The website is very misleading. It states all you need for a registration loan is verifiable income, an ID, an active bank account, and registration. I went in on 10/27/19 and was rejected due to a credit check that I did not agree to nor was informed of. The website did not mention any credit check and the manager did not have the decency to even explain the application process to me. I believe the managers name was Danielle and she was not friendly at all. In fact, I feel really bad for her because she looked like she did not want to be there at all. Of course, no customer service was provided, she did not explain the application process, nor notify of the credit check, or even greet me with a smile. Dont believe me? Read the other reviews. Would not recommend.

Very fast and we got the Registration Loans on the same day with no hassle. Friendly staff. Gave us more for our vehicle title then other places offered.

People here are usually very helpful and understanding when you have an emergency and need help. They are more friendly then as compared to others stores and registration loans.

I tried to send money Western Union, Daniel was rude, she asked probing questions not required by law and denied my request to send money to a friend. Horrible customer service, I was treated like a second class citizen. Daniel should be fired and walked out of the building immediately. Zero stars for her and her terrible attitude, not even the post office has employees this rude.

This place has horrible customer service. I was almost a daily customer, people constantly cut me and nothing was done about it and it would be people that took a long time.Two other times I needed to use their western union in an emergency the owner acted awful. However Morgan was great and her friend. However I have not received a loan, so I cant comment on that part.

I was just trying to send money to Mexico to family and they racially profiled me like I was a criminal sending money to the cartel. I told her Im a US Veteran its on my ID why would I be involved in fraud? she said you would be surprised. Then she calls Western Union to confirm what I was telling her was the truth because she thought I was making stuff up. Western Union confirmed to her that you can only pick up money at a limit of 750US dollars in Guasave, Sinaloa. After she confirmed she felt dumb I was telling the truth so she apologized and she still treated us like criminals. She requested all of my families IDs. You guys need to work on your judgement skills because they suck.

I have cashed my check here for almost 3 years, now that I have a new job, I have direct deposit. Recently my job accidentally took out money from my check & rein-versed me with a paper check, well of course im going to return to my normal check cashing place. Its always a long wait, because the store is short staffed. Once it was my turn i went up to the window, tore off my check from the pay stub, signed the back of the check and handed the lady my ID. She looked at the check, looked at me and said she couldnt accept the check. She was unable to verify my check with my job. She treated me like a criminal, like my check was STOLEN! I felt disgusted. I went to FRYS & GOT TREATED BETTER!

Came here to sell a gold watch and got a fair rate. Didnt expect a check cashing store in Mesa to aslo give cash for gold. Nice!

Went to the mesa location on broadway and dobson for registration loan. great service. Out of all the ones i been too they accepted my out of state registration. I have been told by others it needs to be registered in the state of arizona . Or I have to flat out own the vehicle which is concidered a title loan. I got more than a fair amount and the interest is not bad. This place has a new repeat customer from here on out.

Very horrible experince treated me like a criminal like my check was fake cause i have tattoos and hair was a lil nappy cause i just woke up i have never been so affended in my life
