Was assigned to this company for washer repair under an extended repair plan. There was no communication until I called them and they said they could not make my appointment on such and such a day. Nobody had even called me to tell me there was an appt or even bother to ask if I would be available. After finally getting an appt, I was told I needed new parts. With everything being slow I expected that. Didnt hear for awhile so called them and oh yes, they could come out. The serviceman came and complained about my asking to wear a mask even though their website states that their employees do that. He was unable to complete the repair and asked to take my washer with him so it could be worked on. I asked how long it would be and he said a couple of days. This was on a Tuesday. When I heard nothing the entire week, I called the following Monday to ask what was going on. The woman advised they did not have my washer and asked who I had given it to.WHAT? I assured her that ATR was the only company I had been communicating with. After a couple minutes she told me she found a second ticket and yes, they had it and yes it was ready to be returned. It was and the serviceman assured me it was working perfectly, quiet, etc. I ran a load the following day and had to turn if off as it was the worse noise I have ever heard from a washer and now have no washer again. I called and left a msg for them with a recording of the washer and no, they didnt fix my machine at all. They have been reported to the extended repair folks and now I have a different company coming this week....I hope. This is an Amana Topload. Nothing but trouble since I bought it. Update: As of 9/10/21, No new service company. Since ATR has not submitted their proper paperwork on their visits to my home, my extended warranty people cannot release me from ATR. There were to come on 8/27 - Nope, no show, no call. Then a 9/14 was scheduled by extended warranty compnay and I have still heard nothing from ATR.
It is too bad that ATR is the only company that services the East Valley for major Appliance warranties. This business was assigned to us in January of this year, when our Whirlpool washer circuit board had broken. Took them 3- 4 weeks just to get out to look at problem...took 2 months to order part. You can never can get a hold of them...the lady once ran to the phone after many many attempts to call them, only to say....Oh, there is no air-conditioning in our office so I have to run back and fourth from (somewhere else) to see if anyone called. REALLY??!! After several attempts to come out and repair our washing machine (7 months) and ordering parts, still not fixed...Called Asurion, warranty company again. Asurion basically said, whoops your warranty is up. In other words they would not help us or even replace it. Whirlpool hung up on us twice after trying to explain the unfairness to them. So now, we are trying to scrape up the money to buy a new washer. Sadly, over the 6 months they were attempting to repair our washer with a new part (which broke each time) we have been spending 100s of dollars at the laundry mat. If you have any washer, Dryer or any other major appliance under warranty, please know that if you are in the East Valley, if your washer breaks, you are in for a frustrating and stressful experience with these folks. We will never get a Whirlpool again, they are unreliable and customer service is very unprofessional...We are going to have to get a new washer but it will be a Maytag... and I am truly thinking of learning how to fix my own washer and dryer.
They been giving me the run around for my washed, we have the warranty they came and they said it was a transmission problem so they order it and then finally added us to the schedule, they said it was a defective part. They took about a week to follow thru, dian my saying they had the order expedited. Finally about 2 weeks after they said we were added to the schedule and it’s a no show, no decency in calling, we are past the time window and no one showed hot or bothered to call. I been calling them and no one picks up the phones just the answering machine and left a message and no one has called! How do you run a business like this, this is just a nightmare! Even when we paid the warranty, they should not be operating when they do not take their job seriously!!! I cannot believe this!
Stay away for this company. Had serviced scheduled and they did not show up call us or even answer the phones. It’s been 3 weeks of playing cat and mouse game of rescheduling and nobody showing up. My Home Depot warranty is through them. So it makes it hard for me. Beware stay away take your money and business elsewhere. There customer service is unbelievably horrible. I believe all the good reviews they do have are probably from friends and family!
Waiting for 1 month for them to repair my dryer first time is they have to order parts then a no show 3rd time repair guy got sick that was 9-28-2021 called next day we are trying to dispatch another service guy here it is Friday Oct 1, 2021 trying to call no answer from their office suppose be open from 8am to 3pm.
Company was assigned to service our refrigerator through HomeDepot Warranty. I was given a big window for tech to arrive. Finally arrived and spent 10 minutes taking the dispenser off then back on. Said he’ll order parts. 2 weeks go by. I have to call to ask what’s going on. I was told one part was is in and the second part is due in any day. 3 weeks go by. I call again, no answer. Left a voicemail and never got a call back. Home Depot ended up calling me and bought my appliance out.Basically terrible practices, lying to customers, no communication. Couldn’t complete the job. That’s a 1 star for me.
I would rate this place a ZERO if it was listed. Waited ALL day for someone to show up for an appointment. Someone was suppose to be at my home between 8:00 - 5:00. Never saw or heard anything from this company. Their Bio says they are a small family owned business. They honestly dont deserve to be in business. I wasted an entire day on this God Awful company!
SCAM ARTISTS! Stay away! Came out and I gave them a payment via credit card to order parts and come back out to fix washer and dryer. They charged more than double what they were supposed to and I didnt realize until too late to dispute. They never called back to schedule service and now they wont answer when I call, return my voicemails, or respond to emails. Great con guys!
This is the worse people with communication skill. Never answers the phone, if they do tell them what is it you want, they hang up, telling you they would call you back ASAP. It took them three weeks before a couple of their personal showed. Did not know where to start, replace 4 rollers on a dryer drum, it worked for two days and it got really worst, sounded like metal to metal grinding. Recalled them took them four hours to answer the phone, not even called back like they said they would
Home warranty company assigned ATR as the company to come out and fix my refrigerator. While the staff members were all friendly and nice, I had a lot of issues. 2 times the wrong part was ordered/came in - causing 2-3 week delays each time. 2 times I had no-shows due to their system being down - to which I had to follow up each time with the company. When I called, the company always stated that I was next on their list to call. The owner, Clint, was to come out to fix the fridge on the final attempt, but another technician came out.0 stars on communication.
Quite pleased with technician John who came to service our microwave/convection oven. Issue was promptly diagnosed and resolved quickly..

ATR Electronics was a true blessing. I normally don’t rate companies but I’m giving ATR Electronics 5 stars. Not only did they fix my washing machine but they went as far as ordering the broken part 2 weeks faster than my warranty company would have got it and fixed it on Christmas Eve. I have been waiting over a month to get my refrigerator serviced. The lack of communication is crazy!! Finally got a hold of someone and they said all the parts are ordered but that’s also what I was told over 3 weeks ago. I know shipping is slow .. but this Is not okay. And I hope these are the parts they need, as they haven’t come to even inspect the fridge.Anyway. I’m just thinking this could of been resolved a lot faster and with better communication.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. Every phone call with the office in trying to get an appointment scheduled, was a headache. They were argumentative and rude, and one phone call resulted in me being put on hold for 20 minutes mid-conversation. When I finally hung up and called back, they had gone home for the day — after leaving me hanging on the phone and never coming back! The repairman fixed my dryer, but the effort and frustration entailed in getting him to my house was definitely not worth going through.
Stay far away from this company, sadly they get most of their buisness from home mortgage companies and they dont care how long it takes. Well over a month to fix a fridge. So many cancelled appointments at the last minute, today they just no showed. One time they did show yet didnt have the part they ordered and rescheduled a week later yet still not fixed.
