I just recently had Cougar Windows install shades for our new home, about 13 windows. Within my first point of contact, they came out within days to take measurements, walk through options, and give advice of things to consider in deciding. Once we decided and put in the order, it only took a few weeks to come in. They came to install the very next day after the shades were delivered! We got many quotes and Cougar Windows was able to get the shades in SIGNIFCANTLY less time than what others told us. In the current climate, everywhere is having supply chain issues and surcharging - but not Cougar Windows! They were completely fair and kept in communication through the process. Dont waste your time calling around, just use this company - you will not regret it!

Cougar Windows was referred to us through regional Milgard rep who created our window package for our new house build. They came highly recommended and from the start, Cougar has been very easy to communicate with. Manufacturing processes across the construction board have been hit hard with logistical and workforce issues this past year, but Cougar was constantly updating me on the status and projected installation time. We had some minor hiccups due to manufacturing (non Cougar related) but they had some creative ideas and were able to keep our project on track. Melanie, the office manager, has very professional and pleasant to work with. The install team was flexible and accommodating of our need to stay on schedule.I would highly recommend Cougar Windows for your next window or door project.

Update: Now having had these windows in for a little over a month we are still floored by the quality and excellence of these windows and Riley and his team. Had Jason out to my home to perform an estimate for replacing an exterior window with a door. He expressed no reservations about the job, and told me he would email me an estimate by the end of business that day. No estimate was ever sent. I had to email the main office multiple times over a more than two week period to finally be told this was not something we could do, unfortunately. Complete waste of time and very unprofessional.

We waited several years to replace the windows on our home. We had received several bids in the past. Cougar was priced more competitively than the others. We also felt more comfortable with Riley than we had with other Reps in the past. He was genuine and non pushy, we really felt he was helping us achieve the results we wanted. The installation was quick and everything went perfectly. Im also glad we were able to help a smaller businesses give exceptional service.

We got new windows throughout the house in January. The crew was very professional, prompt and did great clean-up. I was hopeful I would see some effect in heat transfer during our hot summers which is why I waited to post a review. The windows are performing beyond my expectations. I have raised my thermostat by about 5 degrees and am quite comfortable. Not only that, I can open my shades to enjoy the light without the horrible heat. Thank you Cougar Windows!

Wow! I did my due diligence when I started looking for a company to replace my windows and patio door, and I decided to go with Cougar. Best decision I couldve made! We had a great experience with Melanie, Ryley and the guys that did the install. They did a wonderful job replacing a huge (10ft x 5ft) window on our historic house, as well as 3 smaller windows. We had already decided on the windows we wanted, but we took our time deciding who we would have install them. The whole Cougar team convinced us they were the right fit for our job and they did not disappoint. Our only regret was not having them do more of our windows at the same time. We will use them again in the future!

I recently left my truck door open at the home and garden show with all my tools exposed. Riley watched over it and as I approached he was locking it and leaving me a note. Just had new windows installed throughout the house in Scottsdale by Riley and his brother. They did a great job! I was able to let them start the job giving them my front door code, I was at work the first day of the installation. They were neat and courteous. I am very happy with the price and quality. I had interviewed a total of four window companies and am really glad Cougar Windows was my choice. I recommend them without hesitation.

We got a new picture window put in by Cougar Windows and we love it!! It’s beautiful and functional- it’s more energy efficient than our last window and has made the room feel cooler which is a big deal in Mesa! The whole process went very smoothly- they came to measure the size of the window we wanted replaced and once the window was made, they came and installed it quickly. Riley and his team provided great customer service for us as we built our home. He stood behind his product, was quick to respond to us and easy to work with. They installed Milgard fiberglass windows with grids throughout the whole house. I would highly recommend cougar doors and windows.

Riley from Cougar Windows is a great guy to work with. He is not pushy and really listens to what you want. He was very professional and cleaned up after the job. The new windows look great. We had the whole house done. We had old aluminum single pane and the new ones are super. He was well priced which is why we went with him . We saw his display at a home show and liked the Milgard Tuscany Windows. We had several window installers make bids and we are glad we chose him.

A good experience overall. Riley was right on time, which is important. The install took a little longer than estimated, but that was OK. Had a small issue with a leak, which no one knew about until the first big rain. Riley was out the very next day and fixed the window. We have used Milgard in the past so knew their quality. The price was a good and fair price.
