Dropped in here after finishing my laundry on two separate occasions. On my first visit, I ordered a calzone. The calzone was hot with a crisp crust and not at all doughy. I only ordered three toppings which was the perfect amount. The calzone was large so I felt sated when I left. On my second visit, I ordered the gyro. I havent eaten gyros much in the past so I dont have a comparison, but the one I ate here was quite savory. It was so pleasant, I ordered a second for takeaway to enjoy later!I definitely recommend this place and I will be visiting again next time Im visiting Mesa.

We ordered the veggie, taste was fine but the pizza was almost completely soggy. The only spot not soggy was the ring of crust on the outside that the toppings dont touch. The wings had good flavor but the skin was a lil on the slimy side too.

We ordered from him too. He doesnt even recognize is customers we ordered pizza, wings, spaghetti and meatballs and tortellini, and is French fries and the food really didnt taste good. The pizza is very blan and the wings were very small and the sauce tasted like Tabasco sauce and the spaghetti and meatballs had too much tomato sauce on it. And the food was always cold the cheese cakes were very small and we had our food delivered. The owner is rude too his customers and he always gave us a deal on our food. I wouldnt go to his restaurant he doesnt remember people thank you

Dear redline pizzeria,my dad bought three calzones, which are peperoni, Hawaiian, and supreme, and when one of my siblings saw these things, they were unimpressed, and one of them is one picky eater, and he thinks the food taste gross, and my little sister thinks the calzone taste too doughy and chewy, and even the toppings slip off of the calzones, which would slowly fall down in our paper plates. Overall, the calzones taste good in my opinion, but the other two siblings (except my big sister) dont like it, so ill give this review two stars due to being gross, has toppings slip off of calzone, and had too much dough to the calzone.P.s, you know what, I changed my mind, I give this one 4 stars because the calzone taste pretty good in my opinion.

Easily the worst customer service and the worst pizza Ive ever had the displeasure of purchasing. Its soggy but somehow also has a distinct lack of sauce. One last note worthy mention, that kid up front is pocketing cash and scamming people. How does a deal for 3 large ones topping pizza for 5 dollars each come out to 46 dollars.

My moms chicken parm sub was ok, it needed more sauce, and more cheese. I thought it looked fine. Great pizza. I had an issue with no sauce, but it was reaolved with a new pizza. Perfect responce. Great fried mozzarella sticks.

Ive been ordering spaghetti and meatballs from Redline for a very long time. Not anymore after they changed the sauce to hot and spicey. I was shocked yesterday when I got it. Youve Lost a good customer.

Just moved into the area. I got a flyer on my door. Thought Id give it a try. I was told there would be a 45 minute wait. An hour and a half goes by. I give them a call to check on my order and the man goes oh yeah.... Like, seriously?? Im guessing my food had been done for quite some time and was just waiting there because they forgot.The food was NOT worth waiting for. My pizza was soggy. Maybe my pizza wouldve tasted fine had they delivered it on time.

Used to love.. The first and third time were great. Now Im done. The delivery wait has increased exponentially with no communication regarding. Recently the pizza is grossly undercooked and way too much toppings. The only safe option is plain cheese pizza and thats it. Its the only item that sometimes comes out right. Its a delicious pizza when its just a normal cheese pizza!!

I do my laundry in the same strip mall regularly, and I also get at least one flyer on my door per week. Always thought about grabbing a pizza on the way home, but after reading the reviews, I just can’t bring myself to throw money away on sub par food and spotty service. I usually just hit Oregano’s or Pizza Hut instead.

These guys are the polar opposite of professional. I have ordered from them a few times before and every single time before now, they were always 30 minutes to 2 hours late. Up until this incident, I would be cool about it and not complain, but this time was the final straw. Grubhub gives people the option to leave additional notes for the restaurant and their drivers so that they can drop off the orders correctly. I received a call from the driver about 45 minutes after my order was supposed to arrive only for him hang up on me when I asked where he was. He had obviously ignored the notes, gone to the wrong address and didnt even bother to stay on the phone with me so that I could try directing him to the house or meet him halfway. I tried calling the restaurant, but they ignored me until Grubhubs customer support contacted them regarding my inquiry for a refund due to their poor service practices. They eventually called me back just to complain about my address even though they had the notes stating which house # to go to and the landmark it was by. Redline then said they were blocking me; which is fine because I had no intention of ever ordering from them again after this mess. Dont order from Redline or even go to their establishment, their food isnt all that great anyways and any other pizza place does a much better job at not only making decent food, but also being professional, on-time, and actually willing to communicate with their customers.

First time I have tried this place and..it..is..awesome!!! I like a white sauce in my pizza and was told they could put alfredo sauce on it. Oh my goodness!! Sooooo Good! This will now be our pizza place. Staff went above and beyond to help carry my food out. Their deals are amazing! 2 pizzas and wings for under 40 bucks, you cant beat that. If youve thought about trying them do it! If you havent, youre missing out!! Love your food!!!

Based on the reviews I will never eat here. The owners should consider putting a staff in place that is professional. Honestly some of the worst pizza Ive had at this price point. The dough tastes super bland, the toppings are overdone and sometimes undercooked, and it is all super overpriced. At this price point, you could get dominos, pizza hut, hungry howie, even gus new york pizza and be a lot more satisfied with your purchase. I spent $22 to have a XL supreme delivered and an hour later we got it, soggy and undercooked.Very disappointing.

Don’t eat here unless you want them to not deliver a delivery order. Order was supposed to be delivered at 900. Called at 915 only to be told order was for pick up, wrong. RUDE manager/ owner said they closed at 9 and he no longer had a driver. When questioned on his mistake said he wasn’t about to argue with anyone and the food would be waiting OUTSIDE. Live less than 5 mins away, get there and all doors locked/ lights out and food sitting outside door. Will be calling to discuss this with manager in the AM as well as calling health department. Just leaving someone’s food outside can not be ok.

I ordered multiple times but this time really made me regret ordering.. The pizza I just got tells me they dont want my return business. I use to make pizza on the east coast for many years I know my pizza. The cheese was very spotty. These gave me small broken mozzarella cheese strands so it didnt melt like a pizza suppose to be. It was like a gritty texture of cheese. Toppings were minimal at best. Soda was the most consistent part of my meal.

Never been disappointed ordering from here! Great prices. We are starting to become regulars and they remember us every time we order.

Philly cheese steak was on stale bread, barely any meat. Manager told me to bring back the part of the sandwich if I wanted a refund. He also stated that for only $7.99 i should not expect more filling???? WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Some of the best 🍕 pizza in the Mesa area with amazing daily deals, super fast service, friendly service that seems simple and straight to the point. One of my favorite things to do is call ahead for carry out because the person taking my order keeps it simple, asks what I would like, and tells me how long it will take then hangs up! By the time I get there, my order is hot, ready, and delicious. Ive never had an issue with them and have a hard time believing some of these other petty pizza reviewers say. Keep up the amazing work, will always have a customer in me.Only concern is about delivery, still not sure if they still offer it because I am about to call and order 😊

Youll never find a better $6 Large 2-topping pizza. That doesnt mean its very good though.Service is fine, but they have a habit of having multiple conversations at once while youre on the phone with them.I havent encountered undercooked dough or anything. The crusts are undoubtedly the blandest Ive ever had, though.My go-to for really cheap dinner when Im sick of Taco Bell.

Great food! Ive ordered for delivery a few times. Wings are some times great...sometimes not my cup of tea. I prefer slightly crunchy wings. Their supreme pizza and cheese cake are awesome! We love the flavor. They have a 20inch pizza with chicken wings and a 2 liter for a really good price. Ive eaten in the place once. Its decor is basic but still they try and succeed with customer satisfaction. My children never eat Supreme pizza unless its from here. Its not a french bistro....but its not terribly fast food either. Yes deliver can take 40minutes and up depending on how busy they are. They make it fresh when you call. If you want it sooner then go and order it in person.

Shockingly good pizza worth every penny. I ordered online using my phone. It was super easy to do. They accept PayPal and even Bitcoin! Pizza was on time as promised and was impressive. The toppings were super fresh. Perfect amount of cheese and sauce and the crust was perfect.

Today I was trying to place a delivery. The rental on the phone started with a I dont really care attitude. I was told they dont put tzatziki sauce on the Gyros. Then told they are out of the bread for a sub sandwich. When I was done ordering and was told a total. I started asking questions. It seems to high. The prices he was giving me was not what I was seeing on the flyer they stuck to my door yesterday. The young man on the phone snapped at me asking why am I asking him. Well I just wanted to know why they are promoting the wrong price on the flyer. I asked to speak to a manager. He said one was not at the store. The driver was out. And when I asked to speak to anyone else. He hung up on me. I would not suggest giving this place business. Its mot worth the poor customer service.

This place has great prices for some some great pizza. Because weve been going here for quite some time, they know me based off my orders. Will continue to go here for as long as I live in the Mesa area.

So they are supposed to be open at 11:00 am....no one is answering the phone and it is 20 minutes after....if they cant start on time then I am wondering if they will deliver on time with the correct order? Checked the reviews and I am not impressed. I am going to order from Pizza Hut. They are always on time and my order is always right!

My boyfriend and I went here because we got a flyer on our door. The food wasn’t bad but the wings didn’t have that much meat on them and the crust was a little bland. Overall you get what you pay for. It wasn’t bad for the price.

I received a door hanger ad from this place. I called and when I asked how much their delivery charge was, the guy that answered paused and said something unintelligible like, I cant answer you now. I said I just want to know how much your delivery charge is. He said he was busy and cant take delivery order now. Again, I said, I just want to know how much the delivery charge is. he paused then hung up. I called back a few times and no answer. Too bad I cant leave 0 stars. Ive never been there and I wont ever now.

Go here a lot since I live close. Also they have really good deals on different pizza sizes which is a major plus, and they are fast. Usually done within 10-15 minutes. The pizza isn’t the best pizza ever and I think that is because the crust is super plain.Also sometimes with the bigger pizzas, like a large or xl, they could be cooked a little longer. I say that because SOMETIMES the crust is “doughy” as if it’s not all the way finished. But overall I normally have a good experience which is why I gave 4 stars. But I would give the pizza 3 stars

When I called they were polite and helpful, as was the delivery guy. However the pizza had little flavor and they had little variety on the wing sauce. Also the wings were tough and a bit dry. They werent awful but I wouldnt suggest them.

This was my first time ordering from RedLine Pizzeria. I waited 1hour & 16 minutes for a delivery from them and they are literally around the corner. When I called to ask where my food was, the guy on the phone said they had technical issues. Understandable, but if people are on a lunch break at work, and the delivery time frame was quoted 45 minutes, dont you think it would be appropriate to contact the customer to give them a heads-up on the delay? This guy was not sympathetic to a new customer. Next, I received my food. (Meatball sub & a garden salad). No receipt, no napkins, and no silverware. I needed a fork for my salad! Not a good first impression, RedLine.

I ordered a large special all meat pizza with mushroom that cost me nearly 20 bucks. After waiting for nearly an a hour, They delivered a large pizza nothing but mushroom and cheese?! Theres barely and marinara sause on it! The pizza was cold and the mushroom was raw! I just thought to give this place a chance since theyre selling cheap pizza and I saw a flyer on my doorstep but this is just awful! I dont know how place stays in business for this long but I think it needs to shut down. Customer service are the worst! People if youre reading this. Do yourself a favor and burn or throw away the flyers when you see them!! This place is an insult everyone, no class whatsoever.

The pizza was ok but the wings were over cooked & dry despite being covered in BBQ sauce. They should never been approved to be fit to serve I mean dont they have any kind of quolity control. How can they expect people to pay for something ya just know that they wouldnt enjoy themselves. So we will definitely not be going back their & would definitely not recommend the wings. Especially for the prices these days. Going out to eat is a treat for us so that makes this especially upsetting. Spinotos has the best pizza more pricy but hey this place proves ya dont even get what ya pay for these days.

Tried RedLine for the first time last night. We ordered the 20/20 special which is a 20 inch, one topping pizza, 20 wings and a 2 liter for $26. While we did have to wait an hour, we were told that was the wait time when ordering so I cant complain; plus, it was a Friday night. Pizza showed up in the biggest pizza box I have ever seen! The pizza was really good. Their ranch is homemade and so tasty and the honey bbq wings were pretty good, despite being slightly over cooked. Delivery driver was friendly and so was the gentleman that took our phone order. We will be trying them again because our experience was good, despite some of the reviews Ive read.

Ive been ordering from redline for a long time and absolutely love their pizza. I have never had a bad word to say about them but I just had my first bad experience and when I called into the manager he told me the reason my pizza was cold was because the store I work in is cold.I dont mind people messing up in order and every once in awhile something going to go wrong but talkin to a customer like theres stupid and suggesting that there couldnt possibly be anything wrong with the pizza because said manager is the one that deliver it it is exactly whats going to get me to never recommend this place again

This place is a rip off. They charged me 20 a day after they already charged my 14 for 1 pizza. Good thing I can dispute the charges with my bank because this is theft and the service is garbage.

I normally order the same pizza the exact same way every time I order it. The last 3 times I ordered I got dry cheese and a pizza not the way at ordered it. I am very disappointed.

Worst pizza delivery service i have had in five years living in AZ. The kid answering the phone has no customer service and got my order wrong when i had been clear both times i had said it. Didnt tell me the deal i ordered does not come with drink when the paper says it does, still asked me what i want to drink anyways. When i call back to say my pizza was wrong and didnt get a drink. I get told that deal no longer has drinks on it and to trade them the wrong pizza for a new pizza. Are they going to sell the wrong one to someone else or what? Very lazy delivery service though.

The date, 1/26/2019, time is 10:17. The guy on the phone when you call to order lacks serious people skills. I felt like he was inconvenienced when I told him the name of my condos and what building I live in. As far as the delivery, we shall see. Whoever said first impressions dont matter, hired this guy. Okay so the delivery was on time but the pizza was bad, really bad. You need to be extra special to screw up pizza but, somehow,they did it.

Chicken parm was edible, pizza was not. Worst pizza I have ever had. How can you have pineapple that is not sweet? Why dont you put any sauce on your pizza? Only on the edge towards the crust did I find any sauce. Never ordering again, I threw out 30 dollars worth of food.

First order was their Tuesday pizza offer: XL Specialty -- Had the Supreme and it was cooked perfectly, toppings fresh, just the right amount of savory and sweet, a crust that is delicious, delivered at the perfect temp and fast! 2nd order delivered was more than we expected in a goooooooood way! Ordered 2 foot longs cut into 2 individually wrapped meals filled with chicken parm( lightly spiced) and the other Phili Cheese Steak. These HUGE Sub/Hoagie/Submarine Sandwiches: EXCELLENT!

I still never order from here again. I waited for 1hour and 45 Min after being qutoed a 40 min delivery time. I called to check on my order and it was never even placed. I now have 3 kids crying for pizza and a charge on my debit card that they are claiming they will not refund. Never once did they apologize or care at the fact that this happened. We have been loyal customers to them we no longer will be. Thanks for nothing and stealing my money.

Do not order from here! I placed an order for delivery here and was given a wrong order (which is fine, I understand people make mistakes, I get it). The owner decides to tell me Im wrong and refused to redo my order. I gave him an option to either redo my order or refund my money and he calls me out of my name and hangs up on me. I will never eat here again. Also the wings are served either too hard, too cold or both. Nasty food to go along with nasty customer service.

I ordered a pizza with my card, and I caught the delivery guy outside going to the apartment next door. I let him know I ordered, and he falsely accused me of giving him fake money. I paid by my card before it arrived. I stayed calm and let him know he had the wrong person, and not only did he refuse to give me the pizza I bought, he spit on my doorstep. I told him I would be calling the cops and he resorted to racial slurs. (he is hispanic, I am caucasian.) The delivery man looked dirty, and the pizza really lacks quality here anyway, its probably the worse place in Mesa to go to. Its just the cheapest. I called management and they refused to do anything. Its fine, I disputed it in 5 minutes and ordered elsewhere. With the horrible reviews, this place should reconsider hiring better employees and not people that looked like they just got off from their construction job and practice better business.

I found this place a while back. I believe through a flyer that was left on my door. My kids kept asking for pizza and decided to give this place a try. When we first got the pizza home it was surprisingly delicious. I didnt expect a lil shop like that would have great pizza. It does seem a bit pricey but I believe it is worth it. Customer service is great and have never had a issue with anyone or anything from here. This will always be my go to place for pizza.

Worst experience for a pizza place ever! Pizza is like cardboard covered with cheese. Wings were dry soda flat and had to wait over an hr to receive my order. Guy had to call back to make sure the address was right and i called back twice cause he failed to call me back as he stated on the phone still managed to write down the wrong address for the delivery person. Never will make that mistake for tjat bad of service and quality.

Awful service, awful wings. The pizza was OK at best. The wings were very small as you can see, burnt, hard, and dry - at least 2 or 3 days old. It was clear that they were cooked previously, stored then refried. Its obvious that they dont care about the quality of the food or the customers. I called there and was hung up on, and called back just to tell them that they wont be in business very long. We were trying to support local businesses instead of going to like Pizza Hut or Dominos...wont make that mistake again.

Love there pizza and wings from year Ive been coming at least once to twice a week ever since they opened up the pizza place a few years ago I recommend asking for extra sauce due to lack of sauce and ask for well done because if you dont a lot of the times the cheese and toppings fall off the crust due to being so big XL ($7.75) so if you get it well done and extra sauce your pizza will be the best you ever had from here trust me Ive tried almost everything I tested a lot of ways to bake it and thats the best way best wish sign Edgar extra sauce pepperoni guy lol by the way they make you feel so welcomed order ahead of time if your going to pick it up that way u dont have to wait long in store they do have 2 Tvs that they let you change the channel if you like and they do have 3 dinning tables love it here

Good service, altho there was only one guy behind the wall in the back who came out to ring up my order. They weren’t busy at all, there were no patrons in the restaurant. But my rating is not for the service, it was for the food. I had a pizza pie and some wings. I dunno, maybe New York pizza has spoiled me, but this pizza was gross. Look at the bottom of your slice and you’ll see a baked in checkered pattern. I’m assuming it wasn’t hand tossed probably some frozen dough just heated up. The wings were a bit dry. I mean maybe if i was drunk and this was the only spot open but, not the best pizza as one reviewer stated. I’d never recommend this place, however, I would recommend Venezia’s pizza (multi locations) or La Famiglia in Mesa, for good tasting pizza.

These guys CONSTANTLY leave flyers on my door so we figured why not? Delivery driver was late, calzones were massive and tasted okay but werent exactly hot - we reheated them. And they forgot the pasta we had ordered and told us to call customer service for a refund. Not at all worth the hassle.

Terrible, never got my order, live 1 mile away and waited over an hour. Called them back and instead of figure out how to handle it, they talked in Spanish away from the phone about me, I heard and understood it. Came to the place and asked for my money back, yet they still refused.

It says open,but i cant walk in. I called they said they were closed. This all just happened today 6/28 @7:14PM. Grub hub shows them as opened. I would be one mad Customer if i got charges for a place that is closed.
