Wow! RSI is awesome! Customer service and the knowledge and skill level of their technicians are second to none. I have been in my career for 24 years and worked with several vendors from different trades. Troy truly went above and beyond in customer service. He came for a non-functioning walk in freezer and repaired two more issues while on site. Spending a little time with him increased my knowledge of my own property! I have no problem recommending RSI to any Class A facility.
Troy Was amazing, and so was his partner. He made sure my equipment was up and running, and didn’t leave till the job was complete. You can tell he take pride In his craft/work. Give the man a raise
RSI has always done quality work on my equipment. Parts that need to be ordered are shipped quickly and the customer service is too notch.
These guys are the best refrigeration outfit in town! They are professional and fast at walk-in & refrigeration systems installations. I highly recommend them after using them for the last 17 years on almost all of my projects. If I have a choice I always use these guys and you should too!
Danny and Jordan did a great job installing my wine tap system and answering my questions along the way.

RSI has been a great company to rely on for installation and service needs over the last 20 yrs I have worked in the kitchen equipment industry. They are always quick to respond and resolve the issue at hand.
Looks like my comment is about to be just another drop in the pool of bad reviews about the service here. I have on multiple occasions called and scheduled service with no ETA given which sure I can be okay with but tothen not show up over weeks is not cool. Dont take my request if its not going to be completed. I can tell you I will not be making that mistake again.
Terrible run company with dishonest employee by the name of Troy Watson. Beware of they’re switch and bait practice especially from the guy listed. Beware shop with another company!
Very unprofessional!Used them for years, one time complained about the service, and now they screen my calls. Every time they call me back and refuse to offer service. They lie claiming that they are too busy for the next two-three weeks.If you use them, do not complain about anything, just pay them whatever the technician puts on the ticket.I will be contacting the major manufacturer that recommends this company about their service!
If I could give a zero, I would, because that is the level of responsiveness and customer service. Could not get them to return emails or phone calls and I had a big install job....went with someone else and will never call them for service in any of my 6 restaurants. I wouldnt be in business if I treated my customers like this...best of luck for long-term success keeping up this level of service.
The technicians have always been nice, but the answering service and dispatch are horrible. The wont call me back, every time, with an ETA (estimated time arrival) when our machine goes down. I explain each time Im the only one in the office and may be running errands, but still no heads up. I call to see if theres an update, but negative; then the tech just shows up as Im walking out the door. Very frustrating!

Not only did you make the initial call quickly but you returned and completed the repair and saved our relationship with our customer. I have worked with RSI on several beer installs and these guys are truly first class! They are responsive, extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented and they do the job right. I strongly recommend this company and have never regretted using them. Keep up the great work!

I have a neighbor whose RSI van sits in front of our house. The man harasses us about our own car parked in front of my house. He is a pysco and I would not let him into my house!
Extremely poor customer service. Over the years quality of service has gone downhill tremendously. Im to the point where i believe they send out new recruits (people that just have no idea) to dink around and then they send someone who has decent knowledge just to jack up the rates. Happy to spend my money elsewhere
They fixed my ice cream dipping cabinet in one try after another company tried 4 times and kept breaking it
HORRIBLE customer service! Erica was extremely rude and short from day one. I initially called early on Friday, trying to schedule for a Monday appointment. She said they would get it to a manager and then to dispatch. No call back Friday or Monday, no big deal, so I called at noon on Monday to check the status. I was rudely told by Erica that someone would get back with me once the manager approved it. No call back in Monday. Tuesday at 4pm they finally called back and left a very nice message trying to schedule an appointment for Wednesday. I returned the call and tried to speak to the nice lady, but was sadly transferred to Erica, again. She very abruptly asked what I needed and I said someone had called to schedule an appointment for tomorrow. She said, well your appointment is already scheduled, to which I responded, well thats news to me because I had no idea. I told her that Wednesday would not work for me due to my work schedule, could we do Friday. Then again was very rudely told that she would have to submit it to a manager again to find that out. Which I responded, forget it I’m done, calling someone else. Makes me sad because I have always gone with a BIGGER fridge repair company for all of my warranty work, but was willing to give them a shot. Guess I will be sticking with the other guys from now on. Which by the way I have an appointment with on Friday.
Just followed one of their vans for 20 minutes on 35S, embarrassing. Behaving like their oversized work van is the size of a smart car, making no attempt to use a blinker while merging 2 feet in front of peoples bumpers. Website so chock full of viruses it wont even load lol
Requested a cleaning service for our commercial ice machine. Was given an ETA of 7 days for the service to be performed. 7 days later I followed up, they replied that it will be at least 7 more days. 7 days later RSI still hasnt shown up. Sorry but 14 days without ice for our guys in this Texas heat isnt good service. Cancelled the service request today, they didnt even offer an apology or explanation. They must be printing money over there to not need the work. We have 97 branches in Texas, all of which have ice machines, guess we will find a company that wants the business.
I am writing this review with no other incentive but to tell the truth. This company employs the best technicians Dfw has to offer. I own a Paciugo Italian gelato and cafe at Watterscreek. The display case is Italian and very hard to deal with. When my case had issues with the lighting the manager Robert came out with his technician to fix the problem. This was the fourth visit by rsi to finally figure out the solution and they charged me just for the one visit when they finally figured it out. Love this company. Will be a loyal customer.

When the field manager call client while drunk and intoxicated and yelling/screaming.Disgusting customer service. Technician calls back i after the 15 hours completely intoxicated and yells at me. Apparently they put us on a do not service call. Thanks for reminding me now after I forgot . Horrid company. Manitowoc please deny them warranty service work.

I have been calling for almost three months now trying to get our Cooling Water Dispenser serviced. I spoke with Vicki about two and half months ago letting her know our issue (machine leaking) and if their was anyway we could get someone out to service out machine. She informed that they were very busy and wouldnt be able to handle anyone elses work orders for at least two weeks. She left me with very little information. I said o.k. and gave RSI a call a month later June 25th and I happen to speak to Vicki again, I told her the name of our company, our issue (the leaking that was still happening) and she informed me again that they would be busy for two to three weeks. I said ok, and waited about three weeks to call. This second time around she did say she would put us on the list she took the companys name down, the number, and our address and she let me know someone wouldnt be out for about two weeks. I said o.k. great, went to our back room put a plate down for a temporary fix so the water wouldnt ruin our floor and continued to wait. Fast forward to today August 8th, I reached out to RSI today to see where we were on the list to be serviced this time I got a new customer service agent I told her our issue and that I was told that tech would be coming out in 2 to 3 weeks from the last time I called and she said she saw in the system that I spoke with Vicki the last time. I asked her if we could get someone out to service our leak and she took our info again made it seem like it would happen this time, asked me if she could put me on hold while she spoke with her supervisor. I obliged. She took me off hold and let me know that they would not be able to service our request. Not even at the moment, but at all. So I asked her, what does she recommend I do since the machine has their sticker on it for us to call for service/needs and our machine is still leaking. With an attitude she told me that I dont know, I guess you should call another service. I am just appalled at the absolute LACK of customer service this company has. They have absolutely no regard for the customers and from the reviews other people feel the same way. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time or energy. I am not one to write reviews but this company deserves it, not even one star would suffice.

I have never used this company in any capacity, however I was nearly run off the highway by one of their drivers. Not only was (s)he weaving in and out of traffic without using their signal, they cut off several other cars in the short span in which I saw them. Im not sure if this companys drivers get any training, but if not, they might want to start.
