I recently referred my parents to Mobile Homes on Main in search for a prefab mobile home for their move to Show Low Az. They got in touch with Derick, the new GM. From beginning to end his customer service and expertise made this process seamless for them. My parents had so many questions and concerns and Derick was always there to answer. Derick, being new to the company helped coordinate a contractor, who has been awesome by the way. He made sure the transport to Show Low was right on time and helped them to get great financing. Nothing but positive experience for us. Our experience has been outstanding, which is why I was so surprised to see other negative reviews. I did inquire about the negative reviews and found out there was some issues with a prior manager and sales team that have been corrected. From what I have seen the new team is dialed in and taking care of their customers, if anything changes I will be the first to update my review, but again so far this team has gone above and beyond.My home is on order and I cant wait for it to be delivered.

Due to Covid, the manufacturing was pushed back, but Derek was prompt and efficient with keeping us updated on matters relating to the delivery. So frustrated with this company! We ordered our house in March of 2019 and was told it would be ready by October of 2019...we thought great! It is now May of 2020. The house was just delivered, put cant be set up yet because of lack of permits! Why werent the permits taken care of loooong ago? There is a lack of communication between all parties concerned. When I talk to one party, its the fault of the other party and vice versa! I called today and wanted to give Mr. Jon Olson a piece of my mind, and low and behold, he is no longer with the company! No surprise! I will NEVER take my business to this company again. We are in the market to buy another manufactured home, but will for sure not go with this company! I would not have even given them 1 star, but I had to so that the review would post!

My mother is still waiting for her home to be put together. It was dropped off on her property 10 weeks ago. She is over 60 years old and forced to pay the mortgage on the home that isn’t livable, plus rent and storage. This is not okay! Please do your research before purchasing from here. My mom has her heart on a different home but was talked into this one because it was already to move into, back in November 2019. Now here we are March 2020 and still not able to live in her new house!!!

We went in to look at the model homes and Mike was a big help, very professional, answered all of our questions, with no pressure at all.

John Collins is unfriendly and rude to customers. Liars about prices and what down payment we needed. We were there in April of this year and got the numbers ran and we were ready to go after I secured enough for a down payment. Now 6 months later we go back and get a different salesman. Everything with our situation had improved greatly but now suddenly we need 4 times the amount we needed for a down payment. How can one salesman to another go from $5000 down to 6 months later needing over $23000 down for the same home. Really?? We looked at one house and were told to imagine this and that moved to picture in our heads what a certain home would look like that hes trying to sell me but no model. We looked at that same model in April and it was listed at $66000. And we got the numbers ran to buy that home now. My husband asked if we could afford that home and John said no the house was over $99000 . Yet the flyer on the kitchen counter said its for sale for $66000. Wow thats a big lie. Stay away from this joke of a place or at least this salesman!

This place is awesome! We had a house fire in November right before the holidays. My husband and I were stressed out and called numerous mobile places with questions on purchasing a new manufactured home. This is when we contacted John Collins. This man is awesome. He answered all my questions thoroughly. He invited us out to view some homes and go thru the numbers. This man opened his doors for us on a day they were closed; which was Christmas eve. John is a great sales person. I felt no pressure. He did not sell us anything we didnt want. John listened to everthing we said and had patience! He made our holidays perfect. John Collins salesperson very knowledgeable, made a great presentation kept pressing for a deposit, which we did place the deposit and were told if for some reason we were unable to complete the sale that they would charge 3% of the credit card cost for processing.when we decided not to complete the sale, the customer service went to hell in a handbasket. Jon olsson (General manager)did not return any phone calls. Every time we called and were transferred to him the line went to a answering machine. When we finally heard from Mr Olsson, he charged us $720 for processing the credit card and within that $720 they charged us a $395 processing fee. Since we did not purchase the home we feel that the $395 should not have been charged.We contacted Mobile on main prior to any processing and ask for our funds to be credited back against our credit card. We acknowledge that the credit card processing fee of 3% was made known to us prior to signing. No other fees were mentioned during the presentation. Mr. John Collins pressed us to complete the sale, because it was a special price that may get him relieved of his job. This sale was only available for that day.when it was decided we would not be able to complete the sale he washed his hands of us and referred us to the general manager for any further discussion.
