Weve been going here for quite a while now cant remember how many years but its been a good while. I agree with the carne ranchera.. marinated already. its great for the grill. My family, especially my daughter, loves the marinated chicken from here as well. They make fresh tortillas if not every day almost every day. The pan dulce is awesome as well.

Definitely been a go to since we discovered this place a few weeks ago... were from Los Angeles and good meat markets are hard to find here! This place is definitely like back home and they have everything you need! We will be back for sure!

Great little store and I mean little. Get in get out as fast as you can. Meats and salsa are good items to get here. Never had any issues people are friendly.

If you need specialty Mexican food products this is the place to go! Bought meat for menudo and masa for tamales. The premade masa is really good! I don’t think I will ever use the dry masa again. They also have hot food to go which is very good. It helps if you know Spanish. I don’t and there was a bit of a language barrier, but we got by! Love this place!!

This is my spot for carne asada in east Mesa. I get fresh chicharrones there too. Your typical mom and pop carniceria.

Great place for meats

Just got home with a LARGE pkg of 50 Don Pancho tortillas, opened them up to find the center of the pack with large green mold. Date on package says 0525.4, not sure if that is April or May but still only 4/14/21 today. DISGUSTING and a huge inconvenience for me as I drove from Queen Creek.

Absolutely the best Al Pastor in East Mesa.

We stumbled into this unassuming Carniceria a couple months ago, and we love it! Excellent meats, love the tortillas, and especially the pastries! The customer service is excellent. The last time I was there, the cashier went out of her way to help me.

Best Carne Asada in East Mesa. I buy the Ranchera, it’s very thin, not too fatty and has a tasty marinade. Comes out perfectly tender and delicious every time I cook it. Their pre cooked chicken is awesome too!

I love the cheesecake and breads they provide here!

Smaller space, not much room. But they sure pack in the necessities. We go for the carne asada(pretty sure its flank steak on the label) need to ask for marinade. And fajita chicken (also known as yellow chicken). Both are delish. Speaking Spanish would be a plus but they always have someone who understands English. They have all the fixins for a weekend taco fest.

They change the price tags on meat. Ive ordered certain meats and when I get home the price suggests I ordered something more expensive. We trust them and that is why we dont check until we get home. Not going back. Lousy customer service and rip offWe trust

Plenty of employees to help, huge selections of meats, wide selection of regional foods and spices, store was clean and organized, tiny restaurant in the corner that was slammed, pre made food by the lb had a line out the door. My only complaint..... aisles were too narrow. Liked the store and will be back again.

Great little place for takeout. Staples as well for cooking. The carnitas torta was large enough to share with a great flavor. The staff was helpful if not very very busy. I will go again next time I am in the area.

This is my absolute favorite go to place for fresh carnitas, carne asada, and tortillas. Its a small mom and pop place but they are friendly, prices are decent and the fresh food is so good.

MY FIRST TIME HERE & MY LAST. I dont recommend anyone buying the jaiva nor the shrimp from here. I bought both of them yesterday, today I tasted the jaiva right before cutting it up, didnt have the sweet taste Im very familiar with. checked the expiration date & it was dated best before May 15, 2019. Proceeded to taste the shrimp as well & same thing didnt have the taste that Im very well familiar of. . .WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT.!

The Al Pastor was ground up and tasted like chorizo and the Carne was over 10$. There are better places to get real mexican meat not this place stay away.

Man you just cant beat this little Mex. Food store. They have a butcher counter, all kinds of good meat for bbqing. All kinds off items to make anything Mexican. Boy its great. We shop every week there for lots of things. They have Pico already made and gauc. Ready to eat. Great place I hope I spell this correctly it Carnaceria food mkt.

Today I buy fresas con crema. (Strawberries with cream ) And taste a lot a onions. I assume the cut the fresas ( strawberries) in the same cutting board the cut the onions. Taste very bad.

Thus was the only carniceria I Shopped at for certain produce and meats. My family has a broad range of Mexican friends, so I have quite the collection of Mexican recipes. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone as a particular butcher is prejudice. I spend at least 50 bucks everytime I walk in that store, meats, produce and I even buy an extra gallon of marinade to keep on hand. A gallon used to cost me 7 bucks, but because of the color of my skin, the bastard says with a grin that its twenty dollars. A week prior to that was only 7. I know some Spanish and asked him why so much, and he grinned and said its expensive to make...then why give me a half gallon of it with the 3 pounds of meat I buy?!?! Never again. This pinche gringo wont supply them with the almighty dolls ever again.
