I read the reviews, I saw the low ratings. They sounded like sour grapes to me.So I called Jentsch Racing and Apparel anyway. They answered and were plenty polite on the phone. They carried the line that I wanted in duo-sport helmets, and were willing to order the model in that I wanted, they even took the time to measure me for fitment. I was just at the top end of the medium, so we ordered that one. They told me not to worry, that if it did not fit, they would order the next size up. It came in, they called, and I went in to pick it up. Too small. No grief, they said they would put that one in stock, and immediately ordered the large. It came in exactly when they said, and fit perfectly. I could not be happier, and will continue to make Jentsch my first call when I need something.

I ordered something off of their ebay account. As everyone else has experienced, they did not send the product. The company created a shipping label and the product has yet to be sent. Fortunately for me I dont live to far away. Certainly I will be stopping into your shop. In essence, stay away from this company. Bad business, bad manners, just all around bad. Luckily for me its only $25.00. However, I am prepared to spend a lot more then that in a civil suit, just to make a point.

POOR/RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOSTILE COMMUNICATIONProduct sold was misleading and seller refused to cancel order. After explaining this was the wrong product for my bike and offered to buy in the future the seller got Hostile and even telling me I was a liar. After reviewing seller’s recent negative feedback and Google feedback this seller has had many unhappy customers in the same position and even denied those being customers and takes ZERO blame for inaccurate listings and details. I expect this seller to reply negatively and rudely. Prime example of a bad business. DON’T BE A VICTIM

Unfortunately I could not give them a negative rating since that is truly what they deserve. I bought a helmet from them on 05/28 (Memorial Day) through eBay. I understand it would not be shipped on the holiday but would think the next day would be acceptable. I left him a note through eBay that my current helmet was broken and I needed one ASAP since my motorcycle is my only method of transportation and would have to ride without a helmet. I called the next day to see if it had shipped and he rudely stated that they were not going to drop everything just to process my order and that it would ship the next day. At that point in time I was not about to pay someone $500 for a helmet and have them treat me that way. So I said it would be best if he canceled my order. He stated he could not because its already been shipped. I then asked him how has it already shipped when you just stated it hasnt shipped yet and will go tomorrow. He then stated hes not going to argue with me and hung up on me! How rude!! So once I got the helmet in and once again asked for a refund. He sends me a shipping address, RA number and a long list of requirements for the return (which none of them were stated on his eBay page). So I sent the helmet back and payed the additional $20 shipping charge. Once he received it, I gave him 48 hours to check over the helmet and process the return. Which I thought was an acceptable amount of time. After 48hrs passed I called him and was very polite, even though he was so rude to me in the beginning. I asked him what the status of my return. He stated whenever the person who process returns gets to it, it will get done. I asked if there was only 1 person that does returns and if they are busy and he stated yes. Then I asked if they got a lot of returns and he stated no. So right now you are probably thinking the same thing I was....so whats the hold up?! I asked him if 48rs is an acceptable amount of time to process a return. Once again he HUNG UP ON ME!!! Obviously I put a case through eBay and they are giving him 7 days to respond which I am positive he will wait till the last day to refund my money. This guy is a serious tough guy over the phone but one day hes going to hang up on the wrong person and they just might show up at his door... Moral of the story.....DO NOT buy from this guy, locally or online. Why give your money to someone who could care less about what you buy or your safety and well being. Please do not support bad business owners. Go to Cycle Gear or Helmet Center. Those guys actually want your business, will not try to up sell you just for an extra buck and truly care about your safety and riding comfort.
This guy is a liar I bought a part on eBay never received it he created a shipping label to make it look like it was shipped and it never did I had to call eBay and file a claim for a refund as he refused to give me one and continued to lie and say it was shipped when clearly the tracking number said it was never revived by the us postal service do not do business you can see the same pattern on his eBay feedback also looking to file criminal charges at my local police department
My experience: Very rude, unprofessional experience with this vendor. Extremely poor communication/customer service. I would not purchase anything from this business.
