I walked in the store. Heath said, Do you need a headlight bulb? I said, Yes! Heath said, Here ya go. I. already have it. I saw you drive in without a headlight Im 47. Best customer service I have ever received anywhere!

It was quick and easy. Ivan did an amazing job showing me what type of bulb I needed for my headlight and went the extra mile to help me change it and also help clean my car battery. Awesome guy...

I just moved to Texas around the corner from this location . I stopped by for screws for my license plate and was amazed with my experience. The staff were very welcoming and greeted customers who were in and out the store & it was nice & clean.I didn’t get her name but she may of been a manager she went to my car checked to make sure it was the right size screws. I asked for a screwdriver so she came out and installed it with the license plate cover I purchased. I could of done it myself but she went out of her way to provide great customer service. Also explained the rewards program to me I was already enrolled in. I didn’t know there was a $20 credit after 5 $20 purchase.With covid and the way things been lately it felt good to be treated with such kindness!

This is new and close to home. I received great customer service and they helped with choosing and installing my wiper blades and air filters.

Rep were nice and polite. Butgave me the wrong brake pad for my car. I have to go back tothe store

Underwhelming and understaffed. Nothing special to make it stand out in the middle of nothing other AutoZones are Leaps and Bounds better.

This store is beautiful! I love the layout! Only issue is staffing. There were only two people here working tonight, and one worker was just standing and not helping customers while the young lady, Zoe, was doing her best to get customers out the door and get them what they need. I am happy that autozone hired her because she has been very sweet and respectful to everyone, even me! If you come to this store, ask for Zoe! If it weren’t for the other gentleman, I’d rate this store 5 stars

Called up to autozone for help with my Buick and Trey was extremely helpful! Knew exactly what I needed to do and when my husband went to go pick up the part, Trey took it upon himself to print out more information about my car that he thought could be helpful. Its feels good to know that someone really cares about their job and customer experience!

I went to this location today because my daughter’s car wouldn’t start this morning and the Roadside Assistance gentleman told me she needs a new battery terminal. Trevion came right out to the car and took a look. He said he could tighten it up and get her through until she can get to Kia to have the terminal replaced. He wouldn’t even let me tip him. GREAT customer service and friendliness! I highly recommend this location!

So my wifes SUV had its battery die at the neighboring Tom Thumb. Trevion (Tre) walked over to it, got the reading, and jumped it for us (while bringing a battery for the key fob that had started acting funny beforehand). He installed the new battery as well.Needless to say, it was an awesome service experience. He even ran the engine check when the light came on and provided an explanation of the codes with a printout. Definitely stopping by here for my future auto needs.

The perfect store always since they opened; They have everything ... but today, Saturday, March 27, around 6:30 pm there was an employee who touched my daughter and me; lousy job to the client !!! Most of the time he was checking and texting his cell phone; More than 4 times she made a mistake when taking the information from us in a spare part, then the email another 3 times and when paying 2 times my daughter had to make the payment because this employee did not have the ATTENTION AND CARE OF PROCESSING THE I PAY correctly for BEING ON YOUR CELL PHONE !!! And for not being 100% at work. LAST STORE to have employees like this ...
