I went to the location to repair a screen door. I met Randy and the original plan was to drop off the screen door. He repaired while I waited! Great job and cost was very reasonable. I would use him again and would recommend him.

I had screens replaced . However after installing new screens in Dec 2020. I called January and February asking for the paper work from them for the SRP shade screen rebate program application. I finally received the paper work in Jully 2021 which was to late the application had to be submitted to SRP within six months. I will not reccomend MESA SCREEN & GLASS SPECIFICALLY TO ANYONE. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.Richard Bullock, Owner.

I called to see about getting 2 screens made and a cracked window replaced.I advised the man that answered that I purchased the house last year and 2 windows did not have screens, and wondered if they made them. He said yes, just bring in the old o rd and they will make new ones. I explained there arent any old ones. I then asked if they install the work g clips on the sides because I was trying to figure the right dimension for the screen and to allow for that. He said you can borrow a screen from your neighbor and bring it o.k. He said, that is why I want people to bring them in, to avoid this kind of conversation with people.((( REALLY))) ????Talk about lack of customer service...I hung up.I am a retired elevator constructor, I am pretty sure I can read a tape measure.The other reason I hung up, besides him coming across rude, was because it seemed as either he was drunk, *** or giving him the benifit of the doubt, ( which I shouldnt because of the way he treated me), he didnt have his teeth in.

If youre calling for a quote or some info on having glass repaired, be prepared for a stressful call. Whoever I talked with (possibly the owner) was rushed and abrupt and ended up cutting me off to end the conversation. I dont like leaving negative reviews, but I just felt like he thought he doing me the favor, so I wont be doing business there.

I love the work i got done by this company, an Arizona room, the price was ok to me, all the job was well done. I really recomend this company

The Ad says 8-5. Called at 4:30 to make an appointment. I was told I could make an appointment for next week. I was told to call back next week he was done for the day. Hell of a way to run a business!!!

It is the best screen and glass shop in my neighborhood, not a big box store, helpful friendly service at fair price, my dad took me to this place when i was a boy it hasnt changed much, say hi to Mr Christenson the same owner since 1980
