We first used Galaxy to replace windows in our home a few years ago. We did all the windows except garage and master bath because we expected to do a remodel. This last week we finished the window replacements and now have a weather tight house. We called Galaxy the second time because of the wonderful job they did the first time. Jonah quickly responds to calls and brought around samples to see. The service they provide is top-notch.

Siding replacement on our 2 story house was very good. It was a major project and included painting as well as trim and other repair and/or replacement. Jonah helped us choose good material for our creek lot location (LP Smart Siding), and the paint job for siding and shutters turned out stunning. Their onsite foreman, Dale, was a very good and hard worker. We enjoyed getting to know the whole crew. We would use them again (in fact are doing so now to install our door replacement) and recommend them.

I had my kitchen and bathroom remodeled by them. Jonah gave me best price and Customer service. I am very happy to work with Jonah. He is very professional and on the top of the work to get it done the best way to Customers satisfaction. I will recommended this company.

I highly recommend Jonah and Galaxy Building Services. We remodeled the master bath with new tile, new glass enclosed shower, new vanity and lights, and paint. They were always on time and made sure to keep the work area cleaned daily. The work was done beautifully. Their well-managed service took the stress and worries off of me and made my project feel like a breeze (when I could see it was actually lots of sweat and stress on their part). Most importantly, is Jonah’s service to make sure that we were pleased with the work and that it met our expectations and vision for the project.

Galaxy Building Services, Inc. has done a great job with the siding on my house. It was truly the ugliest house in the neighborhood and now it is pretty. This contractor had access to our home as we had to move to an apartment, for 5 months and still did not complete work that was contracted for timely. Additionally left work contracted for unfinished and much of the work quality is substandard and we will have to hire another contract to finish and repair the substandard work... We reported much of this prior to moving back into the home and got no response. Upon moving back into the home - we noted more items and reported them and this contractor stated you can not have another punch list or add to it. Then when convenient for them they showed up demanding FULL final payment despite work still outstanding. They were told we would have to discuss and get back to them and it would NOT be the next day as it was our granddaughters birthday. Regardless - they showed up the next day again wanting payment they were not entitled to as the job was not finished. They are fully aware that the mortgage company is holding the final half of the insurance payment and withholding services and demanding payment as a tactic to force a payment they have not earned. Another contractor is on the way!
