We started out purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and made all our payments on time and a year later traded it in to our now newer vehicle which is 4 times the amount as the prior one. Well when they had gassed it up and cleaned it somehow they lost all the floor mats and will not replace so that is over $300 out of pocket. But wait it gets better while purchasing our new vehicle with built in media center it needs a remote to control the movie settings and play any dvd. Upon finding this out we have been communicating with our sales man and have gotten nowhere and that will be another $300 item. Yeah. Lucky us. After today we will never go back to this place . Take from this what you will but we learned our lesson and will be purchasing a pair of new vehicles early 2021 somewhere else. Stay safe everyone.

Friendly, did a great job finding the part I needed even though it was discontinued by Ford. The wait was a little long but covid and distancing had some to do with that.

Very disappointed with service from start to finish. Called ahead for what should have been a warranty covered repair, and ended up not being one because they saw a blemish in our passenger mirror and said we MUST have hit something in order for our large glass mirror to come off the motor, even though I watched it wobble and fly off going down the 202, and have never hit anything in our entire time owning the vehicle. Charged us 50 dollars just for the mechanic to slap a new one back on the motor. Told them on the phone when booking the appointment we also needed an oil change, but they forgot while the van was there. The joys of owning a Ford, not only do their vehicles suck, but the dealerships that service them do as well. I look forward to the day Toyota releases a commercial van line.

Let me start by saying this is the best buying experience I have ever had. I live 1500 miles from this dealership and have never been there. We decided to add a vehicle to our fleet for HVAC company And I turned to the online search. We have had several bad experiences from our local Ford dealer. I contacted Berge Ford by email and had a response back from alive person within 15 minutes. Tim was the best salesman ever. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to do all paperwork by mail and had the vehicle shipped. Everything went and showed up as planned. 100% recommended this place.
