I had granite countertops installed last week and everything about my experience with Arizona Granite Pro was outstanding. Crystal and Edith always answered the phone and offered great customer service. Riccardo arrived for my consultation and was ready to give me all the measurements, necessary details as well as offer an installation date. The men who came to install the granite were on time, insanely quick, efficient, professional and left the kitchen looking amazing. They have the best rates in town and I didn’t have to wait several months for installation or wonder when if an anyone would show up. This company delivers and they offer professional service from start to finish. Highly recommend them!!

10 stars! Like their name says, they are pros. Elsa was great and Ricardo is the best. They were able to find a counter top material that was being discontinued by the manufacturer so now ALL our counter tops match!! A small family operation but they have great pricing, accurate measuring and a perfect installation process. And to top it off, the crew didnt leave globs of silicone adhesive on our floors like the like the last company we used did. My wife and I highly recommend AZ Granite Pro.

We had Arizona Granite Pro put in our granite counter tops. They were an excellent group of people to work with during this project. Ricardo was spot on with his measurements and recommendations for the counter tops. The other gentlemen whom work on the project were also very professional & knew exactly what needed to be done!! The office staff was very friendly, great with scheduling our project & were always available to answer our questions. Installation crew was a nightmare. The countertops were measured wrong and cut wrong the 1st time- 2nd time they came back they were still wrong but by then I was done arguing with them.They claim they dont speak English on the installation crew so after I talked to them they threw away major components to my sink and caused my tenant to go without a sink/ kitchen for 4 days. She had to eat out and I had to pay - because they cut the counter wrong they used most of my Quartz that was $1500 a slab to replace- ( i got lucky and found a 1 x deal on it ) Planned on using it in my RV but can no longer.Had to fight with them to make the situation as right as possible but still ultimately unhappy however the countertops finally look decent. NOT GREAT BUT DECENT.They also destroyed my wall in the kitchen when they had to take the old ones out and put the new one in after the 1st time it was done. Verified everything was fine after their 1st install but after the 2nd it was not.Also dont let them fool you Elsa is the wife / other owner of this business. Arizona Granite Pro did such a great job with our kitchen. The installers paid a lot of attention to detail and installed kitchen with in a day. I am completely satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone.

Home improvement projects to keep our mind busy turned from redoing cabinets to finally replacing our do it yourself counter we attempted years prior. Hands down completely satisfied with the outcome and would recommend anyone to use Az Granite for small or big projects. They were in the middle of 3 bids but were fair with current market pricing. Everything from setting the appointment, to re-measuring, to install. They kept with their time line and we will be using them on 2 more projects. I was looking at a few companies prior to finding them but again happy I did.

Ricardo came out promptly for bid and installed when he said he would. He is very good with prompt communication. The job looked great and Ricardo even made an extra trips to make the seams perfect and correct the stove cabinet opening to my measured preference. From our initial enquiry through to the completed installation, Ricardo and the team were so professional. Ricardo was brilliant, he came to our home with samples and after measuring up he was able to give us a quote straight away. If you are looking for a granite or Quartz fabrication company, I urge you to PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW FIRST. I have personally been flipping homes in the valley for over 17 years and have been involved in real estate for over 20 years. With the current pandemic situation, I was looking for a fabricator that could come out and fix an issue with a previous quartz counter install from one of my subs. My current sub lives in Rocky Point and legally can travel back and forth and do work here in the states. He has done fabrication work for us in Puerto Penasco as well. Due to the pandemic he was unable to come up for a repair. I contacted a few other fabricators who either didnt want to touch the job because they felt it wasnt worth their time or said they were unable to do the repair but would gladly price out replacing the quartz counter. Through online research I came across Ricardo with Arizona Granite Pro. Ricardo came out to the jobsite in Paradise Valley at no charge and get this, showed me how to do the repair myself. I asked what he would charge and it was extremely fair as he already had a trip out and would need to send two guys back out to do the the repair of a 9 failed laminated mitered quartz edge. I informed him I wanted a professional to do it as I didnt want to have to do the repair twice, Though Im hands on at my renovations I know my limitations. His guys came out a week later and like magic the mended quartz repair was done and believe it or not it looks better than the original install.I will not hesitate to call Ricardo for our next house renovation project or new builds as these are honest professionals you can count on. Beware! The installation crew is unprofessional. Chipped new kitchen floor by dropping a hammer. Did not detect a valve leak when disconnecting plumbing which caused water damage on floor below. And to top it off couldnt drive their trailer and took out about $500 worth of plants and ruined my driveway.Not worth dealing with them. Owner did not return my call when crew ruined my driveway. Bad business.
