Joann was EXCELLENT in explaining what is going on within the ear and the communication to the brain. I had a test at this location about 3 years ago, but this experience has shown me how very much the industry has changed and developed even better processes. I am a Speech Pathologist by Profession and I have worked with many people with hearing loss to help them learn to speak better. I know several things about Audiology and Audiological Hearing Tests. Joann Pilcher did a fantastic job teaching me and instructing me more about the ears, hearing and hearing loss. There was one thing I did not know and that was the fact that some people, when they have hearing loss interrupt other people while they are talking due to the fact that the person with hearing loss really cant hear them talking so this is why they interrupt. This will help me in my profession as well to understand why this happens. Joann did a great job of working the Audiological Machine and I was so grateful for the thorough gambit of Testing that she did to show me that my hearing was in the normal/average range. I was concerned if I was loosing my hearing (because I am getting older) but she showed me that everything was fine and that I was hearing correctly. This gave me great relief! Thank you Joann and Renee at the front desk. Both of you made me feel so welcomed and comfortable at Miracle Ear! I recommend it to everyone that is concerned about their hearing. Joann will take care of you well!

This Miracle-Ear location is fabulous! Joann, the Front Office Associate, immediately made me feel welcome with her friendliness and professionalism. She was able to assist me with my needs and went out of her way to get me in for an appointment as early as possible. When I had my hearing analysis at my appointment, I was helped by Christine Patrick who is the Hearing Instrument Specialist. The thoroughness of the exam and the education on hearing that I received from Christine was superlative. I left fully understanding the details of my exam and understanding the needs that I had. This is the best place that anyone could go to if they have any concerns regarding their hearing. I certainly would not choose to go elsewhere. Their attention to detail is very much appreciated!

My first time visit was great. No long wait time, no boring office visit. The front desk receptionist, Joanna was very friendly and easy going and smiling. The ear specialist, Christina, was super friendly and took the time to sit and listen and talk to you about your current medical issues and was very informative. All in all, I had a wonderful visit and experience and highly recommend Miracle Ear to everyone.

I am more than just satisfied with the service I have received. Tammy has treated me with respect and kindness and has worked through my quirks with great patience and perseverance. We are still in the process of working things out, but I am sure we are close to the best hearing I can have which is more than satisfactory. I got my hearing aids from the office in Surprise, AZ more than 10 years ago. I had excellent service there. When we moved to Tempe, I met Tammy when her office was at Fiesta Mall. When she moved to her present location, I followed her even though there is a closer Miracle Ear office. Tammy is thorough, pleasant and knowledgeable. A visit while taking care of the task at hand, is also like visiting a friend. I look forward to my appointments. Because of my complete satisfaction, my husband got Miracle Ear hearing aids, after having given up with his previous ones. There was no scheduled follow-up for his first aids and they never fit comfortably. He is happy this his experience with Miracle Ear and with Tammy. At Tammys recommendation, he had wax build-up removed at the Chandler office and that was also a good experience. We both highly recommend Miracle Ear and Tammy provides first class service.

Been going to Miracle-Ear for many years. Improvements on aides happen about twice a year and I have been informed of each one. All my questions have been answered and explained in detail. Once a year test keeps aides confirmed to current condition of my hearing with tweaking of aides to conform to test results. Entire staff is polite and very professional.

The staff are very friendly. Whenever I come in, they always greet me by name. Joann, the receptionist, is very helpful when setting up future appointments. Tammy, the specialist I see, keeps me informed of the care that needed. I highly recommend Miracle Ear, and the one at this location.

Tammy and Jo-Ann have been great in helping me overcome my hearing loss, answering questions and ensuring my aids meet my needs. Tammy and Jo-Ann dont treat me as a patient, but like family and I always look forward to my appointments. Great ladies.

I love coming into this store - everyone is so friendly and helpful! There are no long waits either. In my world theres never enough time to get everything done and its refreshing to know that when I have an appointment, it actually means something. So many other places simply use appointments as a gauge for who will be there without trying to get you in at your actual appointment time. The Payson Miracle Ear was terrific and this location at Stapley is just as good!

This location is like having your own private audiologist! Never a wait. All appointments are spaced so there there is isnt a room full of people staring at the wall or reading a dated copy of People Magazine. Look up happy in the dictionary and find see JoAnn the receptionist at Miracle-Ear. Its nice to have one on one service from a business. The down side is I can no longer use the excuse huh?, I didnt hear you! Miracle-Ear on Stapley/McKellips was recommended to me by 2 other firefighter co-workers (too many sirens over 34 years I guess). In short, things just sound better now!
