The worst place to order any arrangements. What i get is not close to what they advertise. I paid $70 for my husbands birthday and see what he got in the picture. Stay away

My husband has ordered gifts for me 3 times and 2 of those times there was stuff missing, specifically in my case a teddy bear (both times). The fruit was warm and tossed around. (I had already fixed the strawberries when I took the picture). The flowers were pretty thought. For the price we pay you’d think they’d at least care to make the orders right.

Delicious options. The chocolate covered strawberries are always consistent. This location is practicing social distance guidelines.

Went to pick out something for a birthday party same day. I was told that I would need to go online to submit an order and pick up after they got the order from online. I don’t understand why it would say in-store shopping if there isn’t any. I would have submitted my order when planning. Also, how could you deny a sale that comes through your doors. Instead telling me to leave and go online.

I was a tad disappointed with what was delivered, as compared to the picture of what I ordered. I ordered the birthday cookies & drip cakes for my bosses 40th, to be delivered to his house. They did attempt delivery, but no one was home so they had to redeliver the next day. (Not their fault by any means.) That said, what the site pictured and what actually arrived leaves so much to be desired. The advertised cakes were to have sprinkles & candles & the pic showed 6; with an assortment of cookies. Only 4 cakes with no sprinkles or candles arrived...along with some of the same type of cookie that almost looked overcooked. Its unfortunate, as Ive ordered from other Edible locations before and have always been pleased with the presentation. I would suggest avoiding ordering from this location, due to sub-standard quality.

Should have known better then to order without reading reviews first. I ordered the cheesecake and brownie bouquet and added a dozen white chocolate strawberry cookies. They forgot the flowers & the cookies were chocolate chip and sugar not white chocolate smh I called about the flowers and they said they’d get them sent out same day, they never came. I called the next day and just got a refund for the flowers. Random surprise ruined. Only reason I left an extra star was because the manager was very courteous but I do not recommend, I should of just stuck with tiffs treats.

This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had. I made a order for a delivery at 11 am. I called back at 330 pm asking about my delivery. Because the place close at 5. I was told yes. And he called the driver while I waited. The driver said that he forgot the order. But it will be delivered by 5. It is almost 6 pm and still no sign of the delivery. I will never use this company again. Thank you for being very unprofessional.

How is this place even allowed to be opened! The worst staff and management there can be. Made an order for my moms birthday and driver never got off to deliver. I called the store and manager cussed me out and hung up on me various times. Did not even offer to take it back out nor give me a refund! Most horrible experience. Never again!

Today was my birthday and it was a pretty rough day. I was told by my husband I would be receiving a surprise today. Well after 4pm I received my surprise only to find out not all of it was delivered. My fruit bouquet arrived but I didnt receive my balloon or the bananas. Then when my husband called (not even 30 mins after the delivery) the girl puts him on hold to look up his order, then proceeds to say well there is nothing I can do. You will have to call tomorrow and talk to management. Absolutely horrible!!! How do you not know that your delivery driver walked out the door without the full order and its probably sitting right there. Or they were rushing to make and deliver the order that they just didnt finish it. Im not sure, but very disappointed!!!

We placed an order for pick up on Mother’s Day. We were told to pick up from 1:30pm and after. Online shows hours for Mother’s Day are until 7pm. We show up at 3pm and the store was closed. Spoke to customer service and they tried getting ahold of the store and no one answered. The only solution I was given was a refund that would take 3-5 business days. Never ordering from here again.

I dont know why they cant make orders over the phone- so I had to order online and they charged me for what was supposed to be free strawberries as a birthday deal. Now they wont give me my refund. This location sucks!!! Ive never had any bad experience with Edible arrangements until this location EVERY TIME.

This location is convenient to my family’s home so I guess that’s why I attempted to order from this location twice. Ruined valentines day this year by not delivering my order on time (& when they did a week later it was delivered frozen with a unappetizing presentation). They did it once again by not delivering my orders on Mother’s Day! I paid extra for my baskets to be delivered on these holidays also. Made me look bad and wasted my money. I can’t even get in contact with anyone at the store because the phone number provided doesn’t work. Horrible customer service at this location. Beware.

Wanted to pop in for a snack but was informed by an under age kid working behind the desk that they arent taking orders. To my lack of understanding, I stood there until an older woman addressed me about the pos system was backlogged with orders and wasnt updating. I respected the transparency however, Id like to have seen signage explaining this information instead of me wasting time even though it saved me money.

I have tried contacting the Mesquite store all day long and the phone seems to be disconnected. Horrible experience for me and my family, I will never order anything from this company again. I will be contacting corporate to get a refund....update: I was finally able to contact customer service to request a refund and all I got from the representative was that their standard procedure was to wait an additional 24 hours for the store to reply and then they would issue a refund that would take 5-7 business days... I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no one was available. Overall HORRIBLE experience, I will never order from this company again, and I will make sure my experience is shared with all my contact. Unacceptable service...

If I could give zero stars I would. Chose this location as it was the only available near my mothers house. Placed an order a week early for over $150 to send my mother an arrangement for mothers day. After the ordered had not arrived by 5pm I tried calling the location to make sure there were no issues but I could never get through so I called corporate and the lady assured me my delivery would come by 9pm. Fast forward ORDER WAS NEVER DELIVERED. NO COURTSEY CALL EMAIL OR ANYTHING FROM THE MANAGER. Ruined our dinner plans as we sat waiting for a delivery that never happened. They completely ruined mothers day this location is absolutely HORRIBLE elsewhere. Before this I NEVER Had an issue with this company.

I placed an order for my wife and mother to receive on Mother’s Day. At noon on Mother’s Day I receive a call from the store stating that they lost power at the store and would not be able to fulfill my order. My options were to receive the order on a later date or store credit. When I complained, the young lady made no effort to apologize for the inconvenience. Instead she passed the phone to someone equally rude. I explained that I paid extra to guarantee delivery on Mother’s Day and had no interest in a later delivery or store credit. She said that those were my only options. I will be calling corporate and see if this rude behavior and lack of solutions continues up the ladder. I will never order from this business again and I recommend you avoid them as well.Update: it’s been 4 days and I still haven’t received anything. No delivery, store credit, refund or apology. Nothing

My delivery update kept saying “arranging” and then I was sent a email informing me it was unsuccessful so I went ahead and called the store to figure out the situation and was put on hold for two hours. The customer service is ridiculous, I was charged $100 and never had my order delivered.

Placed an online order to have delivered to my elderly Mother who lives very near this store for Mothers Day. Order did not arrive on Mothers Day. I tried to call the store, got some odd message from either Verizon or Sprint, cant recall which. I called Edible Arrangements 800# Monday, had to hold forever to get with a customer service person. The very polite and kind CSR attempted to call this location while I was on the phone with him... no answer for him either. He offered me a credit and I said we can wait one more day. After it not delivering by EOD Tuesday, I called and canceled it. The customer service people at Edible Arrangements where very nice, very apologetic. However they said it will take 3-5 days for me to get my refund. I realize this stores lack of attention to my and other orders (from what I can see on their other recent reviews) shows that this store definitely has either an ownership or management problem. Cant see this place being an ongoing concern due to their poor business practices.

Why is this store still accepting orders if they cant promise they will be delivered. I placed my order on Saturday for a Tuesday Delivery. They intentionally turned off their phone system because I was calling all day to reach them and it wasnt until 4:45pm that the line was actually dialing. While still unable to connect to anyone, reading the reviews for this store it is clear they didnt want to answer.I have been monitoring my order since the morning and nothing has been updated. This place is trash.

Valentines day, no gift for the little woman, and boy am I in the dog house. Passing through a parking lot heading to another business I walked pass this place and decided to take a chance. Not only was the staff extremely busy, they werent taking any new orders. Well out come the mamger of the store who happens to overhear the conversation. Horrible service. They called me at 3 pm to ask me to confirm if an arrangement was delivered because they could not get in touch with their driver. I call them back and they say Oh the driver is in route. 2 hours pass and I call back and she says Oh the driver just got here and he is heading out now.. oh wait they are already in route. I ask her to confirm again and she places me on hold to come back and say He is leaving right now. This is unacceptable service considering the price points. Today was my mothers 12 yr survival birthday and basically I had to have her wait at home all day for a delivery that is happening after 5. Unbelievable and TERRIBLE SERVICE. SELECT ANOTHER LOCATION!

I always order from this place and I never had any trouble until now I went to go pick up my order and they had the store close they should’ve at least send me a message before I went.

I ordered a beautiful fruit bouquet as a gift for my aunt for assisting me with my 3 little ones during their first week of online school. I called the store multiple times to get possible delivery times and provided them with a different phone number when i dropped and broke my phone. The last time I called was 1530 hrs at which time I was told the delivery guy had JUST LEFT with my delivery. This is after we waited ALL DAY NOT LEAVING THE HOUSE for the item to be delivered. After still waiting and receiving NOTHING I called and was told the delivery guy attempted to deliver my item and no one was home and there would be another attempt to deliver tomorrow. I have cameras outside of my home that monitor 24/7 and records anyone that comes onto my porch. There were also 5 people in my home and my mother whom lives next door was sitting on the porch. NO ONE attempted to deliver anything to us. With her leaving tomorrow there is no longer a need for the basket. And I refuse to sit idle for another day and have sometime else lie and say we were not home. I am very disappointed in the service. We were really looking forward to that treat for her today...

The delivery was extremely late. It was delivered after your store closed. By the time it got to my Mother, the fruit was warm!! Unacceptable!!!

Customer service is absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this location at all. Both the sales associate and manager were being very unprofessional and rude when I had called to notify them on a late delivery. I had paid for same day delivery and it arrived the day after. I was refused of a refund because it was the drivers fault and because I didn’t call ahead to make sure it was being delivered.

Very friendly and helpful when I called to make a change and delivered first thing this morning. I am very happy with the service I received and will use their services again!! I had previously given this store a 1 but after my first review the store Manager Emily personally reached out to me and made an appointment for me to come down to the store and meet with her. She was very pleasant and very apologetic for how i was treated, her apology felt sincere and she made me feel like my opinion & my feelings mattered and just because she took the time to reassure me that i matter i went ahead and gave them 5 stars! i will be going back to them. My first time every visiting a edible arrangements! I absolutely love the store. I was helped by a young lady name Ciera and she was very GREAT and OUTSTANDING! She have wonderful customer service and helped me pick a really nice bouquet for my mother’s 91 birthday. She took her time describing the difference in the arrangements. Very 1st time inside of an edible arrangements store was today and i was very much satisfied with the help of a young lady name Ciera!! Placed an order for a birthday online. I called repeatedly throughout the day to confirm verbally they received the order. I even went to the store, to be met with a letter on the door saying call this number. Called again and again from the car outside the store, with NO answer !!!! I have written confirmation of the order yet the order was NOT delivered! Beyond frustrated.

I called to get information on my order and prior to the lady even getting my information I was given a thoughtless answer. I had 3 different location to choose from I will definitely chose another location if I ever decide to order another edible arrangement!!!! They have no tracking system and they are not prepared for big order days like Mothers Day. Its sad that this store is representing a company as big as edible arrangements.

Ive been ordering Edible Arrangements for years and this is by far the worst experience. The order took over an hour to make after i was told it wouldnt take that long, the fruit doesnt smell or look fresh, and their customer service is non-existent. I rather travel the extra 20 min for a different location.

I love the company but between the Rockwall store and now most recently the Mesquite store I have had nothing but trouble. I ordered 2 Valentine gifts. One I had to pick up because, although the school is in the city limits it had a different zip code so they would not deliver. I went to pick it up and had to wait for 45 minutes. While I was there, the woman kept asking other people if they were there for pick up. She would then disappear and return with one order but not mine. After the first 20 minutes I asked her if she could please find mine before she helped anyone else. She said they were looking for it. Another worker told me that a man before me had waited an hour. So, that is to make me feel better? 45 minutes later I got my order. My second order was to be delivered by 3:00 to a school. My daughter in law left school at 5:00 no Edible Arrangement had been delivered nor had she been callled. I am done!

I came in may 10 at 6:30 and place a order I step outside for a few minutes and decide to go back in the store and its locked and Im waiting outside for my order and a Hispanic lady open the door and told me I have to wait outside until theyre finish counting the money. There should be no reason why I had to wait outside for 5 mins for my order when I arrived before 7:00. Defineteley will not be coming back here ever again now I understand why the reviews are bad.

I just went into the store to get chocolate covered strawberries and was told that they shutdown 30 mintues early when it clearly shows online that they are open until 7:00 pm. My recommendation is to have your staff shutdown after business hours or at the very minimum lock the doors so that customers wont think they are open for business.

Ordered a arrangement set to deliver Feb 15 when I called at 9 am it was waiting to go out. Called all day no answer and no delivery. Finally at 3:00 talked to the manager and the arrangement hasnt even left the store and wasnt even made yet! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE IT IS A JOKE!
