based on what he “thinks”. NO MORE Walgreens on Broadway & LIndsey for me or any friend/family or acquaintance I speak to.M Johnson aka (apparently) The Liar

I went to this store with my 15 years old son, first before buying something i went to the restroom, when i came back a lady didnt stop looking at me and my purse, i was walking in the store looking for my son and two times the same lady asked me if i need something i told her that i just was looking for my son, then my son told me that some ladies also looked at him and asked the same question a few times, my son had a Starbucks coffee in his hand, and i told him i wasnt going to buy it for him, so we went to the drinks area to put it back and instead we got a tea, then we were in the store for about five more minutes just looking the deals and another lady asked my son for the coffee, and we said we changed our mind, then they didnt stop following us, i had some things in my hands and they didnt stop looking at me, i dont know why, if the only thing i wanted to do was look at the deals because i always buy at walgreens good stuff at good price, but definitely wont never go back to this store. There was more people in the store all of them white people and we are latinos probably thats why they only followed us.

Everytime I come to this wallgreens they have to re input my insurance. I am pregnant and have prenatle vitamins to pick e up every 30 days and i resent having to go because its so stressful. How many times will it take until they finally have my info correct and i dont have to give them both my insurances. I wish i had another wallgreens closer but o dont. If you can avoid this place i reccomend you do so.

The pharmacy is incredibly slow and understaffed. They need serious help with customer service, its embarrassing. Dont even try the drive thru or youll be waiting even longer

Ive never hated a pharmacy so much. Apathetic employees, multiple mistakes made with filling medications, Id rather stay sick than deal with these clowns.

All I can say about this Walgreens location is WoW!!! Ive lived in the Phoenix area 12 years, utilized a numer of walgreens locations and have never experienced what I did at this one. First Ill say I have 20 years experience as a nurse and paramedic and now manage a group of trauma surgeons. Ive done years of clinic work and know the Healthcare field very well. I rarely need anything but a week ago developed all of the fun upper respiratory junk. My doctor called me in a Zpack and an albuterol inhaler... pretty simple Rx fill you would think. I go to get it stop #1 of 7 this week. They said my doctor isnt in the system and they close in 6 minutes, nothing they can do. So my doc kindly calls it into a 24 hour walgreens which Google was wrong, not 24 hours. Next day I stop there, pay and get my bag... halway home i open it and see an albuterol inhaler, no zpack. I call the next day and they said Id get a text when it was ready. No text.. 2 days later I get a call from this walgreens saying my Rx is ready? The place that couldnt find my doctor in the system? Baffled by now but stop by after work and am told I cant get my zpack until the next day because it was just filled and my insurance wont allow it? Now I am a very patient and understanding person and by this time Im feeling better so I tell the gal my story, we laugh and I say Ill just come back tomorrow, no problem. Today Im worse again so try go get that zpack. They did a refill on my inhaler which wasnt needed but if it saves me a stop to this place months from now.. thats a blessing. I get home and open the zpack box and its empty! No medicine inside. Wow! By this point I think Im on a hidden video prank show! I call and the pharmacist Jayden or a similar name tells me in his career this has never happened (his tone delivers a clear message that im lying) and that hell do it once but Ill have an alert on my name in thier system. Wow! Youd think it was a narcotic Rx or something the way Im being treated? Hes talking to me like Im running an underground zpac selling scam or something... Come on now. Worst pharmacy experience ever. When I was in the drive through (which is always at least a 30 minute wait but you do it when youre sick and in your jammies) I could hear a customer yelling and swearing inside about how they always get hid prescriptions wrong and usually Id feel bad for them but I have a feeling thats just a normal day at this location. Definitely my last experience with Walgreens and will change to CVS. Will also call someone higher up in the companys customer service department but if this is allowed its likely to go nowhere. Really, stay away from this location!

I will NEVER again come to this Walgreens because the customer service int the Pharmacy is terrible. I was told that my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes, by a very rude lady who seemed to be either having a bad day or just a rude person at, so I bought myself a drink at the front register then returned to the Pharmacy and waited patiently. Over an hour had gone by and the woman who had serviced me had walked by me plenty of times so she knew I was sitting there the whole time along with another woman and a male who were also working in the Pharmacy at the time, she finally says to me Are you waiting for something else? and i reply Im still waiting for my prescription. and she then says to me Well I paged you a long time ago., which was a complete lie because I heard plenty of pages while I was waiting and none of them were by her nor were they for me. A different woman ended up helping me with my prescription in the end because the very rude woman just walked off into the back of the Pharmacy after the whole I paged you a long time ago. Lie.

Rude customer service.

Pharmacy is dramatically understaffed. When they have a chance and help you they are as helpful as possible.

Terrible! The woman Alla pharmacist is rude, not helpful at all. There was a mistake made in filling the prescription on Walgreens part and no one can fix it! 3 weeks later and im still getting the run around. Beyond frustrating my son has gone without his medication because of this!!. Even after asking to speak to a manager or someone else...anyone else!! She said there was no one else or that a manage would call me. No on ever called. After years of being a customer here I am taking my business elsewhere.

Much better pharmacy staff than the one on Greenfield and southern, always fast,friendly,service without being dishonest,rude, or lazy like of some other stores mentioned above.

I absolutely hate coming to this Walgreens pharmacy!! They act like they dont see, and continue to pretend to work. You have to wait forever for someone to come service you. They seriously dont have good customer service here!!

After 20 years of using Walgreens we have decided to take the thousands of dollars we spend with them to a different pharmacy. The bottom line is that they have become incompetent, rude, uncaring, and not helpful. The customer service has plummeted. I will never set foot in another Walgreens, ever. Bye bye Walgreens.
