Worst Vitamin Shoppe experience. I asked for something specific and I was pointed to the row where it might be. There was no further assistance therefore I returned items I was going to purchase with it and left. For your vitamin shopping I would recommend another store.

This Vitamin Shoppe is easy for me to bicycle to and every time I am in there and need any help, my needs including beyond what I can remember, are very well taken care of.

The elder lady that workers here worst customer service ever she was very rude and she didnt know the answer to the questions we had, she also was very slow on ringing us up. Its a great store to purchase from but the customer service experience was horrible.

Very helpful staff, they are always willing to answer questions and offer recommendations without being pushy. They will ask if you need help and if you tell them you are just browsing they will leave you alone. I have asked for recommendations and they have told me what has worked for them without pushing me to buy the product. Really like their open houses/health fairs as I get to meet other businesses around the area that I was not aware of.

I do not understand the negative reviews? Every single employee I have spoken to has helped me and educated me on proper use of any product I showed an interest in! Thanks to Jeremiah I now understand the importance of a quality protein vs the junk sold at Frys!

The guy who worked there today, Monday October 1 at 720pm has a really bad attitude problem. Wowsers. Take a day off if youre not feeling well, dude. Other than the staff making us feel like scum, the place is OK.

Very expensive. You can get the same products online for half the price.

Leave the store if you see Toyanna the store manager working! She is extremeley rude, doesnt apologize if she makes a mistake and then has the odasity to tell u ur not welcomed in the store for a error she made! I definitely do not recommend this store!
