Looking for that special jacket and they surely have the inventory to satisfy just about anybodys taste and needs. When I first went there I did not expect to find what I was looking for but the salesperson went above and beyond to how we make the right decision she was delightful and size me up perfectly at the right price. This store is a great replacement but was there down the street in the past. It was a delight

First time in this store and wont be the last. I support my local businesses and this is a great store for any leather apparel or bike accessories. They have a great selection and do in house repairs. I got a really nice vest for a decent price. The best thing is the beautiful friendly ladies running the store who are riders themselves.

Came to their tent at Spearfish Canton to get my first leather jacket. Kat came up to us almost right away and helped me pick out the perfect jacket, and Ginger perfectly sewed on five patches very quickly. Customer service was impeccable and the experience was all around great.

They have a good selection but poor customer service. The ladies at the check out could have cared less that we were there. Was ready to drop some coin but decided I did not want to give them my money. I can find the same stuff at a shop that acknowledges their customers. ✌

Ordered a pair of riding boots march 7th because they have a poor supply. They said within 7 days they would have it brought down from their other store. After 12 days I had to call them and they said the truck broke down.10 days later went down to the store and they were clueless. Joel told me he would take care of it. Couple days later Joel said he would personally get them. He didnt. Piss poor customer service

Love the work you do! Love the selection and the prices (half of what Harley charges for the same or better quality). Disappointed youre not more eager to collaborate with a guy who designed leather seats for GM and other OEMs on something as simple as a custom sissy bar back rest pad. :( I was bummed all the way home. :( But you still have me as a loyal customer. :) Cant get rid of me that easily. :)

Not knowing this place existed I made the mistake of taking my vest into a dry cleaner to have some patches put on. They looked at me like I was speaking Japanese and questioned the job because the “leather was so thick”. We don’t have any options out here in San Tan. Today I found this place and Ginger (their master seamstress) was holding it down at the shop. She was really polite and knowledgeable and wouldn’t you know it, sews patches on the exact kind of vest I have, all day. Whelp, lesson learned. I’ll be bringing my stuff here from now on. Ginger knows her stuff. Great selection too. The only reason I gave a four and not a five is because prices are a little high BUT I’m willing to pay a little more for great service and being able to get everything I need to ride under one roof. Ginger did tell me you get discounts applied the more you spend. So there’s that. Anyway, if you ride this is a great spot to check out.

I like that place, great for leather, real quality leather goods, nice people there, they have everything. I still need to see the boot section in the back ha ha. I like those really thick full grain leather saddlebags etc. made in Stockton, California and they have it. I recommend this place. I will be back soon

I observed an employee who was tasked with working the vendor tent in the vicinity of Lead, SD during the Sturgis rally verbally and then physically abuse a customer. I also found it disturbing that a couple of the other members of the Sturgis team stood by silently and allowed for this inappropriate behavior to continue. I understand that for a small business it can be difficult to screen and hire the right people, but if there is some substance abuse trouble in the workplace or if an employee is incapable dealing with people without resorting to violence because of other personal reasons, this needs to be addressed by management. I recommend making fixing these issues a priority before it becomes an even bigger problem in the form of a lawsuit or worse, a smaller, older customer falling and getting injured as a result of being assaulted.

Great place for all things leather.. Kat/Cat is a silver tongued devil. went in to look while in gym clothes and came out with a AWESOME vest. Make sure to look at the boot section in the back. Kat/Cat will be sure to show you. hahaha!!! thank you for the great trip!!!

I tried as did they. They have a good amount of quality products. Just didnt work out for me. They made me a below quality patch that I paid to custom make. Showed them and they apologized and made another very quickly. However it was not the right color. Very well made though. I do suggest going in. Just not to waste time with patches!

Horrible experience with getting only five patches made. Every other time I have been here great customer service. Awsome help. But when it come to getting a small number of custom patches made. I would strongly recommend another company. Just disappointed in the time frame giving to me on multiple occasions.

Ive been looking for just the right leather motorcycle jacket for months. Struck out at all the Harley dealerships. This shop has 5 times the selection Id seen anywhere! I described what I was looking for and fell in love with the 1st jacket she showed me. The quality and style is far superior than anything Id seen and the price was less than half!! It was worth the drive!!

This place is amazing!!! I was visiting from out of town and was desperate to find a leather vest that fit my shape. I went to this shop as a last ditch effort to find what I needed. When I walked in the door I was happily greeted by an amazing woman. She asked me if I was looking for anything specific and I said I was looking for a vest and she showed me to the vests and made really good suggestions and even showed me around the whole shop to show me what they had. While looking at all the different selections she would check up on me to see if I was doing alright. At the end of my visit I left with an amazing vest that I will love for years to come. Great selection of leathers. I was looking for a denim vest in a big size and was pleasantly surprised to find just the item. The owner was very helpful explaining about their patch sewing process. The parking is behind the building as they face Main and the light rail.

New management was nice, but no longer works with motorcycle clubs. I went to drop off my Ol mans cut, they had no idea what kind of respect to treat his cut or rags with. When this place was Joettas it was great, she treated bikers,their Ol ladys, and their cuts with the utmost respect, pricing under Joetta was affordable and done exactly by club rules. Always felt cared for, but this new management is NOTHING like this. There is no real respect to the biker lifestyle, or the people. This shop treated urban motorcycle enthusiasts better than the actual bikers and their families, and their cuts. To put his rags on his cut was going to be very pricey ($50). In short, this biker family will NOT be back. We will let other bikers and clubs know.

Phnx leather is a Terrible place to buy any bike products ... at first was excited to do business here until they lost my helmet I payed for and tried to slip me a different size with out saying anything ..that helmet had me choking when I would ride over 30 miles an hour ... nobody knew anything about where my helmet went and really didn’t seem to care for my business at all guess they have enough money to brush off new clients .

I will never return to this store. Owners are rude and obnoxious. Asked a few questions about products and prices like many customers do. I didn’t expect the poor sales lady to get yelled at for my inquiry nor did I expect to be met with hostility and anger from the owner, sad.

Its still a good place you can tell that they have changed ownership by adding new services but the prices have changed slightly. I was amazed about the pricing to have patches sewn on a new vest. The labor to remove and sewn back on was more than the cost of the vest. I am happy that they have maintained the selection of items in many different sizes but prices run about $10 to $20 higher than previously, I honestly do not understand the low scores because they have excellent customer service, but if you are expecting the service to be perfect you are in the wrong place please keep in mind that the customer that shops here is mostly the motorcycle crowd and sometimes we are not as pg-rated AZ other stores like Old Navy so it might be just joking but I seriously doubt that they meant any harm Beyond being just sassy.

Crome studded pants fancy high dollar tees and boots that have scuffMarks then this is the place for you. And custom patches are not there thing, quote one priceThen charge more. So I brought my racing leather suit in and it was thrashed from flat track racing about 15 years ago.I asked if they are salvageable since they were faded and ripped pretty much everywhere. a week later I received a phone call to pick them back up. When I saw them the first thing I said is wow they look brand new. This leather suit will once again see competition and it cost me 1/16 the price to get it fixed up vs. buying a new suit. Terrible company with people who cant drive correct

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!purchased a jacket at an event. Decided it was just a little looser than I would like and went into the store the very next day. They refused to exchange saying they could not accept the return. THIS WAS NEVER WORN NO TAGS REMOVED LITERLLAY HOURS AFTER THE PURCHASE. I would have paid any difference in price for another item if there was one. The website clearly states a 30 day return policy.
