Really great place to stop for donuts.I have been to this shopping center a bunch of times and never noticed this gem, tucked away. Stopped in for a coffee, two donuts and a breakfast sandwich, paid $7.75. Great price for what I got. The donuts were super fresh and tasty. The breakfast sandwich was killer. They have a donut hole special on Mondays, a dozen run .99 cents. I need to work out a way to add Monday donuts to my schedule. 🍩🍩🍩

Simply known as the best donut in town but they do make an incredible sandwich so stop by for lunch one day and have a donut for dessert

Today Google Maps sent me a question and I called my local Bosa. I answered the question improperly. I later called Dobson/Rio Salado. This location does make Kalaches. It is an excellent location. I only have three times as experience.

I went in the late afternoon and they still had a lot of donuts left that were very fresh. Also cant go wrong with a honeydew smoothy with boba.

Love is not a big enough word to try and describe this chain, now as I said, this is a chain that is spread out over the valley and across the board, they are all very similar and from place to place there isnt a whole lot of differences. This review applies to the shop on Dobson and Rio Salado but you can expect the same all over.I love these places, for the simple fact that most of these places are 24hrs. You go in and you can see all the donuts very clearly so you know exactly what youre getting. I will go on the record and say that the Buttermilk donut is simply the best (of course in my own opinion) that is the main reason why I keep coming back to get that mass of sweet, butteryness that satiates any late night sweet tooth cravings. Thats not to say all the other donuts are lame, oh no far from it. My favorites are the boston cream, glazed, and maple frosted which are all splendid but they do not compare to the Buttermilk. Of course you can also get coffee, although admittedly I am not a coffee drinker so I have yet to try their cup of Joe. They do however sell Boba, (the drink with tapioca pearls in the bottom) and those are also great as well with a variety of different flavors with my favorite being iced blended coconut. But if youre not about the donuts they do offer some sandwiches that are fairly decent in their own rights. They do also have some coke soft fountain drinks as well as a cooler stocked full of an assortment of juice, milk, and other misc. The staff is there, nothing really to report about them as they are straight forward and serve you. What is a plus is the fact that they offer free wi-fi which is great if you just want a place to chill at surf the web and munch on some donuts. The only real negative point I would give is really the presentation of the place, just plain white, boring, and a tad eerie atmosphere. But that is really a minor thing and honestly this is my go to place if I am out way late and wanting to get some work done on my computer or where me and the boys go to play some cards and hang out.

I came here on a weekend afternoon around 2PM and I had to wait around ten minutes because the people in front of me ordered seven boba drinks. I got a cinnamon crumb, apple fritter, and red velvet cake, and the person working there threw in an extra for me since I waited so long which I appreciated; she initially gave me a donut with sprinkles but I asked if I could have another one because I dont like sprinkles, so I ended up with a plain old fashioned. That turned out to be a great choice because it wasnt sweet at all and was crunchy all around. The cinnamon crumb is amazing, as its super fresh and chewy, not too sweet either. The apple fritter was crunchy on the outside and had plenty of apples but is a tad flat and sweet. The red velvet cake was really flavorful and not too sweet, very fresh as well. Bosa Donuts in general is a great chain, would recommend! Its also cheaper than the other donut places; three donuts came out to be $3.53 post-tax.

Great donuts and muffins! Sandwiches are stingy on the fillings. They never have ice in the machine for drinks. Staff always seems bored and unfriendly. I would eat here a lot more if they addressed those issues.

Do NOT get any smoothies from this Bosa. I had bought some smoothies and some donuts. The smoothies were made from SPOILED PRODUCTS! All they did was replace them and the product was STILL SPOILED! They refused to give me any of my money back. The manager refused to taste any of his products. When I left, they started cleaning the place.

You get two stars because somehow good donuts come out of that nasty front for something even remotely close to a place that serves coffee. And folks, please take my word for it, if its not a donut dont eat it, and sure as hell dont waste your money on it. Absolutely disgusting. I thought McDonalds had plastic cheese till I took a bite of this. Oh and of course the cold flavorless coffee was instantly poured down the drain. Im a big fan of bosa donuts. They are fresh their donuts are much larger than those you find in the grocery store so I would maybe get a smaller one I should just say you get like less donut holes than you would normally order. Most of them are cash only places

The food is good and the restaurant is clean but I can not give any more than 1 star based on the service. I was the only customer and it took 15 minutes to even be greeted even though the employee was watching me from the kitchen the whole time. After I finally got my food I waited inside for my ride because it was very cold out and I watched the guy curse out other customers for absolutely no reason. He obviously hates his job and honestly he was so hostile that I felt a little scared that he was going to get violent, or provoke one of the orher customers into getting violent with him. I will absolutely never go back to this location.

Last year there were so amazing with our request for my sons birthday. They made the donuts in different colors. We were so happy. Im not sure if they are under a new management but this year the experience was unpleasant. I went in person to request black donuts, the lady was nice explaining me that now the new policy requested to buy 3 dozen for special color, which I didnt have any issue. My issue was when they call me and not only blame it to the nice lady who took my order but also that they cannot make black color, only brown and it has to be 5 dozen as minimum. I was there when she called the manager! It is so irresponsible to not only blame on your employees but also that you change your mind in 3 days and asked me yo buy an extra one!!! plus no black color. Im in the process of getting the refund and not going back to that place!

The guy that was on the night shift did a terrible job making my drink. He just added powder and milk and the consistency was terrible. My drink was full of powder. I went back in to get my refund and he stated couldnt give me one because the manager left no money. So he made another drink and it was extremely sweet. I was so angry. I think it is very unprofessional to have employees barely trained working by themselves. I called the manager the next morning to let her know. I will probably never go back after having that experience..

What can I say...BOSA IS THE BEST! They are light and fluffy without tasting heavy with grease. I love them.

No question about it, it was a bad experience, my coffee was old enough to qualify for antique, not to mention cold ! And the donuts I ordered were hard as a rock ? It softened up after I put my donut in my coffee. Other that that it was great, my server was pleasant.

Been to other locations and we have never had a problem. Maybe it’s because its Sunday but staff was rude and dismissive. If you don’t want to work somewhere quit. Don’t take it out on people. Won’t be back.
