I was charged two different prices for the same product within 5 days apart. The 1st purchase was half the cost of the 2nd purchase. I will never go back there again.

Like the last location they have great service and are out of the paint I need but did everything he could to find a location that had it in stock. He also called them for me to make sure. Great service and wish I could give more stars. You get what you pay.

Sherwin Williams has the best customer service! Today I was helped by Keith. The store was a little busy and he hustled to help everyone while keeping a very calm and cheerful demeanor. I witnessed and experienced such wonderful customer service. Regardless of how many customers were in the store, Keith gave his full attention and time to each of us when it was our turn. Quality products and quality employees!

I love my Sherwin-Williams store. The salespersons are always helpful and friendly. Even though I am not a professional painter I am treated with courtesy and respect. The product is excellent and I spend less money on tape, paper and drop clothes because the paint goes on better than other products Ive used. The coverage is good and I dont prime when switching between colors anymore. The store I go to is also VERY clean.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of paint and how it is best applied. They have helped me choose colors in the past, making very good recommendations. The paint lasts well and is well worth the extra cost of the big box store paints.

Great customer service and quality paint

If they had in stock what I needed. They were out of white tint and couldn’t make any of the 7 samples I was requesting. I was the only one of the store, and it would have been helpful to know this up front before I spent my time there. It was all the time I had that day and was on a time crunch for picking a color.

Personal I think this place is way too high priced I think berh from home Depot is a better product I purchased some paint on Saturday started the job on Monday come to find out there paint had alot of old paint in there had to screen it it was like if it was old paint you would expect better quality for the price I would not recommend this place at all plus the The gentleman there didnt even know how to answer what makes there paint better I guess there price.

Terrible customer service. Rude, felt like I was bothering someone to get a gallon of paint. I went out of my way to explain how I needed the exact thing I brought in. Tried to give me something else because they, “were out of what I was needing”. Didn’t tell me or ask me. Waste of an hour of my life. Avoid this location at all costs!!! Other stores close enough!

If you need help picking an interior or exterior color for your home, you need to ask for their color coach, Lashon Holland Bryant. She is absolutely incredible and so thorough, knowledgeable and patient. We could not be happier with our interior color and she just helped us find our exterior color as well. What an asset to Sherwin Williams she is....so impressed with her help, its so darn stressful picking out a color and she truly coaches you through making the right choice and takes out all the doubt.
