Tho it was close to 5 months waiting on the cabinetry for the island, it was worth the wait. Counters turned out beautiful too. Kaitlyn Anderson was new to the sales staff and did an excellent job of coordinating the install and various people for various projects. She kept me updated without me having to ask about the status. Couldn’t be happier !

After a few months my back ordered cabinet doors finally came in and the kitchen is finally finished. Im more than happy with the finished product and couldnt thank the team enoughCornell handled the uninstall and hookup of our sink and dishwasher. he had great communication and made sure everything was in working order. When we discovered a small leak he was quick to respond and rectify the drip and even checked in to make sure it wasnt happeningOur initial installer Greg was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He noticed somethings missed in the design phase but came up with a solution that worked for us. Great communication skills and an overall nice guy to chat with. Would highly recommend.After the granite was installed we noticed a screw that had damaged the cabinet. Junior came out as service to fix this which looked fantastic. He also put up the base boards we needed and it was just waiting on some back ordered items.The last thing finally came in and Joey was the guy to finish the job. Installed our back ordered cabinet doors and made sure everything looked good.Id highly recommend Diamond for great pricing and an install team that has great communication.

Bob did a great job working with us to keep our new little kitchen within our budget. We took his suggestions for large drawers for pots and pans, pull out cabinet for a garbage can, doors and drawers that self closed. The communication with installers was awesome and is typically my pet peeve when working with any company. They arrived when they were scheduled to, and always phoned or texted to confirm the dates a times. I was so happy with how everything turned out. Brian helped finish up the job with making sure we had everything we had ordered once the job was almost finished up. If I could, I would give them 10 stars.

Jr fixed our drawer problem and tightened up guides on our drawers. Original install 2006. The cabinets are timeless and still look great.

Junior came by within a week of our requested service call, was polite, and fixed the cabinet issues. The store manager and sales manager were also quick and responsive once the job was done. Beautiful new kitchen!

We used Diamond for our kitchen remodel two years ago and for our bathroom remodels last year. Both projects were completed on time with minimal disruption during demolition and installation. Cornell was great in letting us know exactly what to expect when and we were left with no surprises, but plenty of satisfaction. Recently, we had to replace a kitchen cabinet door that had a paint flaw that we didnt notice for well over a year. Diamond replaced the door without hesitation and the technician, Joey, who performed the replacement installation, did so with great efficiency and courtesy. I would highly recommend Diamond for your kitchen and bath remodels.

Marty (who retired) worked with me as we laid out the plan, and then Kevin who installed, then Joey just came back to replace one of our cabinet doors that had a slight warp on it. Kenny Burch helped us choose cabinets and hardware for our new kitchen. He was very professional and gave us excellent suggestions as far as how to put it all together. The actual install was sloppy and we had many issues. We were really upset and we emailed pictures to Tony who oversaw the new kitchen and he sent outCAMERON.This guy was amazing. He fixed the many issues perfectly, completed the install and when he left we had the amazing kitchen we hoped for. Great attitude and personality and mad skills! Loved this guy!TONYSuch a nice young man and did a fine job for what he had to deal with as our install was during the height of the lockdown. Always responded to our calls and emails and the finished product is what we asked him for on the initial visit.Last but not leastJOEYHe was sent out to troubleshoot some minor issues and he took care of them easily. This is a separate review for the delivery service. Eli and Victor came out on time and did a great job staging everything. I wasn’t quite ready but they found a way to stage the cabinets for the installers and give me the space I needed to finish the demo. So far all the cabinetry looks great.

Great experience overall. Brian was very helpful in planning and ordering. Took about 6 weeks from order to install. Jordan was my installer and did an amazing job couldn’t be any happier. Also had Joey come out and knock out a few random issues and I couldn’t be any happier. Well worth it

I worked with the Diamond Kitchen and Bath team for a full kitchen remodel, including brand new cabinets, countertops, and complete removal/reinstallation of a new kitchen island with updated sink. This is my first remodel and I bid out to multiple vendors but ultimately decided on Diamond because of the affordable price and responsive service. I was not disappointed with this choice!I cant express how happy I have been with the whole process! Brian was my sales rep throughout the process and guided me through everything. I had a clear understanding of my options, the costs, and timeline. Especially during COVID, I went into this process expecting delays and some degree of chaos, but there were surprisingly few issues throughout the whole process. Any changes in the timeline or material availability was communicated professionally and with ample time for me to work around it. We have been working with Brian from the Mesa location of Diamond Kitchen and Bath. He has been absolutely amazing. We are at the beginning stages of pulling our kitchen and bathroom remodels together. In this process of material selection Brian has come in on an off day to meet my husband and I, returns calls and texts quickly and is going above and beyond to find alternate selections of materials to make these projects affordable, as well as not being pushy to get things moving-allowing us to take our time and feel confident in our selections. 9 to 24 week wait to get a double sink vanity. A portion of this to get the cabinet and then additional 3 to 5 for the counter top. Who wants to wait that long? We didnt even bother to discuss price. We didnt really want anything special customized. 60 L by 30 H. pretty common dimensions. Doubt we will go back.

The final install went very well. Joey completed a fairly technical installation with two 45 degree angles and necessary fillers for the uppers. The first day we walked in for our 2pm appointment we were informed that our sales rep had just left the store. I immediately knew this would be a terrible experience but little did I know it would be worse.All OEF/OIF Veterans should refrain from giving this place your business. They ripped out my kitchen and took my valves without replacement. They incorrectly measure all surfaces. The cut the quartz with a jagged edge and told us, this is industry standard work. Trying to justify shoddy workmanship.Your better off ANYWHERE else. If you have served in the military DO NOT do business here. They desecrate the flag and everything it stands for!!!!!!

I recently bought my condo fully furnished from a family friend. It was clean, decent, and needed no repair, but I felt like I had moved into my grandmothers house. It was it was tight and boxy and the kitchen had very little actual working counter space. Im a pretty handy guy so I knew I could knock out a wall, reroute some plumbing and electrical and hang some lights. The question was where to get new cabinets and counter tops. I had no idea of the crazy journey I was about to begin.I started looking in some of the usual places, some of the known names and some not known. To keep from making a long story longer, Ill just say it was almost 3mos later that I walked into Diamond Kitchen And Bath. I had gotten so many astronomical prices and encountered so many salespeople that were either zany, inept, or just novices that I was almost ready to give up.The moment I walked into Diamond I got a good feeling. When I got to one section of the store I turned a corner and saw the display that I ended up buying. I knew that very second that I had come to the right place and they had what I wanted. A salesman, Tony Owens, appeared and it was all over but the crying. He was courteous, informative, not a bit pushy; he had the answer to every question and gave good suggestions. He told me why I might want to upgrade certain items, where it wouldnt be necessary. The icing on the cake was that the price was right - lower than any other I had gotten. I signed on the line soon thereafter.The cabinet installation was done by Nejad Cosic and was absolutely flawless. I sat there for two days as he sailed through his work - it was like watching a dance except the music was missing - the man is a master. The counter tops came soon after; they were beautiful and the installers were also good. I have included some before/after pictures with this review...I really like my new kitchen and I barely have words to express how satisfied I am and what a pleasure it was to do business with Diamond Kitchen And Bath - Thanks!

Beautiful products, helpful and responsive staff. Tony took great care of of us. Our install team was Greg, and his new partner(so sorry, we forgot his name). They were amazing- nice, polite, tidy, and a pleasure with whom to work. Really quality.April 2021. Ok, so... we are still very happy with the kitchen, but there were mistakes along the way. One cabinet door was damaged in shipping, so we waited a month for it to be installed. The measurements for a cabinet was ordered wrong, so we waited an extra month for the drawers to be sized correctly. They came in, but the wrong color. Don’t know if the mistake was at the point of order, or at the shipment from the manufacturer, but needless to say, it’s going to be another week before we can get the right color installed.Our repair person noticed the trim at the base of the cabinet was incomplete. He fixed it for us well. He was described as their best, and he was excellent. Why it wasn’t completed at installation is a mystery.So, having said all this, I had to drop the review. Still would refer to this company, as they are responsive, but disappointed with all the delays. We started this at the end of November, and it’s now going to be May before it’s close to done.

Jr was awesome, on time and took care of more than he came to do. Our corner cabinets, he sunk the hardware so the cabinet would not get scratched again after repairing the scratch. Way to go Diamond Kitchen and Bath Custer service is so important and you guys are awesome! Thank you

We had a kitchen cabinet install last year through Diamond Kitchen & Bath. From planning to install, everything went smoothly. We opted for the highest end Quality Cabinets which my wife and I are very happy with. We worked with Tony Owens who was super patient and delivered actionable advice when planning everything from cabinets sizes to delivery timing and install within our greater kitchen remodel plan. We were able to view a mock up of our kitchen in 3D which greatly helped the decision making process. The cabinet installers were very detailed oriented and extremely meticulous with the white cabinets we ordered. We had many contractors in and out during the whole kitchen remodel process and I can say without a doubt that the installers for Diamond Kitchen and Bath were the easiest and most technically talented that came through. They were able work through some pretty tough challenges offering up advice along the way.We are planning several more projects and will be going back to Diamond Kitchen and Bath for those cabinets as well.Edited as of Aug/25/2021We had a cabinet door fall out of alignment and slightly warp. Without question, Diamond Kitchen and Bath offered to replace it. Joey, one of the installers came out and replaced the door with a new one. Work was done quickly and perfectly. Diamond was recommended to us by another contractor and they were great. We worked with Tony who walked us through the options, set up specs, quote, and agreement on the spot since we were looking to get this done quickly. Recently put in New Cabinets through out entire Park Model. Tony our salesman was vey helpful by coming to home seeing what we wanted and then help design with great suggestions that aligned with our wishes. He worked with us in show room to select everything from cabinets, countertops, faucets, vanity etc to align with quality vs cost requirements. Product showed up exactly when we were told and install people were great. Had some adjustments needed after a few months and again service person was professional and did a great job with the few adjustments that were needed.We are completely satisfied with finished project. We bought two kitchens for our rental properties and the last one was for our own house. For our house we were helped by Tony. He was very courteous and responsive in helping us pick out a two color kitchen that is modern and elegant. Great service for a great price!

The cabinets themselves are of good quality. That is the only reason I still give them 2 stars. The rest of the experience deserves zero stars. We were convinced of how much better it would be to buy their sinks and faucets and they are about as bad as you can get. The faucets are falling apart constantly and the sink hardware is of the lowest of quality. The salesman was super friendly and nice but almost no communication after the sale. Grouting and caulking of the counter top was a nightmare but at least they fixed that once we went in personally to complain because Bob would never call us back. I know things happen but I cannot in good conscience recommend Diamond Kitchen & Bath to anyone. Every day I have to be reminded of how bad this experience was because we do not have the money to fix the faucets and sink hardware for awhile yet.The worst part is that this bathroom remodel was my gift to my wife after finishing all of her cancer treatments.UPDATE: With everything shut down since COVID I have not been able to reach out to respond to their response to my initial review. To state they contacted all of customers and that this is a fake account is pretty bold. This account has millions of hits on my reviews and years doing so.

Although its been a few years since they did my kitchen, the work is outstanding. I called yesterday because my son broke my trashcan drawer. Even though my kitchen is not under warranty Tony looked into parts for me. It turns out they are sending their service tech out to fix the issue at no charge. These guys are the best in the business and really want you to be happy. I dont know any other company that would warranty something 7 years later.

I when into Diamond Kitchen & Bath to purchase kitchen Cabinets, the man named Marty was, rude and condescending. He first told my kitchen was set up wrong and I should change every thing -move the appliances around. He implied I had a below average IQ. I left the store with a complete dislike for this man and the store that would hire this man to be a representative of Diamonds products.

I was remodeling a large investment property and was under the gun to get my cabinets done quickly at a reasonable price. Went to Diamond Kitchen and Bath after all other cabinet companies including the big box retailers had failed me. Worked with Tony O. in the Mesa location and he was great! Within minutes had a kitchen cabinet configuration that worked and came in at a price that was much lower then everyone else I had gone to. On top of that he had he cabinets in stock and installation was done a week later. Cabinets look great and Ill definitely be going back to him for any future jobs.

Diamond Kitchen and Bath did right by me.Kenny Brunch designed and sold me.Robert was the installer and I could not be happier.They are truly a 1 stop shop as needed .They offer a service of all appliance installation,plunbing to sinks, as well as a great variety of almost everything needed to get you cooking and cleaning.Their a trustworthy and very proffesional company, I do recommend them.Project is going wonderfull.

Think twice about using this company for anything. Their subcontractors are careless and crooked. Breaking material and expecting the customer to pay additional money for their mistakes. After being assured that the work would be fixed they leave you hanging and blame you for purchasing nicer and more expensive material than they offer. What an absolute sham. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Everything went very well and cabinets look great

In remodeling my kitchen, I was told to visit Diamond Kitchen & Bath in Mesa, AZ. After doing so, Im so happy I did. I worked with Kenny Burch who was in sales there. Kenny suggested various things regarding cabinet requirements. I purchased a good grade of cabinets, counter top, kitchen sink, cabinet handles and even installation. Everything came in a timely fashion and installed as promised. I could not be happier with Diamond cabinets and even glad I was able to work with Kenny Burch. I would anybody looking for cabinets to visit Diamond Kitchen & Bath.
