I must say this was a really good experience from start to finish - both the cabinets and the flooring! The salesman, Jason, provided genuinely helpful and insightful ideas that I didnt get from other contractors who looked at doing our job. He was really good at being flexible as we changed a few things along the way, and provided very clear drawings. They were also able to provide sliding cabinet doors where the overhead garage door track hampered access, which other vendors we looked at couldnt seem to do.Every piece of the project was well communicated, coordinated, scheduled and executed - on time and without an issue. The old cabinet tear-out and new cabinet install was done in one day, by a fellow named Raoul, who was an absolute machine . . . I never saw the guy stop! Needless to say, we were quite impressed how he went about doing the work. The next two days the flooring crew came and did a seriously professional job. Again, the communication on all of this - both the cabinets & flooring - was perhaps the best wed ever experienced (and weve had a LOT of contractor interaction over the years).Lastly, their price was not the lowest, but it also wasnt the highest, and we got EXACTLY what we wanted with a really high quality install of top-notch products (their best product line in both cabinets & flooring) - so whats not to love about that!? If I could give them more stars, I certainly would!BTW - the icing on the cake was how much my wife turned-out absolutely loving the floor! She was a real skeptic at first and didnt understand why I wanted the concrete finished. When she saw the floor, even before the clear coat was put on, she told me those three magic words, You were right! (which of course, every husband hates hearing . . . NOT!)

Richard was the installer and Jason the designer for our garage cabinets. Everything was done in one day by Richard. The cabinets are on both sides of our garage and they are beautiful. We couldnt be happier and we would gladly recommend VIP to our friends and neighbors. Excellent cabinets!

We called VIP based on recommendations of others in our community. Jason Bailey, our sales representative, was responsive and showed up on time. He helped us plan our cabinets, gave us creative ideas, and then was quickly responsive in getting us a quote. Shane the installer arrived on the appointed day on time. He worked through the hot day in our garage, installed all our cabinets and did a fantastic job. One piece of our set up was not included. VIP did not accept payment until Shane returned the next week to install the missing piece. Excellent service from a company that is focused on continuous improvement, quality products and service, all leading to repeat business (we are planning more cabinets) and satisfied customers. We will recommend VIP without hesitation. And did I mention the cost was very competitive? We are very happy.

VIP installed a heavy duty garage epoxy floor and custom cabinets. Deanna who scheduled the job, did a fantastic job scheduling between VIPs workload and our home closing / move! The floor finish is outstanding and will last years compared to other finishes. Cabinets are functional, well made and beautiful.

VIP provided two 4 X 8 garage ceiling hanging racks and installation. David Huber, sales rep, was knowledgeable and professional in understanding my requirements and writing up the order. Installation met my schedule and was quality workmanship. The product itself is well made, looks good and is a great value! I highly recommend VIP. I will use them again!

The cabinets are excellent and we love them. However when they were installed the were off on their measurements and so I was forced to move another cabinet because there was no room for it where it was prior to install (and where it was when they measured). That was disappointing. Also they did not clean up or put things back before they left which would have been nice.

We called VIP off a flyer ad that we received. They were prompt with getting us scheduled for a free estimate. The options were plenty. They worked with us with scheduling install because of other home projects going on. Everything was perfect. We had our 3-car garage epoxied and 4 huge, 4 shelf cabinets installed. We now have a place for everything.

Nice cabinets and installer. Finished cabinets look better than the samples or the ones in the showroom. Their cabinets proved how uneven my ceiling was. Not a surprise as there isnt a straight wall in the house. They had a solution for this and fixed it easily so it looks even. I was going to take down my old cabinets and save a few bucks. Have them take down a haul away. Its the best money you will ever spend.Cabinets come with two shelves. My wife is a packrat and we ordered more shelves via email. Quick and painless.They day of the install it was raining . Truck is too big the fit in me garage so they drove just under the roof edge so my cabinets wouldnt get water spots.When done they cleaned up my garage floor and made it look better than when they started.And they answer your email, often in hoursHappy customer

The end result for my garage cabinets is great. I did feel as though not all options were presented to me during the sales phase. After going over to the showroom I discovered an option was not offered to me. If it was I would have jumped on signing off on the cabinet order. The sales rep was telling it was not available, however those in the showroom told me this particular option was available. This whole experience put a sour taste in my mouth. Additional stress was added to a process that should have been very straight forward.

David was very personable and explained everything.Even when I called too add more cabinet never a problem..I also called David and asked about updating my garage floor he said they can’t because they didn’t put it down originally...I do understand.Thank you David..

Very reasonable prices. I am very happy with my storage unit and will highly recommend VIP to others.

VIP was incredibly busy and my install was scheduled over a month out from my order date. They showed up as scheduled and on time. I ordered the J- handles (that customers rarely order) and they didnt have enough handles to finish the job during the installation. We set a date to install the handles and the installer called out sick that day so the owner came out and did the install himself. I had bids from 6 other cabinet companies so when I chose these cabinets I did it because of the quality of their product and the value. I have to admit I was surprised by their punctuality and great service VIP Smart Storage provided.

I had VIP do some cabinets last year and found I could use more. The last time was a descent job but this time was much better. David came out twice to measure since we were adding to make sure everything aligned. Omar did the install and did a great job lining up everything. They fixed items where a door did warp and put on a new one, aligned some of last years hinges and made sure they were good to go. We do need a couple of pieces of trim missed last year but VIP already taking care of that. We will definitely call for more cabinets if I can get them in the garage.
